Poor selection of shoes. Not your typical Nike store. Better shoes and selection at Foot Locker. 👎

Great little store inside Fashion Valley mall. Prices are ok but nothing exited. If you are in a hurry and need your running shoes quick and some matching training clothes this is it but if you are a bargain hunter and like deals and clearance section or SALE items this store might not your first choice. Well organized and fast in and out if you are know what do you need. Great stuff members. Very helpful suggestions about my running options. Definitely worth to stop by.

Yo where are the soccer shoes, Im expecting to see more shoes then your guys fashion clothes not the best spot I was expecting a bigger place.

Didn’t open on time, just printed out lame note that they will be opening late. 7 people of stuff in the store and they just won’t open the door to let customers in.

The workers here are lazy. They don’t come and ask you if you need help; all customers including myself had to go up to them to ask for shoe sizes while they stood there and chitchatted with each other not acknowledging customers. Not friendly either. Don’t know what’s wrong with them but I went today and the service was a big thumbs down for me.

There are better Nike stores.Being in Fashion Valley, this store caters to folks doing well enough that they arent searching for deals or gems.If you are a fan of scoring a pair of Jordans or a shoe you didnt expect to find on the back wall, this isnt the one.

We had an amazing experience, Valencia helped my girlfriend try on every shoe in multiple sizes. Positive helpful attitude and was excited about her finding the perfect shoe. If your experience is not the same ask to be helped by her :)

Nike ... please. Please. Please. Listen to everyone. Some of the worst customer service in the world is at this store. Either close the store down (like you did at fashion island in Orange County) ... or revamp the entire staff. No one is helpful. No one wants to do work. While I was checking out .. the manager had to ask the staff 3 times over the walk-ie radio to have more staff come out from the back to help customers cause everyone wanted a shoe or had a question and no one was on the floor to help. The pausing of my transaction makes me wait while for her to find staff to help others... then ordered online ... and was lied to about not having expedited service anymore ... yet the option is on the app. The worker there just looked at me and still didn’t offer the 2 day shipping. Awful.

This place has okay prices and decent shoes the store doesnt have the best selection or the newest shoes but they do have some good sales.

They have no clothes for you in mens or womens, if you are XL or up. I couldnt find nothing for me or my son

Ridiculously slow. The line to get in is understandable due to the pandemic, but most people leave without having made a purchase. The checkout line in painfully slow. One of the cashiers seems to be confused. There are too many workers standing around. Taking up space that could be customers.

Pardon my bias but I have a Nike guy forever. I ended up buying my wife a cool bag from there but nothing for myself. It wa a long shopping stop for me but during my time in the store I was always asked if I needed help and never felt rushed or anything like that. Everyone was very helpful. Calm atmosphere and I felt good being in the store. No loud music bumping through the place so it calmed my nerves a bit and allowed me to shop with no anxiety. I will return here!

I’ve never felt so unwelcome to a store. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER looking to pick up some Metcon 5s but none of the THREE EMPLOYEES could be bothered to end their personal conversation to either greet me or hep me. THANKS.

This is a Nike Running store vs the typical Factory or Clearance stores (meaning it only has full price offerings).... that said its beautifully merchandise and the staff is exceptional. I have personally worked with Brian, Quinn, a few female sales associates that were top notch (and Im so sorry I cant remember their names)...ultimately I recommend this Nike, its great

I found this location to be in excellent condition, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was organized in a logical fashion, unlike the latest Costco trick of shuffling products randomly like a deck of cards in Reno. The shoes were nicely displayed and the environment felt relaxed and spacious. I would definitely shop here again. I was surprised there were no kneeling mannequins with Kap jerseys though. Social Justice game slipping ;)

Excellent customer service. But in terms of selection and price, its really worth it to go to the Nike outlet or clearance stores in Alpine or Carlsbad instead. A lot of the shoes there are the same ones on the Nike website but they are marked up.

Just do it. I boycotted Nike for a while because of Kappernick. When I finally sifted through the media misinformation, it comes down to a person raising awareness against police brutality. Any police brutality on any level needs to be stopped. Any police state needs to be stopped. The message was lost in the media. The counter is the over militarization of sports paid for the US Armed Forces. Nike v. US Armed Forces. US Armed Forces always wins. I support stopping police brutality. I support Nike.

Wouldnt really call this a Nike Store its more like a boutique just for running apparel and simple stuff like that. Or maybe I came right before inventory. Wasnt much there, I was never greeted either.

You guys need to get rid of your employee named Alyssa Faughn. Totally disrespectful employee and super flirty with customers. She was talking to my boyfriend the entire time of shopping and it was disgusting. Teach her how to be professional.

I found the product I wanted, and was greeted with a smile. I was even advised to take the short survey that would give me a $5 coupon which I received by email 2 days later. I enjoyed my visit to this store and will return again.

Very poor customer service. The customer service at the Nike factory down the way is much better and would recommend for a much better selection. This location was one of the worst Ive been to and I almost exclusively own Nike wear.

Walked in looking for a shoe, however after looking at the shoes, even trying one of the displays on. All three employees still remained behind the cashier without a greeting, checking up, or even asking for a size. But one of them still had the time to look at a pair of space jams with an employee who was already off. Great job at this store for wanting their customers to go to footlocker instead.

Walked around for about 10 minutes, no one ever greeted me, not one time. I picked up four pairs of shoes without anyone ever asking if I needed a size. Only saw one unbothered worker at the checkout desk not paying attention to the store and one customer representative telling another customer they didn’t have the shoe he wanted. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Should be a Nike museum not a store. And, for being such a large store the shoe selection is small and not great.

Expensive as all hell no deals or sales at all, small store for running I run every day only wear Nike but this place was awful. small selection of the same shoes just different colorways, easily some of the worst customers service I had ever received at a nike store also. Really dissatisfied with my entire experience.

Great customer service! They had the shoe I wanted, but not the color. I tried on the shoe to make sure it felt good and they ordered the color I wanted and shipped it to me (free shipping).

Why is it not just a regular Nike store.... it’s almost always empty. I think it’s a waste of space in a high end mall.

When i walked in not a single word was said to me. Okay thats cool. I started looking at the shoes and one person came up to me to ask if i needed help while the rest of the employees stayed in a gossip circle near the back end of the store. Literally all they did was stare most of the time like they didnt know what was going on. Yeah...not going back lol
