I love this place! Hands down, best consignment store in SD! I have found so many cute items in like new condition for a fraction of the price! The staff is wonderful too! This is definitely a place to come for a shopping spree without feeling guilty of what your bank account looks like LOL! Follow their socials too to keep u posted on any new items they get.

Staff is great! Beyond friendly! They remember me coming in, even if its been awhile. They are always very very patient and very very helpful. Their professionalism is great. Theyve got a huge selection of clothes, toys, and accessories. You will always find great deals here and they give military discounts. They also often have sales at the end of a season or if they find they have too much inventory. The prices are as good as you will find in all of San Diego resale

I’m a Frequent seller at this location. You can drive around to the back to drop off sales items. You can check the board to see when it’s your turn for your items to get checked. The store is very large and stocked up with very cute children’s item. They have strollers, beds, toys, and clothes. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. This store seems to always be buying because they sell items quite quickly than other stores it seems. They even have a waiting room for parents and children. The bathroom was clean. This is the best used children’s store in San Diego.

I love to sell items here because I know its helping out another family and I love to buy (everything is at a great price) and I find all sorts of treasures! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dude, you need to shop here for nice pre-owned baby stuff. The prices are the best. $2 for shoes. How about that? $4 for a dress. The place is organized by size. It is super easy to find what your looking for.There is a nice play area if you need to keep your kids busy.I highly recommend this place to everyone with a baby/toddler.

I love this place! I tell all my friends about it. The items in the store are quality and affordable. Plus the staff they have working there are kind and very helpful. They also have a facebook page were they will post hot new items they got in and you can call them to put it on hold or pay over the phone. Super cool

I’m a regular visitor of this store since my daughter was born 5 years ago and it is just an amazing feeling when you walk in! The staff is so helpful and will help you search for things you are looking for. They will place things on hold for you and keep their out for items you are looking for! Sad my daughter is almost too old to shop here as regularly as I do now! Highly recommended store I tell every one I can about it!

I find the coolest clothes for my son. Clothes and toys are clean and friendly helpfull employees.

I checked the hours information before driving down here, only to find out that they are closed on Mondays and Thursdays. There was a picture of the hours on the website but apparently its wrong, I would suggest editing the google page to reflect accurate hours of operation.

You have to check this place out. They have baby/ kid gear and maternity clothes. I love this place. It is easy to shop and there is an area for the kids to play as well.

They have the best pricing out of the trading places by far. I went to another company in La Mesa and they offered a little more money for my clothes but their in store prices were way too high. A very basic clothe (and dirty) Bassinet at the other place was $50, when I got an Eddie Bauer Wooden Bassinet from BGR for only $40! Plus I love how they give you 25% off when you are a frequent shopper.

Great kids place. Thrift stores are hit and miss for kids clothing and toys. BGR has a nice selection of kids clothing, shoes, toys, gear and maternity clothes at very reasonable and affordable prices. Thumbs up!

Cant say enough about this store. An absolute must for parents in the San Diego area. They stay well stocked with great gear and are always happy and willing to help. Love that being a parent doesnt have to break the bank.

Best place and place you would like to shop every week for for all your related baby needs such as newborn-5T for baby and girl, carriers, strollers,shoes,toys,books,jumpers, maternity wear and etc. There are special items as well for certain events and holidays. Clothing cheap price and in good conditions. They also have social media sites to display their merchandise, and having an option to put a item on hold.So why the 3 stars? First the bathroom. Bathroom is clean, but theres no changer for babies if theres a need to. Sure shopping maybe a quick stop, but theres fussy babies that need a change right away. All there is a wooden, short bench in the bathroom with a sign saying take the diapers with you. What!!! Thats not safe, comfortable, and sanitary for a baby. Babies can be rolled off or become fussy and hurt themselves on a bench like that. Im sure they can afford or at least take one of their many changers they have off for sale to use for their store. Two, the store offers to buy of your baby related items for credit or cash. Credit will always be greater than cash. But they buy them for very low. So dont expect much. The staff always keep update on what they need and willing to buy, So you know before hand. Most of the time theres a waiting list or someone before you selling their items so you have to wait a day to a week. So call ahead before you just head over there if you want to sell ur items.EDIT: I had requested special items over their website as inventory alert request, just by chance if they happened to be at the store or coming in soon. So I thought one or two days not checking their social media wouldnt hurt be therefore I can relax and not be on my phone. Worst mistake and luck. They showed up next day and already been bought and on hold for some one else. Why wasnt I alerted first? No email, or call. Whats the point? Really deeply disappointed. When I called to ask why wasnt I alerted the respond was should have called when it was posted to be put on hold. Worst customer service.

Great clothes and some toys..that are in great condition. Not too expensive considering they are name brands.But hate that they dont sell car seat, or cribs. They do sell bassinets from 25 to 40 depending on style

Friendly staff and unbelievable reasonable priced cloths. Greatest part is you can bring gently used cloths to sell or get store credit. I always do store credit.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews for this shop. I have shopped and sold here many times. Such friendly people, great prices, good quality of clothes, one of my favorite resale stores. I have 5 children I bring in with me every time, so they could have every reason to treat me rude, but never have!

Love this place!! Staff is always helpful and friendly!!! My favorite thing is seeing items for sale on Facebook and being able to call to place items on hold and even pay over the phone.

Tony is very rude and wont even talk or listen to you on the phone. I called to ask a few simple questions and she had the nerve to ignore my question and start talking to someone else while I was on the phone with her! I would definitely not recommend this business they need to teach better customer service as they do not exude it at all with Tony. Bad, Horrible, experience.

This consignment store really helped me prepare for my 2nd kid. Being that I think having a baby shower for your second child is a bit ridiculous I spent my ENTIRE pregnancy going to BGR. Since it was down the street from my monthly doctors appointments I would stop in to see what they had. They are always so nice and helpful here. I was able to get what I needed and more for my 2nd child. They have an Instagram and if you see something online that you like, you can always call in to reserve it.

A good selection of second-hand baby clothes, and some toys/strollers/bouncers, all at a good price. Only a tiny amount of maternity clothing.

Dont expect to get a good amount for your items. I just recently turned in a new stroller hardly used and they gave me $20 for it. Mind you its $160 retail not sure what they sold it for or if they even sold it bc ive heard them talk amongst each other in the past how theyve kept items in the past that they really like. Not that it matters nor do i care but dont lowball the customers. Its ok you can get better deals elsewhere
