Interviewed for a contract position, the engineering manager stated the position was an emergency. The manager and a 70+ old women I’d be working with, neither had any comprehension of how large aerospace companies coordinate work loads, and made assumptions. Neglected to acknowledge most current positions on my resume and capitalize on 10+ yrs old experience on my resume, as well as cut me off when answering his questions. A very poor atmosphere. I do not recommend.
