There was so much for us to do here! They have a welcoming, relaxed work area with a variety of paints, waxes, stamps etc. Cam was helpful in explaining the process to us and listened to every question I had. We made candles and painted pottery. You can choose different colored waxes, glitter, and scents! They even had cool things for sale near the register like little earrings. I’m excited to go back!

Really cute place that offer walk in pottery painting, candle making, succulent gardens, and slime! Its a really simple and cool process! The ladies that ran the place were really nice and helpful even when they were swamped with people. Me and my friends enjoyed an hour of glazing some cool pottery! Really good place to go for a date or to take the kids for arts and crafts.

You pick a pottery peice and you paint it however you like. The will bake it and become glossy. Some tips: layering on the color but make sure the color is dry first. Also, the paint seems to be water base so if you layer on too much it will be smudged. There are paint bottles for detail work or drawing of patterns or anything on your pottery. They have have pencils up that can be used to write stuff without disappearing after baking front that you can borrow. You can use a normal pencil to draft and it would not show later. Staffs are friendly and you can bring drinks in.

Soooo much fun! Went for candlemaking (prices range from roughly $20 - $40ish depending on size/style) and wanted to try everything honestly. From size, shape, colors, scents, and even cute add-ons($0.25 a piece) you have plenty of options to choose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfy and inviting. I loved my experience and definitely suggest anyone give it a try.

There is a lot to do they have a lot options for activities. But they focus most on the pottery and candle making, so the other activities have fewer options. I really wanted to make a mosaic but they didnt have anything I wanted to make it on. It is very kid-centered in that area. The staff is nice and the area is clean.

UPDATE: I came to pick up my pottery at 11am on Monday. The doors were closed, the lights were off, and I called twice. The phone rang without answer in the studio each time. The pieces I am here to pick up were for a birthday present that needed to be sent in the mail. There is no sign on the door that mentions an unexpected closure or different hours. I waited for 15 minutes outside until we heard the area staff (the same man who asked us when we got there if we were waiting for them to open) talking to who I presume is the owner letting her know we had been waiting. Her response was Oh no! I better go in this door. Thanks for letting me know. She proceeded to open the patio doors to let herself in then came to let me in at the main door pretending the studio had been opened the whole time I was sitting there saying the patio doors were opened and she forgets this door. The main doors are the entry point for customers at the studio. So how does a business owner forget where all their signage and information is for customers? When I pointed out that I had called twice in the 15 minutes we were waiting she had nothing to say other than Oh. It was clear she had been caught in her lie.I will not come back again. I can understand being a little late and Ill accept an apology for an honest mistake. It happens to all of us. But lying to me about it and putting the blame on me is completely unprofessional.Overall, we enjoyed our visit. The 2 women that helped us get set up were friendly though they were mainly focused on getting the party set up for the kids that came in right after us at opening. The only thing I could really complain about is the music being played was a bit loud for us. The birthday party full of young children were kinda all over the place and also very loud adding to the noise level which was a bit distracting. But that is not the fault of the staff. There was plenty of room to stay distanced and all pottery pieces were clearly marked with the price, as were all of the other stations, so you know what to expect at check out. A fun place to go with a small group of friends if you want to spend time together doing something other than eating/drinking. I will definitely be heading back there again.

Quality of pottery is good. Customer service was lacking. It was my first time there and an associate said she would walk me through. After waiting for 5 minutes, she walked off to do something else. I figured it out, not hard but it was rude to treat a customer that way. I didnt want to ruin the day so I didnt bring it up. Might go another time just to give them another chance.

This is always a favorite place of mine to go for any date or to take family or friends. Im excited to go again in the future and instead of painting pottery Ill be making candles; and maybe at some point I will try to make a mosaic. The staff is friendly. And its really great that you can bring your own food and beverages including beer and wine or liquor. I wouldnt say that its the cheapest date or activity because it is rather expensive considering there are other alternatives; however the hot spot in Liberty Station is especially good because of its location. there are a variety of other things that you can do to enjoy your day or evening. My girlfriend and I have been once and will be going back multiple times. I highly recommend checking it out.

Im not a pottery type person or artistic, but I enjoyed this place. You can make pottery, a garden, or candle. I opted for the candle since I never done that before. The staff is nice and helpful. Prices average $20, but that includes everything, from the item itself to paint to preparation. As for the candle experience, you choose if you want it in a glass bowl or mold, any accessories like letters or shells, then pay. Youll fill the mold with wax colors of your choice (size depends on your preference), then when youre done, then take it to the staff to add a scent or glitter, and they fill it with a clear wax to hold everything together. Its done in less than hour. This is a fun activity that all ages can enjoy.

This place is conveniently located in Liberty station. We live nearby and I like to support the local businesses. Most of the time they have plenty to choose from. Been once where it was slim pickings a few weeks ago(on a Monday). Decided to host my daughters birthday party there. I was asked for a $25 deposit which I expected and happily paid, when booking. But, when I went to pay the bill at the end of the party I was told the deposit did not apply toward the bill. When I asked what the $25 was in fact for, the young girl told me it was to just hold my spot, and for the 1 extra staff (who was nice enough, but besides explaining the instructions, really did nothing else for us the next 2 hours) and for the plastic table we used ...for the food that I bought And brought in. Hmmm.Perhaps I wouldnt be leaving 3 stars if I had been told at the time of my reservation that the $25 does not apply to the party total (which was well over $200). That seems kind of sneaky to me.So if you are planning on throwing a pottery party, just know that it isnt really any thing more special and I highly suggest just walking in WITHOUT a reservation, picking pottery and painting it. Save yourself the $25 deposit. Which actually would buy you a piece of pottery to paint ;).
