My first week in California I get to eat In and Out burgers! I am in Heaven! Long drive thru line but it moves fairly quick. Will return for more great service and juicy burgers!

Very much enjoyed my in n out experience. Food was fresh and fast. This location was very empty which is unusual to see for an in n out in this area. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean.

This was a great place i remember. But they still a great place I believe there were under staff do the pandemic perhaps. Maybe there was no manager on duty. But all the tables were dirty, no place to sit and eat I had to wipe my own table with water. Food was under cook. Garbage on the floor. This are areas to improve I know they will there a great company.

During lunch times and dinner times lines will be long but In-N-Out continues to deliver quality and quantity. The food was warm and delicious however it did take 32 minutes in the drive thru to complete the entire meal transaction. I will return because the quality surpasses McDonalds and Burger King in my opinion. There is customer service present which cannot be matched elsewhere.

It is a busy place, but good 🍔Hamburgers. I find it very safe during Covid. It has long line but I feel safe. Also, if you need a job, they are hiring. Its a clean place the parking lot and inside.

Double Double with cheese, onions, extra chopped chilies, split in half!!!! Nothing else needs to be said. Be ready for quiet time if you go as a family. My wife and I dont say a word to each other until our burger and every fry has been finished!!!Then we giggle afterwards!!!😆🍔🍟

I dont rate fast food over three stars because its nothing special. The line was super long but it moved very quickly so kudos to the staff. Did not go in the restaurant so I cant describe the i side, but the parking lot was very clean.

I ordered a. Take out. The double hamburger was delicious with lettuce tomato and onion. Extra mustard !Fries and a chocolate shake. Delightful !And I wasnt waiting long to get my order.

The usual good everything. The drive-thru might be long on weekends as usual. I recommend the animal style burger and the peppers on the side. Always ask for extra cheese and you might get 2 to 4 slices. Chocolate shake is always good if you have room.

Food was great and wait wasnt too bad. We went for a later lunch (1:30). My son ordered his fries animal style. It doubled the price but it was delicious.

They rang my order up wrong so then they had to refund and remake my order. I waited 40 min for my remade order

Tried the protein style double double wrapped in lettuce with onions and regular toppings, it was just as awesome as the original. Good job as always.

The lines are insane here. The drive thru line is on the main busy street all the time. I feel like its so busy they are always in a rush to make the burgers. The last 3 times my burgers were sloppily put together with lettuce of tomatoes falling out.

One of the better In-n-Outs in Silicon Valley, making better tasting burgers than other In-n-Outs... Gave 4 stars, instead of 5, as one of the burgers was not made to order.

This is an In and Out at San Mateo. We went to the drive thru to order our food. The queue is long but the service is fast.

This was my first time there and I really enjoyed everything from the delicious food and the experience of the restaurant along with a friendly staff.

Good burger as usual with in n out. This site gets really crowded at night. Walking is better than waiting in that outrageous line for drive though. Fries were ok but I shouldve asked for a harder fry to get the bette crisp.

The burger was good, the fries were okay but not as good as I was told... was expecting more... however the prices are good!!!!

Sometimes the drive through line backs up into the street, getting out of your dine in parking spacing can also be challenging at this location. That being said how can you not give the animal style 6 stars if I could.

First time out in a long long time. After grocery shopping I was hungry. Two cheeseburgers and an oder of fries and I was ready to head home. Service was much faster going inside and counter ordering. The burgers seemed better than the last time here. Burger was hot and cheese melted perfectly. I take away one star due to the fries looking and smelling good, but had a lack of potato taste. The line was very long in the drive-through. Inside out of the cold, it took about 5 min to get the food. Cannot wait for indoor sit down dining!!

Food is great as usual. Get a #1 with a chocolate milkshake. This place runs like a well oiled machine. I stopped by for lunch and the place was filled with customers. The managers and line workers are fast and work together to provide great food in little time. Chick this place out. You wont be disappointed.

First time at In and Out and I understand why everyone makes a fuss. Its a decent burger, no thrills, just an honest fast food burger. Its much better than its various alternatives.

