I received the kindest and most professional customer service when I spoke with the 2 female employees in your store. I believe one of them is named Charlotte (spelling??). Both of the ladies in the store assisted me with amazing detailed knowledge of how to care for my above ground pool that was also purchased in their store last September. As a 1st time pool owner I cannot tell you how much this is appreciated. Remarkable professionalism, kindness, patience and outstanding customer service from these 2 amazing ladies. I wish I could remember the other ladys name as she too deserves to be mentioned by name in this review. Thank you ladies for all of your help in recommending on how to care for my pool, what chemicals need to be added and how often. Bless you both!!

I stopped at a competitor first I was more familiar with lets call them Plesbies. I received a little help but they gave up fast and sent me here. LeAnn and Charlotte were so helpful and patient with me. I have little knowledge about pools and they were very attentive to my situation. They saved me hundreds I wouldve spent elsewhere and very descriptive and knowledgeable with their equipment. I am located in Fontana and will pass by every other pool store to get here. Thank you again.

We just started to go here last year and we wont go anywhere else great people their honest and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need and they really try to save you money they are professional but they joke and make you feal like family

!!BUYERS BEWARE!!Staff is completely unprofessional. They do not care about you as a customer after you sign the contract. Especially Leanne. She was rude and sarcastic. They were not commutative at all and I had to constantly call to get an update on my pool that took several months to install. I would’ve understood about delays especially with COVID but I never got an update unless I was looking for it. If you are expecting a call back it’s never going to happen. Also, staff in store will ignore you and just socialize with each other even if you’re the only customer in store. I HIGHLY recommend that you look else where. I know I will next time

They go beyond just the sales any extra questions suggestions, etc they will help. Even if they don’t have it they reach out to other stores they don’t just turn ya away. Really good people specially Antonio. He’s a great sales representative and knows his stuff won’t sell extra stuff to get more he is very honest and helpful. WE PURCHASED A WONDERFUL 7X7 SPA W/46 JETS. IT CAME WITH THE COVER & WE PURCHASED THE LIFT & THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CAL SPAS SAN BERNARDINO WITH CHARLOTTE, ANTONIO & LEANNE WAS VERY GOOD & THEY WERE ALL VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & HELPFUL.

Everybody that worked there was totally unprofessional and constantly had to Walk in the back room while no phones were ringing and absolutely no customers coming in.Thats three people on staff acting like complete children while trying to deal with one customer.100% unprofessional business site place I wish I could give them less than one star.

My chicken was so over cooked that it was tasteless. The Mac & Cheese was absolutely cheeseless. Overpriced and not southern cooked. Our server was fabulous. Will not return..

I called to get information for some prices on pools and the guy that answered was rude, seems like he didnt want to sell with his bad customer service and short word answers. Ill take my $5000 elsewhere.

First let me say, they allow you to test out the spa pre buy... Antonio the salesman was a great guy, helped alot this being my first spa. I cant lie i was a little nervous. But rest assured, secard kept me rest at ease. Go to for my spa needs. Ty guys

The lady the works there, an older Caucasian smoker, probably the manager or supervisor, is very rude, she seems racist too. Im glad we ended up not buying anything there. The place is an a very sketchy area of San Bernardino.
