When they said 5 star, they werent kidding!I went to the Toshiba website and checked the listing of the local authorized repair centers in San Diego. I called on a Saturday since that the only day I was off. This is the only store that answered their line. I talked to the Owner, Nasser. He asked for the the symptoms and told me the most common scenarios. there were no promises made, but the gave me an idea what to expect on the cause and the cost.The following Monday I called the rest of the local authorized repair centers. diagnostic alone is already kind of a rip off. I understand that they run a business and not a charitable institution, but for the age of the laptop it not worth it.Once swung I by the A1 PWSolutions office Nasser was there. he was nice enough to physically evaluate the most common issues. Due to the age of the laptop, i told him how far I would go to get it fixed or just get a new one.he was very nice enough to get the laptop fixed within my budget. Eventually we ended up replacing the LCD screen and the battery. He did not stop just fixing what i came for but pointed out potential future repairs. he also helped me get the laptop back faster than when it was on the shelf.His technician Jonathan was also polite and courteous on the phone. Gave realistic fixes as well as honest, easy to understand answers.I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

This is an amazing place. I was very disappointed when my camera broke last year. I asked around almost everywhere to try and fix it but all the places I checked were asking for too much money. When I brought my camera to Portable & Wireless Solutions Inc they told me that they would open it for free and check exactly what the problem is and then tell me the estimated cost to fix it. When I came back for the estimate they told me that it was a small problem and that they had already fixed it! I was so happy, and when I asked how much I owed them they said that I didnt owe them anything! They fixed my camera for free because it was a small problem, while other stores were asking for a lot.. These guys are great and super nice! Its been a year since they fixed my camera and it still works great! Love this place, I told my fiends about it and they are also very happy with the service =)

I looked up on Craiglist a company that could repair my water damage, power plug and broken screen replacement on my Samsung galaxy S3,these guys are awesome, fixed my phone like new condition, on time to, like promised, they said will be ready on Saturday noon time, they promised and delivered, honestly I recommending Portable Wireless solutions to all my friends and clients, they are affordable, fixed whats needed with out up selling me!A1 cell phone, smart phone repair,thank you guys you are great!

They repaired two of my computers on two separate occasions, and both times the service has been effective.

Wow what a joke, look at their website, they have old laptops running XP and Vista for RIDICULOUS prices.Save your money, go to craigslist.
