Had an incredibly poor experience with them. Once they started the job, they frequently did not show up or respond to calls. They often set times for service and then do not show up or respond.

I received a quote from them and wanted to go ahead with the work. I called Angie and she said she would call me back. I emailed multiple times and called and left multiple messages and never heard back. I guess they don’t want new business. Never had this happen to me before. It’s now been two+ weeks and no response.

Its been 2 weeks, shower doors not installed properly. Over 1/4 in. gap between doors & shower wall causing a MAJOR water leak. Many calls, emails, pictures and conversations with office staff without ANY resolution or c/bk to come fix. Highly recommend you find a reputable company to install your glass doors.

Be warned!!! Allusions installed a glass fence and gate for me about a year and a half ago. I paid over $3,000 cash for it. I noticed wishin a year of the work that the gate stopped working it was stuck and one of the large glass panels was coming loose from the rubber fitting and metal frame. I called and sent emails as soon as I noticed it because it is a safety hazard with my young children to have glass not secured. 3 times I was told the owner would come take a look. He never showed up and my emails went unanswered for a month. Finally my husband and I drove to their office. The owners wife got in my face and told me my project was at the bottom of her list and that my retaining wall must have shifted with earth movement. I told her I dont have a retaining wall. My posts were installed by her workers in concrete in the ground. Earth movement was not an issue. It was faulty installation. She wrote my info down again and I never heard from them. It has been a few months since my last email. Im disgusted with how I was treated and Im extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service. Based on what I read on Yelp Im not the only client who had this problem. So much for local pride trying to support a local business who obviously could care less about the quality of my finished product.
