GREAT little market/deli in Little Italy, lots of noodles, wine, all sorts of sauces, produce, great tasting and good looking italian cookies and other pretty sweets and treats, great place for dinner fixings, a romantic picnic, gifts! Saturday is the farmers market and lots of great restaurants are nearby!!!!
Really cool import shop! Some awesome different deli items and imported drinks. Very kind and helpful staff. Not as expensive as you would expect either. Definitely worth popping in and trying a few things
I was looking for fresh lasagna noodles, called the shop today to ask if they had them. Talked to a young man who said they had fresh lasagna and angel hair pasta and let me know where they were located. My husband drove from Poway to the shop and guess what, no lasagna! My husband let him know that Id called and been told they had it. He wasnt concerned in the least. Im sure this shop has fine products, but I was very disappointed in the customer service
This is a great place to start, particularly if youre looking for new things! Since they have such a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, this grocery store, which is close to our home, is one of my favorites! One of the things I like about this store is that they always feature the most recent pieces rather than the older ones!
Specialty Italian grocer with a more than happy to have you in our store feeling
Very nice store, great selection fir pastas and olive oils, marmalades, wine and etc..
Leaving a five star because I think they deserve above a 4.4. They have just recently expanded and now have a lot more food, including more produce. The cherry tomatoes I get there are the best I have found south of Del Mar. Great pasta sauce options (though why no Raos?) and many types of fancy pastas. Surprised that they dont sell more fresh pastas and ravioli or tortellini and I hope to see more of that now that the store has expanded. Cant vouch for the meat, but have heard great things from others.
Lovely shop, recently added a larger section of the store with all new great things! Helpful and assisting staff! Couldnt ask for more :))
Great little market! Good service,, Definitely a favorite of mine.
Highly recommend this place for pasta options and fresh veggies to add to your meal.
Support your local small business. Fresh produce and everything in between. Truly a gem in the rough. I love this place.
New Years Eve afternoon was the most recently I shopped there. Exceptionally clean, very kind staff, and recently expanded. Fresh and excellent produce and meats, a meat and cheese counter, a wide selection of wines and olive oils. Ive shopped in Italian deli-type stores in San Francisco, Monterey, NYC, Chicago, and, um, Italy. This Little Italy shop is a gem.
Great market in the heart of Little Italy 🇮🇹. Recently expanded into the space next to them so really great choices for products. Super helpful staff too.
By far the best selection in the area!!!Just like ozone park back home
This store is very clean, neatly arranged and has a spacious space. It has got very friendly and helpful people working here. Their parking is plenty. Their products are quality and fairly priced.
Great little place to pick up odds and ends. Surprisingly they have alot of food
Good quality food and nice people.
Great little market. Is well stocked even today. And everyone who works there along with the wonderful owner is helpful. Great staff.
Very good selection of classic Italian groceries. Notables include gourmet pasta, hard to get condiments from the Motherland, freshbreads
I crave these things. Favorite dumpling flavored are beef and carrot and chicken and corn. All the flavored are delicious. I also like the pancakes with ground beef. On my way now to stock up my freezer.
It was very delicious, money well spent.
Nice small Italian grocery. Fresh meats, fruits, and vegtabels. Fresh baked bread daily.
Sandwiches were amazing coffee was so strong n perfect awesome service
Lovely store! Great fresh items!
Awesome spot in Downtown to get your various Italian food and drink fix
This is a small, but cleverly stocked market specializing in Italian imports you cannot find at the big chain grocery stores. This is a good place to find interesting pastas, truffle salt, Italian sodas, Italian candies, olives, Italian cherries, oils, and sauces. Thanks for stocking Coridino, which is a bitter Italian drink that is rare to find in a store. The pizza flour they sell makes the best pizza crust. It is worth a special trip to get real Italian groceries for you or for gifts.
I just checked it out for the first time and we have FOUND our new market!! I love this market! So many quality items and the cashier was just as sweet as she could be. Im so happy we live so close to Little Italy so we can walk here.
It is a compact Italian store but stocks well, fresh produce, meat pastas etc. Great little store
Great small neighborhood general store.
I live in this area cannot say enough good things about this market from the owners to employees. What makes it amazing is the especially though the owner cares about fresh Organic well made products from good companies . Best part kombucha on tap!
Great for a quick run for last minute Italian dinner ingredients. Always fresh parmesan, meat, and veggie selection changes daily. A lot of pasta options.
Love this little shop - yummy fresh salads and dressings!
Fresh, great people
An Alladins cave of Italian fare
I love the fresh salad with splendid dressing in this store
Great food, cosy and very nice staff:)
Do not go here. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible place and atmosphere. Service staff was really rude. I love Mona Lisa and will go there any day over this place. Not worth your time or your money.
Great little market if you live close by -- best they sell the amazing pasta sauce that is served at the corresponding restaurant.
A real Italian grocer.
A great variety of ingredients and cooking necessities, fresh produce and pasta.
Friendly staff, nice variety of fresh produce, olives, pasta, etc
Packaged food is OK. Fruits and veggies were spoiled on 2 separate trips. Shame. Its really close.
I love this market.
Limited but high quality selections at exorbitant prices.
