Just don’t.We purchased new windows for our entire house from Newman and regret it. The following is a chronological list of problems we had with this company. And Newman’s Windows, please, feel free to chime in if any of this is untrue.First visit to install all new windows: 2 windows wrong size and had to be reordered. Missing bathroom screen. Window w/chipped glass installed kitchen, had to be reordered. Front room window broken, wouldn’t stay up. Forgot locks window locks.Second visit: Only installed front 2 windows. Brought wrong size for missing bathroom screen. Mis-measured chipped kitchen window, had to be reordered again. Fixed” front room window, broke again immediately. Brought wrong colored locks.Third visit: Only fixed kitchen window. Brought wrong size bathroom screen again. Couldn’t fix front room window. Said they weren’t comfortable installing locks.Fourth visit: Came to check out installing locks. Didn’t install them.Fifth visit: Only put in bathroom screen, said they had alternatives for locks.Sixth visit: The company that makes the windows came out and said they couldn’t fix the front window because it was installed wrong.Seventh visit: Said they couldn’t fix the bad install and had to order a new window.Apart from all that, which took over 3 months and 8 visits to finally fix everything, their customer services is horrible. It can take more than a week for someone to call you back. And it seems that a lot of our problems came from the fact that Dakoda, our sales rep, mis-measured our windows. He also told us that we could get special locks for our windows, which apparently, according to the manufacturer, can’t be done.Once again, just don’t.

We love our new windows from Newman and the sliding doors are so much better than those that you replaced. Everyone arrived on time and were very careful to clean up after the job was complete. Thanks for the great job.

They dont seem to really want to take care of repairs. Took me months to get them to even make an appointment for the screens. And worse since the did the original install they still havent come out to fix the messed up white stuff around the door. Been an eye sore for so long.....

Newman windows made out home look great with the installation of Milgard Tuscany Windows. I did not really know what I wanted but I knew I needed new windows to revive our old house. Newman helped me figure out what would look good with our style of house. Our house looks great just in time for Christmas

Do not use Newman. They seem to have problems with measurements and thats a major problem with windows. If they cant get it right on the 1st,2nd or 3rd time how are they in buisness..Do yourself a favor and dont call them

I would give Newman 10 stars if i could.. Excellent Customer service, they kept my house clean.. they had to bring in 4 crews to finish the work after issues came up on the install.. they never complained.. and the price was amazing.. I highly recommend Newman Windows.

I had new windows and doors installed 5 months ago. Since then I have had to have one of the door panels replaced 4 times because Jeld-Wen can not get them correct. I am not informed as to whats going on, they randomly call and say they are installing again. Every time the panel is incorrect they blame it on something else, always making excuses. Currently my windows are covered in scratches and they excuse was sorry, but we cant see them from 10 feet, so they are fine. I would recommend everyone to find another company, do not buy from them.
