Terribly rude cashier. I wanted to drop a parcel there on which the label had already been printed and glued. I wanted to ask where I could leave it and instead she started asking questions about the cost of the parcel 🤦🏻♀️ In addition, in order to throw the parcel, you need to stand in line🤷🏻♀️ I often return the purchased goods and for the first time I come across such unprofessionalism!
With every online store that uses UPS, my packages never arrive on time.
The prices for the boxes vary depending on who the cashier is... consistency would be appreciated.

I went during Covid and many of the employees were wearing their masks incorrectly (without covering their noses). This essentially makes masks much less effective and puts customers in danger.
Girls here were juggling multiple customers at multiple registers to get everyone through as quickly as possible. I appreciated that.
They are very slow and not very knowledgeable about shipping overseasTook me an hour and half to send a package to China. Luckily, no other customer waiting behind me or walk in.
Operating hours on window are wrong. They do not open at 8am. What time they do open is unknown...
