I reached out to a variety of AC maintenance companies through another company review app. WCHACS was very responsive and competitive. I called to book and a service opportunity came up that same day. I got a call to alert that the technician was on his way. The technician, Tony, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He reviewed my system, changed my filter, and gave me tips to help with future maintenance. It was detailed and quick for the entire AC maintenance service. Ill gladly call them again for my next maintenance.

West Coast heating and air conditioning is top notch. Great service and quality work. From start to finish couldn’t have been easier. Dominic and Alexie and the rest of their crew are great. We had all new duct work installed, plus AC, new furnace moved to the attic and new water heater. Even better, their company is part of the Energy saving program for California so we saved a lot of money by using the rebate program.

We received 6 estimates from various HVAC companies and were most satisfied with West Coast Heating and Air Conditioning so they were hired for the job. We needed a new furnace, reconfigured duct work, and central AC. The crew showed up on time, were very polite and friendly, and worked hard to get the job done. They were efficient, highly knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. It’s only been a few days, but we absolutely love our new air conditioning!!! The process has been wonderful and worth every penny! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have similar work performed in their home or office.

My air conditioning system had been not working since last fall. I figured that I would need a new system, which I could not afford, but finally in the last heat wave, I called West Coast Heating (based on Yelp reviews). Tony came a little early the next day and wearing a mask and was professional and caring from beginning to end. He explained everything he was doing, making clear about charges along the way, and clarifying what was required and what was optional. It ends up my capacitor was shot and Tony replaced that on the spot. My unit (over 30 years old!) was back working better than ever, and the charge was very reasonable. Such a relief!

I highly recommend this company. The did the AC install for my home (during the COVID pandemic). The process was intact. They made sure they adhere to their certain policies to protect my family and their team during this time. The technicians were all very informative and made sure they involved us in any decisions to our liking. The price range is reasonable. I definitely would refer them to family and friends.

Good experience from start to finish. Mike was our estimator. He knew what he was looking for, quick and to the point. From the initial estimate to the installation, it was a smooth process. And they even cleaned up after themselves as if they weren’t even here. I would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased my home last fall, and so knew little about the condition of the furnace and AC, so contacted West Coast to have it inspected before it gets hot. The office staff and service technician were great at getting the inspection done and providing me with good information on my system, as well as making sure it’s in good shape for the summer. I am happy to recommend them.

We had one of their technicians come out who are residents for a bid for brand new forced air and heating. Very professional. After obtaining other bids, we decided to use this company. However, in the interim there was an issue by the appraiser regarding the old heater. We called West Coast and advise them of the issue and a technician was sent out to the house and made a minor repair. We had not signed a contract with West Coast but they knew that we had decided to sign a contract with them. We really had no expectation that they would show up and look at the heater, but they did. We are very appreciative all of the extra measure that they took to help us out. I am sure that their quality work in installing the heating and air conditioning will be that of the technician that came out on the minor repair. We look forward to working with them. Great company! I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest, but they do really good clean and professional work. I got an entire mini split system from them.The exterior of the house looks really well done and clean. The systems themselves are GREAT and I love it. The sales person was very thorough about my options. (Central vs minisplit) and made sure I had enough cooling power.I really love the ductless mini split. Being able to cool only one or two rooms is nice. You can also just dehumidify your rooms without using the A/C which cools things down just by moving air and dehumidifying everything. It is more expensive then a central system, but if you have no ductwork and want to only cool some areas I would say it is the better buy.The installers themselves were professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and took great care of the house while working. They made sure I was happy with where to put the units as well as how they were installed.All costs were explained and broken down when I received my written quote. They checked up on things after installation as well.

West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning & Solar installed our airconditioning and heating. The job was seamlessly done, from the quotation through the installation. A few months later, we rang them and said that we thought we needed more vents in the family room, which they happily came and installed. If proved not to be sufficient and they then installed more venting etc. I thought that would be at our cost, but they pointed out that we had to be satisified customers and that it was their job to make that happen. Ive recommended them to many people, since our instalment 7 years ago and everyone is very happy with them. I use them for the servicing and they are excellent with that too. We had our HVAC system replaced the past two days. Glen and his team did an awesome job! New duct work and new AC unit was installed. Very professional staff. Rolled out liners to walk on and closed off the area they were working on with plastic wrapping. Not a single speck of dirt was left behind. They even wore masks the whole time to comply with todays pandemic. The AC system itself is quite and it cooled down the house like never before. I cant explain the work that was done in detail, but more air is now being pushed out to all the rooms. Rooms that didnt get cool are now cold! We love it! We solicited quotes from several Heating and Air Conditioning companies to replace our 20 year old HVAC system. Our TRANE system worked fine, but it was time to replace it for something more energy efficient and to avoid a breakdown in the middle of summer. Pricing was comparable and the estimators were all knowledgable professionals, but we decided to go with West Coast H & AC! Mario Rodriguez provided our estimate. We found Mario to be knowledgable, professional, with a great personality. He was easy to talk to and straight forward with his answers. He represented his company extremely well, but we felt like he had our best interest at heart. He shared with us the configuration he recommended then helped us configure the exact system we wanted. We were put on schedule and a week later Marios team showed up for install. Chary, the team foreman, was fantastic. He introduced us to his team, we did a walk through of my current system component parts including registers in each room and the electrical panel. With a reasurring nod he thanked me, turned and they all went to work! I was truly amazed how quickly they disassembled the old components, cleaning as they go to maintain a neat work area, seeking to minimize any disruption for my wife and I. They were committed to complete the install in one day and I enjoyed watching the eb and flow as they worked independently and as a team when an aspect of the job required more than one and they did it seamlessly. We could not have asked for a better team for install. It was a long day for them, but they were as polite and considerate as they completed the job as when they started. West Coast installed 10 mini-split ductless systems in our local Community Center. I received a call from Mike Johnson the same day I sent the RFQ, a site visit was scheduled for the next day and by close of business on day two, I had a proposal in hand. The bids were incredibly competitive and offered discounts for Seniors and cash payments. Two days after the contract was signed, the crews arrived to start the project. They removed all the old HVAC equipment and ducting and installed the 10 systems in 6 working days. I received a daily phone call from their office staff regarding the time they expected to be on site the following day and without fail, the crews arrived on time and ready to work. The professionalism and work ethic displayed by their crews was truely exceptional. I strongly recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning needs. A true pleasure to work with in all aspects.

My 18 year old furnace started acting up this year so I started looking for a good HVAC company. I read through many reviews on several sites and consulted with friends who also just completed HVAC work and narrowed it down to two companies. Both bids were competitive but West Coast stood out because of their superior product.I went with the variable speed compressor and furnace and could not be happier. The new Trane system increased the air flow in my house dramatically even though it is the same size as the unit replaced. Also both the AC and furnace are practically silent while running at max speed. The systems ability to maintain temperature is incredible, no more cycles of kicking off the blanket when the furnace is running only to pull them back up after it shuts off.As happy as I am with the system, I am also very satisfied with the company. From the quote to the installation, every step was explained in detail, all questions answered and timelines were met as promised.
