Too bad as we have been going here for so long:(. Dont try to buy any cakes/ pies with CASH ..... very funny as they wont change anything over $20. I had no problem going to cold stone Menlo Park and paying cash for their Birthday items- I guess they dont want cash customers anymore. If they are scared of fraud, there are bill markers that work well if people cant tell bills are fake or not. Kids here are sweet but management makes odd rules on purchases like cakes etc.

Always a nice spot to stop in and have ice cream. Good staff, quick service.

$1 for jimmies? Really? Then there are only like 10 on there? Come on. We do like their ice cream cakes for kid’s birthday parties however, although we have ordered mint chocolate chip and gotten plain chocolate chip before, so make sure they get it right when you order. Otherwise it is a decent ice cream place.

Excellent ice cream. They always seem to have customers in line at all hours. They jeep the tables clean, which is quite an accomplishment given all the kids with sticky fingers. A good neighborhood place.

Terrible location would not recommend patronizing this specific store I had went in during the evening and purchased ice cream, five minutes after I had finished the owner had called one of the employees who regretfully informed me that I had to leave because I had finished my cup. I was contacting relatives and about to head out anyways. The store was not even full. The fact that I had been told to leave was extremely insulting considering I had spent my money there. Will be going out of my way to the carlmont village Baskin Robbins for better service. Absolutely ridiculous.

This spot keeps the line moving and have all the flavors.
