I rented a trumpet from here before covid and I’ve emailed and called to return it but I haven’t gotten a response and I still have to make payments.

Not recommended for purchase of equipment from this business.We purchased a portable PA system. After use it was apparent that one of the microphones worked intermittently. I demonstrated this to Michael at the store and he reluctantly indicated he would contact the manufacturer. After 4 weeks, nothing. I wrote Michael a letter and still nothing. No response. I believe he never intended to act on the faulty equipment.I dont have experience with the music teachers, so my negative review does not involve them.

Slow service. Been waiting for 30 minutes and still have not been acknowledged since after I walked in. Ill be right with you SURE BUDDY. Im selling some instruments that I dont use anymore and so I finally talk to him and he appraises it for way less than theyre worth. Theres a motel 6 right next door where crackheads live and he asked me if I was staying there?¿ I LIVE UP THE STREET IN A HOME. I didnt understand what he meant until after I left and my conclusion was he thought I was selling instruments for drugs assuming im a drug addict like.. cool. Terrible spot.

Very knowledgeable people who work there. Reasonable prices, and quality instruments.

Asked for barisax ligature and got one for Bass Clarinet. Then I went back and told them and they gave me a tenor ligature. Dont shop here
