Melissa is great, no pressure and super helpful

I love this store! Whenever I come in, whoever is working is super friendly and beyond helpful. Melissa in particular is amazing! Always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Awesome store

I gave two stars to Melissa who helped me make exchange orders and I would give negative stars for the other sales.I shopped with them on Black Friday very early morning and when I arrived there were no other customers. I took some sweaters to the fitting room and the sales even asked me to put the clothes back to the hanger after I tried. Should it be your responsibility to clean them up? OK I can help you with that but dont take that for granted.It turned out the sizes dont work out then I need to go back to exchange sizes. Melissa helped me on that and I appreciated her help. The thing is why the sales who helped me first didnt help me with the exchange at all and he seemed not busy at all? If you were taking the commission from my purchase how did it come you dont want to deal with my problems later? Its OK since I was helped anyways.Then I went back to the store for the third time yesterday evening for return. Another sales helped me and he made me feel really uncomfortable. He told me that Im wasting their human resources and shipping costs since I exchange and return back and forth. And there is no way to return my other items on the order after this one. Excuse me? First of all its not my fault that there are no appropriate sizes in your store. Second, I am also spending time and gas to get to the store and I dont want to bother you either if I could. Third I told him that even if I ordered online its the same thing for the shipping thing. Its the company which pays the costs not him. He said he is part of the company. OK I understand but does your company know that you are representing your company to turn down my return only because you feel bored? Forth its not you who helped me with the order so dont take the credit. I appreciate that you helped me with the return and its your job duty. Dont make me feel like Im making a mistake. My only mistake is that I shouldnt go to the store at all if I can shop online.

So disappointed in my experience today at the San Diego location. I have no issues w/ company or store policy BUT the management has to step up their game. I have never experienced where a manager tells to come back and talk to an employee. What are you there for? It’s like one company but talking to 4 different people with 4 different store policies. One person is telling me one thing, and the manager doesn’t back up anything they say. Terrible. I buy a lot of Vince too!

ZERO star!!!! This company is the absolute worst!! I ordered a pair of shoes, they shipped me a size 6 left and 7 right, and after months of dealing with this and sending the shoes back, they still have not refunded me HORRIBLE!!!
