This place has every candy you could think of! The old classics and the new trendy ones as well. Super cool environment! My little one was so overwhelmed by all the choices! The owners are so kind they helped my daughter find her way around. We will be stopping here again!

I love this place. It reminds me of Spencer gifts as a kid, but with candy, haha. If youre looking for that cool gift, but not sure what to get, this place has great options. Also great for gag gifts and premium sodas. Best root beer Ive ever bought was from here.

Stop by because my 8 year old daughter loves candy! Store was very clean, and staff was super friendly the man that helped us was very nice and considerate at the end when we were paying I asked him to speak to the owner because I wanted to complement him on his service towards us. Much to my surprise he let me know he was the owner!! It was a pleasant surprise to have the owner of the store help us and made us feel very welcome. If you are in area it is a must stop!

This pandemic is a defining moment for businesses. We have loved Rocket Fizz and have shopped there for years when lived here and have returned to visit. Not only are the employees not wearing masks, but they are actively encouraging customers to remove theirs. I am very disappointed in how Rocket Fizz disregards the health and safety of their customers. Two out of the three of us visiting today were high risk, and we took our business elsewhere. I will not be back.

The best place to get your Mustard & Butter Soda! And if you actually drink this stuff, you need your head examined..

This place is heaven! I found candy I havent seen in years. The store was absolutely beautiful! You could spend a hour just looking at everything. The staff was so sweet and helpful. My kids and I walked out with all our favorites. Well definitely be back!

Loved this location! Bit of a candy fanatic so Ive experienced Rocket Fizz in multiple cities. The owners and employees were helpful, knowledgeable and overall just awesome!! Next time Im in San Clemente Ill definitely be returning!

Cute little candy and soda shop. They have almost all the candies you can think of. And sodas that I didnt think were still in production. Truly is worth at least a look if you have the chance. Further more ethey have cool posters and signs as well which are quite funny.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointed. Employees weren’t wearing masks, nor enforcing customers to wear them. In fact, the employees told the customers they could TAKE OFF THEIR MASKS! So disappointed RocketFizz doesn’t care about the health and safety of their customers.

For anyone who loves sugar this is the place for you. This place also sells memories, all those things you had as a kid and had forgotten about. They probably have it here. Drink and snack wise. Check it out. And try something new while youre at it. In moderation of course!

I’m extremely disappointed in Rocket Fizz San Clemente’s complete disregard for their staff and customers’ safety during COVID-19. I visited the store today and was surprised to find that both workers behind the counter were not wearing a mask. There was no shield or barrier of any kind at the counter either so I felt extremely uncomfortable when paying for my purchases and tried to stay as far away as possible. I was going to just walk out of the store but my son was begging for his favorite candy so I tried to make it as quick as possible. The mask mandate is statewide and this store has zero regard for it. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Rocket fizz is an awesome local shop. The new owners are so awesome and support our community. Recently, I asked for a candy that I hadn’t had since I was a kid and low and behold they found it for me! They are so nice.Now, we take all of our out of town visitors in and they love it too!Thank you !

They had so many candies Ive hadnt seen in many many years as a kid. Lots of soft drinks. They didnt have Aspin drink but I did buy 4 other drinks.

If you ever ate it, you will find it here (candy). If you ever dreamed it, you will find it here. What an experience. This is my 3rd or 4th location experience and they are all a trip back in time. If you see a store, stop and check it out. You wont leave empty handed.

How can I tell you Im a cream soda freak? And they have a bunch of different kinds of Johnny Ryans my favorite. They also have every kind of Candy, you can imagine for back in the days when you were a kid. And all kinds of novelty stuff too. its really nice.

Having a Rocket Fizz in my local city, I was thrilled to see another one while vacationing! My family and I were greeted by the owner who was warm and had a great energy that has obviously rubbed off on the rest of the staff as everyone was super helpful and kind. The rad selection is endless and fresh! So glad to have stopped in!

I have been shopping at this place frequently the owners are amazing people and have always made me feel welcomed. Almost every time I walk in there is always something great that catches my eye whether it’s a giant gummy bear the size of my head or one of my personal favorites the Harry Potter jelly beans it is one of my happy places. If you haven’t been I highly suggest you make this your next stop!