So Im from Minnesota originally and come from the land of the original Lucy, but if I had to go by taste overall the inn and our in San Carlos is better than any other inn and out Ive been to before:)

The 🍔hamburger was delicious, the fries🍟 were ok. I came away from from In-N-Out very pleased with the meal. Certainly would go back there if I were hungry and one was close by....

Love this in-n-out burger shop 🍔. I had a double-double burger combo with a strawberry shake 🍓🥤. I also got some animal fries 🍟. It was really good as the one in San Jose, CA.

Ok but drive thru line moves so slow ... I should have just parked and order inside and might have gotten out earlier...maybe ...

In-N-Out has fantastic quality control, affordable prices, and great service. However all of these are pretty much universally known at this point, and because of that theyre usually filled to the brim with customers.The line for the drive-thru went out the plaza and they sent someone out there to take orders. Inside was no better with them being backed up by over ten orders and the line piling out the door but thankfully for me it was after I placed my order.But its all worth it. You just cant go wrong with In-N-Out. Fast food perfection everytime.

This beautiful establishment runs so smooth that you are in n out before you gulp down that delicious burger down your pie hole.P.S. I was legit here to get my dog a pup burger. And boy he was happier than Santa on Black Friday

Hamburger was good. A bit soggy towards the end but thats bc of the lettuce. Fries were kinda dry. I was expecting a bit more since everyone always says its so good. Hamburgers look good in pictures.

I dont see what the hype is about. The fries are just ok. Other fast food places have better fries. So I like the food but will never sit in line 20 cars deep. Staff is usually pretty nice!

This is the best hidden in and out drive through with speedy friendly service. They close at 11pm on weekday nights which is rad 🤠..located on Holly street right off the exit towards san carlos.it is easy to miss. Many times I had zipped passed it and oddly had never seen it. The other location off of whipple and veterans is a nightmare and there is always at least a half hour wait.

Decent food. As a Canadian Ive heard so much about how wonderful this place is....turns out its simply okay.

Nice food at very reasonable price just as we expect in any In-N-Out store. As have been to this place quite a few times, I had to interact with few staffs for different reasons and each time my experience was excellent. Ambiance and cleanliness of the place is very good too. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place, fast service with friendly staff. Orders are never wrong. We went at around 11 and the lines werent bad. The prices arent bad either. 2 burgers 2 cheeseburgers and 1 animal fries were around 16 bucks.

A quintessential American hamburger. Beautifully charred patties draped with American cheese, and encased in a pillowy, spongy bun toasted to perfection. Just a damn good burger. However, the fries were at best forgettable. Overly salty and dry, they made me regret not ordering a milkshake...

Nice burgers its just the burger is in the thin side! cant taste the meat due to more veg topping. fries use to be tasty but its now just ok.. small drink is really small! so dont compare INnOUTs small drink with burger king or taco bell.small drink with InNout is a actually a medium size drink with burger king, taco bell, McD .......

Really bad place to eat at, In n out is great but not this one 2nd time order has been wrong, food was cold workers are rude and I am sure workers dont wash their hands because has given me diarrhea twice already.

When in California, what do you do? Go to In-and-Out of course!After a long flight and being hangry, we checked out this joint that was within walking distance from the Marriott.It was expectedly busy, with a bunch of middle or high schoolers present (maybe after homecoming?).The burger was delicious, especially when you are pretty hungry! It is insane that it tastes good even with just a single patty.The fries arent to die for... a bit soggy and a bit bland. But I suppose you come here for the burgers - burgers with value.You have to listen carefully for your number though when your order is ready. They definitely have a loudspeaker, but they did not use it for calling up the numbers even though it was pretty loud.Coke machine was ok... the drink was a bit flat and didnt have the fizz that you get from an icy cold Coca-Cola can.

My fav In-N-Out in the entire SF/Bay Area, usually not super busy and with really quick service. For me it’s how fast food should look like - I may be developing a light addiction to double-double thou, so this is quite subjective:)

Went during a peak time (5:45 PM), and drive-thru was really long, so opted to go inside to order. Turns out drive- thru might have been faster, but wait inside restaurant wasnt too bad either. service was polite and courteous.
