I love Ace but my last three visit have been poor due to inconsistent information. They called me in the morning to tell me my pants were ready to be picked up and they were not ready until early afternoon resulting in me waiting 30 minutes. I also noticed they ordered two wrong shirts for me so I had to drive back to have that fixed. Today I brought in two pair of shoes and pants for my husband I had previously purchased. I called prior to going and a gentleman told me I could return my items. As I returned they told me I could not return the shoes as they were on sale. I had stickers still on, never wore them and was taken back that they wouldnt keep their word. The lady that helped me was really rude when I explained and was NOT professional. I really hope this place can get it together.

I came in because I needed emt pants for a program that Im starting soon and everyone was great; even though they were busy the staff was nice and willing to help; they were able to hem my pants to my length which I didnt know they did, and they were ready in 20 mins! I was about to go in to pick them up when one of the staff called my name and hand delivered it to me in my car. I never write reviews but because the staff was surprisingly nice, I knew I had to let everyone know they should come to this ACE specifically. Thanks guys!

These people are snakes. If you are a first responder, go somewhere else because these people just want your money and don’t care about the fit and finish of your uniforms. They omit if items you are buying are on sale at checkout unless you say something. They are convenient because they are close, but my experience has been so bad with them multiple times that I avoid them and I’ll drive across town to shop at a different retailer.

I accidentally walked into this place and my eyes opened wide like a kid in a candy store. I couldnt believe the variety and styles of quality scrubs in there! Not just scrubs but from police uniforms, work shoes, professional business suits.... If I had more time to browse I would have gotten more scrubs. I ordered a pair of scrubs in June in store. I called three weeks later because I never received my order. After playing phone tag with the sales rep she finally got back to me three days later with a message that read, your product was discontinued. I asked to speak to the manager, she never called me back. However, I was refunded the money. I thought maybe to give another chance. I ordered a set of completely different scrubs on 8/22 in store. Still waiting for the order. Then I just got this message:Good Afternoon Crystal,This is Sharon from ace uniforms I was just informed that your items did not come in we called the manufacture and they told us they only have the pants in stock the top is going to become available on Oct 16. Please let me know if you wanna move forward with your order or if you wanna cancel Im sorry for the inconvenienceSimply the worst service. If I didnt call three-four weeks later, I would have been completely forgotten about. I just want one pair of matching scrubs. Very disorganized. Their manufacturing company needs to be fired. Just awful. The sales reps are nice in person and on phone but thats definitely about it.The place is full of mis matched scrubs. Especially in the men’s department. Before I placed the online orders on two separate occasions. The women said upon ordering:“Lets see if we have any in stock before I place an online order...That’s weird?! It says here we have 5 in stock, but we can’t find them?! We will just need to place an online order.”I Attached two receipts to the yelp review. None of which I received.

Ace Uniforms provides many professional outer wear. Such as scrubs, lab coats, law enforcement, fire and rescue.The staff is extremely helpful. They assisted me with the correct size and best color for me.Alterations and embroidery are available on site - excellent tailoring skills!They have sales periodically but it is so very popular, one must be quick to catch it.The only negative thing I can is their business hours are limited.As a nurse, I find it difficult to get into their shop considering my working hours. Which means that I arrive about 45 minutes to their closing time....BUT, they treat me as any other client!!!No rushing, sighs, or passive-aggressive jesters - EVER.I highly recommend this shop. ☺

Terrible experience!!!!! They had to order my 3 pairs of scrubs, wouldnt give me even one pair when they had 2 on the floor. Told me it will take 7 days, ends up being over 2 weeks. I called on the 7th day and they couldnt find my order. Then they found it after a while. My husband went to pick it up for me and tried to charge him even though the company I work for paid for it. Then they made him go to their warehouse to find my order, how is that okay!?!? Then they only give him two pairs because they put it in the system wrong. Just a terrible experience wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I have been coming here for over 10yrs. I have always had a good experience here and if they dont carry an item, they special order it for you pretty quick. If you are not satisfied with that special order they do allow you to return it which is nice. They have a huge selection equipment, uniforms and just about anything you can think of for those in public safety. One stop shop with embroidery and tailoring services here as well, makes it very convenient.

I ordered a white coat and has my name embroidered and they took less than a week. Everything exceeded my expectation. I have been coming here for my nursing school stuff twice, both undergrad and graduate school stuff. I am now back to get my nurse practitioner lab coat.

Exceptionally helpful staff that will readily introduce themselves and bring you to just what you need. Prices in general are better through other outlets but you get what you pay for. If theres a problem with something theyve sold you, theyll be decent and fair with your requests/returns. Full service shop selling just about anything you need for uniformed workers. If they dont have it then ask and they can probably get it.

Big store. Had a uniform for so many professions. The owner is a really nice guy.

Went in to get a 5.11 police duty uniform, got measured for tailoring and then paid for everything. I drove home and got a phone call about an hour after leaving the store asking me if I took my shirt. I told them no because it was being tailored and having the name embroidered on it. The girl on the phone tells me I cant seem to find the shirt, but Ill look for it some more if I cant find it then Ill call you again. I never got another call so I figured the shirt was found. A week later I called to see if my uniform was ready for pick up the lady on the phone tells me yes it is. I head down to pick it up and its not ready, they rushed to finish it so that was nice but then as Im leaving the store I notice the tag on the shirts collar isnt 5.11 its some other brand. I go back inside to get the error fixed and explained what happened and they tell me they must have made a mistake and they would rush to get the shirt ready by noon the next day. I show up at 130pm the next day to get my shirt and its not ready, they tell me to come back at 3. So I have to go back tomorrow again and hopefully they will actually have my shirt, the correct shirt that is, finished. I will never buy uniforms from here again I usually go to California Uniforms but this was closer to my work so I figured I would give them a try.

Everything is overpriced. Service is poor. I ask for help and they either take their time, go to someone else, or just never come to help. I’m not sure why that is at this point. Amazon usually has the same thing for much cheaper.

A friend of mine that I work with recommended me Ace Uniforms. So I visited the store and it was my first time here and I gotta say WOW this store has EVERYTHING as far as my duty belt/work needs. It took a while for a associate to assist me but after about 15 mins I was helped. I definitely will come to this store whenever I’m in need of new equipment for my duty belt.

I think they take advantage that they are the only uniform shop close by that sells a large amount of stuff... But they take forever to get your uniforms to you if you order it. I waited three months for one shirt!

The old guy who I talked to was very unhelpful and rude. Acted as if I wasnt suppose to be there. He seem more concerned about helping others then me. Not sure why. Everyone should be treated the same weather security or police. A customer is a customer. I can say that they did have a lot to choose from.
