I went to Red Star to get my license and my first firearm. It was such a positive experience that I am going to pickup my second firearm in a couple of days. My wife is going to pickup her second firearm. Our son will be picking up his first firearm as well. Red Star is the only dealer with which we will be doing business. Great customer service in every way.

I came to get some night sights put on my Glocks. Afterwards I noticed they put the rear sight on crooked. They put the front sight on with NO loctite! I took my firearms to someone else to fix my sights. After they informed me that whoever put the sights on, installed them from the wrong end.

The store has alot of guns and many accessories but the person who attended me was helpful but when I came back another day to pick up the firearm a different employee attended me gave bad customer service. I dont if it because they had made the sale they didnt care about the customer anymore

This place is one of the best they are very helpful, reliable, and friendly I wanted gold grips installed on my 1911 that needed some adjusting on the grips they did the work fast, and right. Thank you so much I will defiantly be back.

Found this place totally by accident, I was around the area and decided to stop and check it out. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable people and the store has a great vibe. It is an hour drive from where I live but I am definitely going back because the staff is very chill and respectful not like other stores that cant handle the extra business. Other gun store owners should visit Red Star armory to learn how to deal with customers in difficult times, you do not need an army of angry people on the floor making guests uncomfortable, what it takes is 3 professional and friendly individuals with an amazing attitude. I will be returning for more parts and accessories. Dude has WAAAYY more stuff than turners and LAPG!!! Had the part I needed, I was in and out quickly, no long lines or hassle. I highly recommend this shop

This little shop is awesome! The guys that work there are friendly and welcoming and answer all your questions. They let you take your time looking around asking prices etc with no problems. They helped my with my ammo purchase and I will definitely be returning because of the great customer service they have. Prices are a littler higher than the large stores but I would rather pay a little more and give my business to this local small business with awesome staff. The dog Bella is super sweet too!

I purchase an ar15 here at the time of purchase it was the best one on the wall had lots of upgrades including nickle boron bolt carrier when it was time to pick it up the guy switched the bolt carrier to a regular bolt i guess he thought he would fool me ...

Ive been to many gun shops and gun shows over the last 3 decades, so this review is sort of a comparison of this pleasant little shop to what Ive seen and know.I needed some work done to my wifes Mosin Nagant rifle because I couldnt figure out how to finish putting the firing pin assembly/safety assembly back together after a careful cleaning.I called once last week to find out if they could help me and spoke to a nice guy named Kevin. He assured me that he could probably help me, and I finally got to their quaint little shop today, July 27, 2020.I was in luck since they werent very busy. I noted that this place has everything you need and more for paintball. No doubt about that. Kevin was there with one other guy, and I noted that they focused on one customer at a time, being helpful with any question the other customers had.A stuck up black cat wandered around the shop, pretending to be bored but I knew that this was the shops undercover security guard, so I kept my eye on it as I tried to not look suspicious.Anyway, when it was my turn, Kevin looked at the problem piece of the rifle and immediately began to see what he could do to fix it. I thought I would have to leave the rifle there and come back a week later, but no, he seemed anxious to attempt to repair the problem right then.He compared my firing pin assembly to that of another Mosin Nagant he had in stock, and in about 10 minutes completely repaired our Mosin Nagant. I couldnt believe it, but it was totally true! He had figured out the puzzle mighty quick and I was both ashamed and impressed.Guess what? When I asked how much I owed for this work, there was a few seconds of silence before Kevin said: Bye.These are the kinda guys that leave an impression. Old school, non-corporate, small town, big hearted kind of guys that one can rely on when needed. Heck, they even re-fill scuba tanks!They close at 6 P.M., and are closed Tues. and Weds. Call them first before anyone else to see if they can help you! This world needs more gun shop guys like here at Red Star Armory/Paintball!No need to attempt bribing the feline guard - its spoiled.

Went in to grab some 12 gauge Aguila mini shells and even though they didnt have them in stock,these radd dudes took care of me and ordered some Federal Shorties.I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything arms related.They also carry quite an array of Airsoft.What stuck out to me is how down to earth and non aggressive the atmosphere is in there,unlike other gunshops ive been to.Customer service is great and they answered all my noob Qs I had.Thanks guys👍

Nice people but they got bad customer service

Owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guided me through the process in trading my old gun for a new gun. Would definitely recommend for any firearms questions/purchases. They also do paintball and airsoft as well. 10/10
