Larger than most, this 99 Cent store has refrigerated and frozen items as well as fresh produce.

Was a great place to grab a couple of things while I was traveling.

This 99♧ store has stocked a few items regularly over the years I have shopped here. Thats not to shabby considering how they receive there products. I officially change my previous 4-star review to a astonishing 5 beautiful, the best in the world, Im telling you no one in the world has ever seen stars like this. They said it couldnt be done, yet we did.

Great selection of cards to keep on hand for last minute birthdays you find out about.

I was followed and followed all morning and was embarrassed by tha manager ceasar who disappointed me by not managing tha way a manager should manage. Instead of fixing the situation and making it better he did nothing but brush me off and gave me ultimatums as it was a you want it or not type of situation. I called corporate in the tha city of Commerce and talked to a Mahlid or Allid who took tha complaint. God Bless their souls....I hope that they mature themselves in tha future so that this wont happen again. SMH

Almost all of the items that we need are there at very affordable prices! The store is clean, well maintained and well stocked. The staff are courteous and always ready to assist us. Good job guys!

I was looking for something specific, but didnt find, but found something that the La Verne store doesnt carry or didnt carry when I looked before. When the line got long they called for another checker so I got in and out pretty quickly.

I came here on a whim looking for some juice for the kids. I was impressed at how organized the store looked. Not a mess like other 99s I’ve been to. The cashier was a younger gentleman and very nice. Overall 5/5 experience! I will be back to support this store!

I am always amazed at the low prices, especially on the produce. I got an artichoke, a package of enoki mushrooms and a package of Portobello mushrooms, for 99 cents! This store is neat, clean and well-organized. The staff is very helpful! There was one person standing at the front door to make sure everyone had the opportunity to get their hands sanitized. She was wiping down the carts, too.

I will never shop there again, the staff was horrible and followed me around based on my looks.

Seems to be 3 male managers lately at the San Dimas store. Taller one is very nice, heavier set one is meh, okay, but the short one is a cranky grumpy old man. Tries to close doors early, which I would respect if he just admitted it and doesnt like the last minute customers. But he says hes going by the store computer, which I think he should compare and calibrate to a cell phone or something connecting to a satellite. Because a couple of times I have wanted to run in for something last minute and its already locked though my cell phone and car clock said that it was 2 minutes to the hour. Not just me either though I was the only customer he was cranky to because I questioned if he was closing early but 3 customers came up after me expecting to get in there in time as well.Otherwise, its always been a neat friendly location. Theres a nice woman who always asks if she can help you find anything. Never had an issue with any other staff there.In general I dont like the direction this chain is going with less dollar items and more higher price points. Ive been using Dollar Tree a lot more lately. Some of the stores look junkier now with the more expensive items, and I dont know why. Cant explain it.

This store is definitely one of the top 10 99 cent stores..Pretty big store, theyve got name brand cosmetics, and a great selection of toys for christmas presents, no made in china toys...You got to see for yourselves!!!!!

They always have fresh vegetables at great prices. The produce is fresher than the grocery stores most of the time. Get more for your dollar.

The selection and the price is great... coming from AZ thought It weird when said cashier said you dont want a bag right? When the whole counter was covered in items. I said why wouldnt I. She then told me it 10 (cant believe of all the symbols offered on my phone they dont have the cent sign) cents a bag. I then started laughing like a madman. I told the lady Ive heard they charge for bags here but never believed it so I asked for four. Lady even asked if Im using EBT which made me feel like was I dressed a bum?Even though I just bought the clothes tonight before because Im here on business.Or is everyone on welfare here? The next night I went back as it is very close to the hotel and I dont know anybody here.I asked why the lady asked me that. It was another CSR at this time. She told me that they are supposed to ask everyone that. With EBT you can get free bags.The next night I went back and bought 10 bags so I can use them in Arizona because theyre very strong and durable but I figured I can make a difference where Im at so I recommend this 99 Cent Store to anyone looking for anything.Take care and live frugal for the things that really matter deserve more of your $

The 99 cents is a nice place to go it is pretty roomy but little cluttery, messy. They have many item to choose from. I recomond going here to buy items for a lesser value.# Google guide.
