Our go to salesperson Renee. She went above and beyond finding the French Door refrigerator we neededto replace our 13yr. Old LG. During this haywired time supply its easy at all. Trying to find the size constraintsand wanted a white unit. Ha Ha, one other appliance store Sales person. No such luck. Trying every distributor I could search. No luck. Till CG appliance found one only white unit in the bay area. Deliveryfantastic within 1/2 HR old one out new Fisher Paykel unit leveled and running. Ill be back.

I always try to shop local at small business whenever possible. This time, things just did not work out. CG Appliance did everything possible to make the buying process painful. Two online inquiries were not answered, phone calls taken by an aloof salesperson that sounded like I was bothering him, store not open during stated business hours, and website that does not quote or coordinate appliance installation. Sadly I had to go with a big box store where I was able to confirm when the item will be in stock, place an order and schedule delivery/installation all in 15 minutes. Perhaps CGs other locations are different but I am very disappointed with the experience at the San Carlos location. Ill likely try CG again in the future and update the review if the experience is more positive.

Do NOT purchase Thermador appliances through CG. We have had issues with staining on the stainless steel and unremovable stains on the gas stove. I specifically asked them when I was purchasing that I want appliances that are easy to clean. Was lied to about that. When I called CG they threw their hands in the air and told me to call Thermador. Thermador doesnt even pick up their phone. You would think after paying them so much $$$$ for these appliances CG would go out of their way to help. Once they get their money from you they dont care about you.

No other company can match their high level of service because they sell and install appliances. All other companies have separate installation crews. Do yourself a favor and buy from CG Appliance... Less issues.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection of higher end appliances. Very helpful working through the options available for a major remodel. Prices seem reasonable, and they carry a range of high quality brands. Certainly worth a visit if youre in the market for kitchen or laundry room appliances.

I was tremendously impressed with Jeff: he knew to ask me questions I didnt know to care about! He really knew his stock and all the features of each appliance. I also really appreciated his attention to detail. I was also impressed with the skill and respect for my home shown by those who installed the appliances. The only problem I had was that I felt communication about delivery of appliances could have been improved.

We recently purchased a number of kitchen appliances from CG Appliance as part of a remodel. Determining which units to buy and making sure you have all the necessary parts can be overwhelming. CG Appliance was able to give us great advice and an excellent deal that included purchasing to installation. I highly recommend them and and would use them again. I worked with Renee who was a tremendous asset through the process.

Jenn Air cook tops suffer from poor quality control. The glass component seriously degrades in a very short period of time. The problem is in the glass itself. No amount of buffing or cleaning will remedy the problem. Jenn Air will not cover the problem under warranty. As result, I would look elsewhere for a cook top.

Renee was amazing! Very helpful and informative. She was super responsive when we had questions. We have already recommended our friends and our architect to Renee and CG!

I live in NYC and needed to replace the washer/dryer in my condo in SF long distance. Only a few models would fit in the tight space so my options were limited. I would call call Lowes and no one would every answer the phone. CG was very responsive by both email and phone and couldnt have been easier to deal with! Fair pricing too!

Janette the store manager was awesome - proactive communication, worked thru to resolution and with a unit that did not operate as advertised. Only reason it is not a 5 star is that I received a defective unit to start - spent time on repairs and debugging before Janette happily replaced with a different model at my request. I will shop here again.

Excellent Local Service with professionals who know appliances!! They have many years experience with this continuing family appliance business. Support them and appreciate their expertise, you wont get that at the big boxed stores or online........

Walked into the showroom without an appointment and was met with the warmest welcome. Beautiful showroom, very knowledgeable staff who asked the right questions and took the initiative to check specifications and prices on the internet for the models that I was interested in. I left purchasing a full set of Bosch appliances for our kitchen remodel and would thoroughly recommend CG Appliances!

Theyre ok. George the sales guy was good and mostly prompt in communication. But their installers are not of the highest quality. I had to face multiple issues including a dent in my hardwood floor.
