Well, I have procrastinated long enough. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is long overdue. We wanted to replace our carpeting in our house and also paint the interior doors and baseboard. We started shopping around. We contacted several different flooring companies including Kindred Flooring. The other companies came in a little cheaper but didn’t do everything that we wanted. So, we came back to Kindred Flooring. Rachel was wonderful. We talked about running the flooring throughout the house. This meant running flooring over the tile flooring we had downstairs and also using the same flooring for our stairs. What made the stairs really special was Rachel’s idea to use baseboard to go around the stairs instead of just having the stair skirts. Before we started the project, Rachel and Frank came out to make sure everything was okay prior to the order being placed. During this process Frank suggested filling in the sunken living room so the floor would be all one level. Then we went to our family room where we “had” a massive concrete fireplace. We asked Rachel and Frank if they could redo the fireplace. Frank said sure and Rachel suggested using stack stone for the fireplace. The fireplace couldn’t have come out any better. They installed stack stone floor to ceiling. It is beautiful. We took our project one step further with the decision to paint the complete interior of our home. Rachel and Frank also do painting. Once again Rachel came through with the right color combination which made the flooring stand out and made the house look new again. We also painted the kitchen. Frank’s team removed all the cabinet doors and painted them individually. We added new hinges and knobs and it looks like a new kitchen. Rachel and Frank stopped in daily to ensure everything was going okay and that we were happy with the progress. Frank’s team also cleans up after themselves. Each day they would clean up leaving our house cleaner then when they got there. What was supposed to be just replacing some carpet turned into a complete remodel. Rachel and Frank were able to do everything we wanted. They are a one stop shop. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best around for your flooring, painting and remodeling needs. We highly recommend Kindred Flooring.

Excellent customer service and and very impressed by their integrity and how they stand behind the products that they sell. This is the second time in a year that we decided to use them again for our Master bedroom floor this time around. Last year, they installed the floor for our kids bedrooms. Preparation for it was painless. They came out and measured our bedroom one day. And then they came back to install the floor another day. They finished it in one day. But the owner still came back to take pics. And she noticed that some parts werent quite done to her satisfaction. And she asked her workers to come back again to fix it. Her attention to detail is meticulous and she even noticed things that we didnt even pick up. I would definitely recommend Kindred Flooring and Rachel and her husband Jesus anytime!

We were shopping for new floor for our office, debating if we should use tile, laminate or vinyl and so on. Rachel is so patient to work with us, so knowledgeable with advice and suggestions, and so generous by offering samples for us to match our existing settings. With her professionalism and patience, it made our office Remodelling work very easier. The overall price is very competitive if you compare apple to apple, peach to peach. We would highly recommend them to anyone who need flooring supplies and professional assistance in their remodeling needs.

Clean and open floor store. Jesus and his wife are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of different floor samples laid out on the floor which is nice so you can see how they look on the floor instead of just a sample board. Would highly recommend.
