Impeccably clean facility with convenient freeway access. Managers are kind and responsive. Rates creep up, but thats normal and does make you think if you need all that stuff. Finally downsized, cleaned out, and terminated the contract after 20 years.

Friendly communications, prompt action, and very lenient with my mistakes. I missed payments a couple of times when traveling caused my credit card to cancel (and thereby caused my auto-pay to break), and they just sent me an email in each case with a friendly reminder. There were no ramifications. Also, when I had to move out via hiring movers and not being there to oversee it myself, they really bent over backwards working out a solution for me to get the key to the unit, welcome the drivers, and run the final check for me. Wish all storage facilities were this awesome.

Every day, every single day, they have a loud alarm that keeps going off for hours on end. Its insufferably annoying.After talking with them, the alarm goes off when an unused unit is opened, which they do on their daily checks of unused units. They refuse to disable the alarm for the duration of their daily checks.This means that every day, for every single unused unit, there is a loud, annoying alarm that goes off. Its driving me insane.
