The associate today was very helpful but unfortunately the selection of widths here for boots is little too none. I have to order direct from Ariat. Not sure why they dont get other widths but it stinks

I love this Boot Barn! I’ve found a few things here myself, including supplies to keep my boots nice, but I always go here to buy gifts and clothing for family members. The staff is always so nice and they’re so helpful. Any time I’ve had questions, they’ve been more than willing to help me.Their western wear section could be a little better (traditional western wear), but their clothes are cute for the style they are. If you’re into any type of western products or in need of cowboy hats/boots, definitely come here!

Quality merchandise, helpful staff, and music worth shopping to. I dont particularly favor any one Boot Barn location, but since this one is directly on my way to and from most of my jobs, I tend to stop here.Although seemingly smaller than other locations, theyve done an excellent job with the layout at this location. Not to mention, its always a pleasure to open the door here and take in the scent of genuine leather. Thanks for not only good products, but also an experience Boot Barn!

Came over to buy some boots and clothing. The workers were kind and very helpful. Store manager Teresa was rude and did not treat her staff the right way. She needs to work on her interpersonal skills.

My very first time visiting here at Bootbarn in San Dimas!! I needed an outfit to complete a western look, for a special occasion. My first purchase was made online: bootbarn.com. Bootbarns webstore offered a 15% off discount, for my next in-store purchase; only, if I selected pick up at the store. In addition, I also signed-up, for my very first time at bootbarn.com to begin receiving points towards new future purchases at the store. The cashier kindly let me try everything on, and to my surprise everything fits! What a wonderful experience! I am currently now enrolled in their rewards program online. Overall, I definitely will return to make a new purchase on my next visit!

Two stars only because of the selection and because they give a military discount.The customer service was poor. They walked by the other Hispanic man and me multiple times, and when the man asked a question, the employee acted like she didn’t understand “do you have 9s” and walked away.They gave me this look like they assumed I was going to steal.Had to look for what I wanted without help.

Rude customer service! Today I went in to exchange a pair of 18.00 suspenders that broke on the first try. Kelly the manager was rude during the exchange process. She told me “you haven’t bought nothing here since January 4 months ago” it’s only been 2 (I’m not Ignorant I can count) then she went on accusing me of them being used (Mind I couldn’t use them because the clip broke on first attempt of use). Then she went on to say this is the last time I’m going to do this! Don’t worry Kelly I won’t be buying my boots at boot barn no more. I went in with the intentions of buying new work boots after the exchange, but because of the bad customer service I bought them straight from the manufacturer and saved about 30 bucks!

Large selection of western boots and work boots, hats clothing and accessories. I finally found a pair of cowboy boots that are comfortable and style I liked. Good customer service, friendly and helpful to help you find what you are looking for. Best to go in and try them on, dont order online. I tried on 5 different makes same size and some were tight as for a couple fit just right image attached. Brown are from Ariat and reddish brown are MoonShine.Boots are not cheap, but they are of good quality, you can find good deals on select items more so for ladies. I paid $160 plus leather conditioner and water repellent spray... you want to take care of them. Good experience first time shopping here.

I always go to the San Dimas store. It is always hit or miss when it comes to customer service when it comes to the folks at the counter. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes they are not. Definitely friendly when I am spending hundreds of dollars on boots for my wife. Not very friendly when I am having to make an exchange or return.

Horrible staff. They made me feel very uncomfortable. One woman welcomed me in and tried to help me and another woman came from behind the counter to interrupt us and said that I had to leave because they were closing. There were several other people shopping and browsing in the store and it was around 5 PM, but the store closes at 7. Rather than comment on the these inconsistencies with someone that I can buy and have change, I just said okay and left. This will be reported to corporate.

I love the smell of leather I couldnt help myself so I return I was there previously, really enjoy the people very friendly they get 100% on my . On another note its a bit pricey dont go in there unless youre going to spend be particular cuz youre going to get what you want.

Due to RD2 and fond memories, I really wanted a great pair of boots. I was shocked at the prices on-line but I settled on Cody James square to motorcycle boots. I was honestly dreading having to go to a western wear place but my fears were unfounded. Boot barn is a great and comfortable western wear shop. The staff were all women and very friendly. No pressure and very knowledgeable. Lots of clothes but no gear like broken horn. The only reason it did not get the full 5 was because they gave me the boots in a bag. I would have preferred the shoe box because the. I would have a copy of the care instructions that I had to look up later.

One of the best Boot Barns Ive been to, this location doesnt just carry boots and mens workwear. They have a full line of ladies fashion wear, a HUGE selection of boots, and a generous inventory of accessories for men and women - plus some home decor. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The store is well kept, in a good and safe location.

It is a really nice store.Everything is clean and well kept and the customer service is good.They asked me if I needed help a few times and then were very helpful when I did have questionsThe reason for the 4 Stars and not 5 is more because the woman helping made it pretty obvious she didnt have much interest in my stories / small talk once the sale was close to finalized and it just made the rest of the experience feel some what phonyThe other Mark against them was in the parking lot, Due to a good amount of rain the lot was flooded and the water was as high as the top of the curb causing more than 1 wet foot Im sure. I told the girl they should put out a cone but she just laughedI did get some work boots that feel great and like i said the place was nice and had what i needed but they just lacked that extra smidge of care that would make it a 5star experience

I love this boot barn in San Dimas. The customer service is great as they’re ready to help you as needed, they carry great clothes ranging from hard labor to going out to a night on the town. Keep an eye out for their clearance because I have scored some really good deals on both women’s and men’s as well as children’s clothing. This is the go to spot for Ariat boots as well.

We were greeted right at the door with a welcome and we were help throughout the store with any questions that we may have above and beyond what a normal store would do exit excellent place to go I recommend it highly

First time to this place I usually go to the other one in Upland only came here because they had the Hat rest and hat box that I wanted great customer service friendly staff. I knew exactly what I wanted so I called ahead . I asked them if they could have the stuff ready for me on the counter and they were more than happy to have it ready. FYI if youre coming in from the Arrow Highway side those doors are closed, you will have to go a little bit around the corner to get to the entrance

Nice place for western and work boots. Most of the other items like purses and wallets are usually vinyl and fairly pricey. they tend to market those items with lots of rhinestones and studs. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good place for boots and some cute dresses and shirts. The girls were very helpful and friendly. One the girls found a great dress for me and another some really cute boots I wear every chance I get.

Really nice staff, but ends there. I bought a pair of boots here, wore them in the house a few days to break them in and they started tight enough I needed my boot horn, but after 3 days they fit very loose. Now I know thats the boot makers problem but for $200 I expect to be able to return them if theres an issue.
