I love Harrington’s! I’ve been in San Francisco for about a decade and have bought a number of things from them over the years, big and small. Quality is top notch and so is the service, they’re an old school SF business through and through and it’s wonderful to see them thrive. I’ve had issues with things i purchased and had perfect resolutions. All of the bad reviewers are entitled and don’t understand how small, local businesses are run. I’ll keep coming back to Harrington’s.
I have known about Harrington’s for years and shopped there for years most recently it has changed dramatically from shopping estate sales to new contemporary furniture lines. I found the staff of Fiona and Mark to be most knowledgeable and thus bought the most comfy apartment Seconal couch. Could not be happier.
I have shopped at Harrington Galleries over the last 10 years and every time I go in I am surprised at how lovely the store is laid out. I know it is a local family business and I can see by their efforts and theyre kind smiles how hard they work to be of service. The range of items that you can find is amazing. I have a recommend you go in there if youre looking for something contemporary and fancy or if youre looking for something exquisite and antique. I always shop local and recommend my friends support our local business community. Harrington Galleries makes it easy to want to go in time after time !!!
I usually dont write reviews, but seeing the negative comments here provoked me. I have both browsed and bought at Harringtons; they have always been patient and kind. I like their taste (mainly midcentury modern which I love), they have good curation and the fact you feel it is run by real people makes the experience much nicer, in my opinion - nouveau riche gentrifies are welcome to shop at whatever online Amazon store their favorite Insta influencer recommends.
OMFG! What a treasure. Great prices, excellent quality with thee best customer service. I already furnished my living room and 2 bedroom apt with Zozis furniture . Getting ready to do moms house with them.
I could walk they aisles and daydream the day away in this place. Or, cozy up in one of their vintage armchairs and read a book. You know, if they’d let me. One day I’ll take home one of their lovely, eclectic pieces. This store teems with dreams.
Completely unprofessional when given the wrong quote on a chandelier. Small inventory. Told to leave store once asked if they could honor that pricing. I work in the furniture and interior design industry. do not shop here. Given their lack of professionalism they have stated that they do not need my business and they probably don’t need yours either.
This store - a gallery, really - is a treasure trove of eclectic and wonderful pieces. Each one has a story to tell, and the buyers have carefully curated a wonderful lot. Looking forward to frequent visits.
Very helpful and a great selection of new and used furniture. Family owned and operated! What a treat to shop here. It’s a gem in San Francisco.
The way the owner has responded to the reviews left here deters me from wanting to visit the store. I’m a little afraid to go and get heckled. My search for a lovely used furniture gallery continues.
Unreasonably priced for mediocre quality. Not to mention terrible service. Will be happy to see this store finally close.
We have owned a beautiful, well made side board from Harrington. It was reasonably priced and delivered on time. So much more convenient than going to ikea or somewhere else and having to assemble janky furniture which is doomed to fall apart. I will check here for any of our future furniture needs.
I just called customer service, and the women was so eager to hang up the fun. She kept talking really fast so I can end the call with her even though that was my first time looking into this company. It was a horrible experience honestly.
Cody is very helpful, flexible and knowledgeable. Thanks Cody!!
