I’ve visited this place a few times but I got the best service from the manager her name is Rose Anne Plascencia I bought defective conair airbrushAnd she went above and beyond to help me exchange this tool. She called customer service she spend time and really care. She is very understanding patient and have a good customer service Very pleased with the service I got from Rosanne
This place is the worst. First I asked the manager for an opinion on the color I should get and she was busy filling an order for a salon so she essentially ignored me. Then the tag on the shelf for developer said 3.79 and it rung up as 4.29 and they REFUSED to give it to me for the price displayed on the shelf and I am even a member of their club! Even the manager refused. I will never shop at this store again. Steer clear. They are rude and unprofessional. I hope this location goes out of business. I will be contacting their regional and corporate offices about this.
Im a professional hairdresser and Ive gone to that salaries for many years. But the people that used to work there all the time or not there anymore. Well the new girls that work there need some lessons on hospitality and public relations. Plus they dont know their product or prices the Pomona store on Foothill and Garey much better
Theres another Sallys about 10 minutes away. Staff is more friendly. Nothing wrong with this one, but the other has more customer service. This one I left feeling confused and not excited with my purchase.
I just called asking them if they had a specific item I was looking for. The woman on the phone told me that they have many different items and I have to come down and look for myself. Are you seriously so lazy that you cant check your inventory? Maybe somebody doesnt want to drive 10 miles to get there and not have what they want. Maybe calling and asking if the item is there is easier? Your customer service is lazy trash.
