A+ shop! I have been a customer for many years and have always been please and very satisfied from their service. I recommend always calling ahead and making an appointment! Their service manager, Keith, is extremely communicative and honest with all the repairs done on my bikes, both street and dirt!. Their mechanics are super knowledgable and really care about taking care of bikes! Highly Recommended! Thanks PMS Team!
First-time motorcycle owner and first time getting my bike serviced at a shop. I found Keiths repair shop while searching online and decided to swing by and talk to him about an oil change and new back tire. Keith spent 20+ minutes checking over my 97 GSXR and making recommendations that made me feel when they were done working on my bike I would be completely satisfied and safe. They were busy for the upcoming riding season and I had to wait until the following Tuesday but it was worth the wait. The bike was done in the time he said it would be and the cost was very close to the original estimate. No hassles, no up sales tactics, and personalized customer service. I highly recommend Peninsula for all your recreational motor vehicles.
Keith and all the guys here are great! Theyre quick. Theyre honest. And they really know what theyre doing. I had my bikes in a couple other shops before I found Peninsula Motorsports. But even when Keith says hes so backed up that they cant look at my bike for a while, he tells me that when I call. Not three days later when they havent looked at it, like some other guys. And I still take it to them rather than go somewhere else.
Quick service, respectful and walk you thru whats being done. Honest with their work and pricing.Update: An issue with my reg/rectifier came back which left me stranded on the freeway. We found they had put black electrical tape around exposed wires from the harness to the reg/rectifier. All they had to do is cut the wires and put a new end on it to plug into the reg/rectifier. Thats some amateur work at a shop price. Very unprofessional and hope that mechanic is not working there anymore.
Used on two occasions. Both times they were incredibly slow repairing the bike. The second time, they indicated that they were so slow because a mechanic was out with appendicitis. It took about 3 weeks to get the motorcycle serviced. By that time my son was away at college and I had to make arrangements to have the bike transported because I dont have a motorcycle license. They wanted to collect huge storage fees from me because it took me awhile to get the bike moved. VERY UNSCRUPULOUS!!
My family has been bringing motorcycles and scooters here for years. Great customer service and they can fix anything!!! Highly recommend!!
They go through the motions with you 120% they always let you know whats being done with the bike. they are very straight forward. No bulls**t. Best bike shop on the peninsula
Spoke with Keith over the phone. He suggested some simple checks for my 99 Buell electrical issue before going to the dealer since it was a rare model. Super personable and great service.
First time using Peninsula Motorsports and overall had a great experience. I chose to wait while they worked on my bike and they were able to provide a desk and Wi-Fi so I could connect to the office. Work was timely and they were very patient in answering all my questions. In and out in under 90 minutes.
They have mounted and balanced several of my Harley wheels and tires. My go to shop for great service..
These guys are very professional and are incredibly reasonable with pricing and time spent on projects. I recommend to anyone who needs motorcycle repair.
Honest. Fair. Those words keep coming up. These guys are who you want if you have a day to day motorcycle, a commuter or sometimes commuter, and you need someone in your corner to keep it running. No way my little vtr1000 would be in such great mechanical shape without them.
I stopped by to inquire about some minor issues with my scooter. Keith was extremely helpful, and took time to point out what the problem potentially was, and what parts were causing the issue. He was very friendly. Overall I had a great experience.
Ive been coming here for almost two years now and Keith is incredibly helpful and fun to talk to.
These guys rock dont stick a lots of parts but there prices are great and mechanics are some of the best around
Great, honest shop with mechanics passionate for riding! A+ rating from me
Very friendly. Good service. Good prices.
They got me in quick, and did what was needed to be done!
Great people, excellent service, very affordable prices.
I love this place, very friendly, great costumer service and the prices are better than any other places I know.
Keith is great to work with. They take it upon themselves to understand the problem and the best way to fix the problem and save money.
Keith really knows his stuff
Whats there not to love about this place, friendly service, upfront rates and fair pricing. Definitely recommended.
Good and efficient work for an acceptable price
Honest, trustworthy, smart. My only shop.
Slow turn around time. Will never use again
Been going here for years for several of my bikes, Keith always gives me fair and honest advice about the repair options available and takes the time to explain whats wrong and what he needs to do to fix the problem
Awesome first class service
Friendly staff, fast service
I left there my scooter to do service 16k and maybe to replace the belt but when I came back he told me after inspection non from that needs to be done. So he charged me for minimum of labor. Thank you for all.
