I had a completely different experience than Mr. Wade. I bought a bought where Joel Swan was the sellers broker. I looked into dropping the boat in water after the sale closed. Joel offered to meet Sat morning and Sunday night to drop the boat to support my weekend plan. I ended not doing it, but he was willing to do that for me when he had no obligation to do so. The boat has been delivered to me in Seattle. I got an email from Joel giving me some important tips and considerations for the boat. Ive owned boats for 20 years, and this is my 4th boat, and I still found the info helpful. I live in Seattle, so there is little likelihood of return business with Ballast and Joel, but Joel did this anyway. I considered this to be above and beyond, especially for the sellers agent. I highly recommend Joel.