What an amazing shop! Everyone is so welcoming and EVEN the owner. You can tell she cares so much about her store and her customers. Some people have reviewed this place and said she is rude. They clearly dont have a personality because she is one of the nicest ladies Ive meet.

What an amazing store!! The atmosphere was unlike any other candy store I had ever been in. The selection was extensive and the prices were very reasonable! I am so glad that I was able to make a stop to Rocket Fizz during my vacation and would highly recommend anyone else in the area to do the same!

My family and I were killing time before a dinner reservation and decided to visit this location. Ive been to the Rocket Fizz locations in both Santa Clarita and Thousand Oaks, but this store was the best I have been inside. Placed close to the San Clemente shoreline, it mixed the traditional feel of a Rocket Fizz store with the more laidback attitude of a beach town. The store was clean and well stocked, with a number of both candy and non-candy items to peruse and purchase. The clerk was friendly and helpful. even if you arent into candy, its a great place to spend some time.

This place IS MY CHILDHOOD The candy is amazing and every Friday after school mom would drive me to the one in vista until it closed. And because of that it holds a special place in my heart.

Dishonest business. They give you a packaging for something but put a different, cheaper item inside. I dont know how they have gotten away with it but its a shame that people feel the need to cheat and lie to consumers.

Such an amazing store has a back in time feel to all the great periods in our history and celebrates those times with candy and soda mostly how ever they do have small nic naks and what not.

This place is awesome! I dont know what kind of week youre having, but this place will make you feel better. The owners are Evet and Niko; make sure to say hi to them when you go in. Grab a bag of candy and spend the next 30 minutes reading all the great signage all over the place. My favorite is Nobody wants to hear about your diet. Just eat your salad and be sad. Ha ha ha!

Despite lots of kids and parents in the store all wearing masks the owner is breathing on his customers and products without a mask because he does not believe in them. Believer or not that is health department directive and should be put on a sign for customers to avoid exposure. Really rude.

All that sugar but I do love all the root beers signs are a great addition how ever the wife did not want to lug signs back to Chicago.

The Female Owner is RUDE. She is completely Unfriendly and Judgemental. She didnt greet us or thank us for our purchase. She made us feel like we were a bother to her, and she had a snobby attitude to every other Customer. She acted like she was doing us a favor by being in HER store. Its a shame too because I enjoy supporting local businesses, First time there and our last time.

Oh man, this is an awesome store. I stopped in a short time ago with my best friend Molly. We had a long day of shopping for Calvin Kleins and need a sugar rush break. The gummi collection here is out of this world. My personal faves are the sour gummi cola bottles and sour worms. I was tempted to get the 5lb gummi bear but decided that would be biting off my than I could chew. The owners here are super awesome and very welcoming. They didnt flinch at all when I asked if I could borrow a tissue. The air was dry on the coast that day and I got an embarrassing bloody nose. Ill definitely be back. No jive turkeys to be found here, a class small business for sure.

This shop is pretty much any candy or soda you can think of. I stopped in to get some taffy and they have many many flavors. My husband even found a soda that is in a merel haggard song.

Good candy shop bought awesome candy kinda overpriced but, bought almost all the crazy flavor sodas spent 75$ because me and my wife buy sodas for a hobby Not to disrespect the place but they tasted absolutely terrible when you taste them they all taste like they have been sitting there for years no wonder they have an “all sales final” rule would not recommend.expectations crushed.

Went there when I was in California. It was a great atmosphere, great time very family friendly.

I have been to many Rocket Fizz stores and they are all very unique and I have loved each one that I have had the privilege of viewing. This one however didnt have a great soda selection compared to others I have been to. They had all the different kinds of Root Beer but they didnt have many of their crazy flavors they normally have.

This is one of the more smaller rocket fizzes, but the customer service beats all the rocket fizzes i’ve been to. their selection of sodas is about the same but since it’s a smaller one, it looks like they have a lot less. my only “complaint” is that it’s small and some people don’t like small. it’s such a cute place to go to especially when you’re in san clemente and want a special something.
