I only shop at this location because its convenient. But the store never has a selection. Im always end up buying the main staples. Anything else I need to go somewhere else. Today I ended up getting in an argument over chicken tenders I purchased. They were hard as rocks! I only bought 4 pieces and wanted them swapped out for fresh pieces. (I was hungry!)They had me going back and forth from the manager and back to the hot food hostess. They dont know what theyre doing! I learned my lesson not to purchase hot food from them.

Terrible place to buy sweet bread, we had told the girls from the bakery that the sweet bread had flys and didnt do anything, at all they were so rude, we also tried to tell the people in the front and didnt do anything at, Ill never buy sweet bread from here, that is nasty,

Store is always clean looking but the produce selection looked like it needed much attention. All the leafy greens looked dried out. The Pre packaged beef cuts seemed mislabeled. So becareful on your choices.

I like to shopping here but yesterday I have bad experience Ilike to buy sweet bread but when I try to get some I saw fly inside in the cabinet bread so I look for one of the bakery place I mentioned to one of the girls and she looks and she said thank you and I waiting to see whats going to do them other girl ask her and she mentioned about the fly and they star to laugh. And they never go at least to take the fly from there I finish my shopping and the fly still there .

This place is so leglected when it comes to service, associate presence, and performamce. They had 3 cashiers and the line down the aisles. The workers always walk around as if the paces they step are on lease. Same song and dance at this location, carts all locked and not 1 withing the cart storage. This place has always been a wreck. Even the crowds are as sad looking as the stores existence. 😕

The rudest and most vindictive cashier I have ever encountered. Her name is Tanya F. store 00121, register 004, cashier 2151, ticket 00xx. 16June2020. I arrive at the checkout and the cashier doesnt acknowledge me, no hi, no hello, nothing but a blank stare. I start to load my items on to the belt. I load 1 case of water on to the belt and I inform the cashier I have another case on the bottom of my shopping cart. She doesnt look at me or say anything to acknowledge that she heard me so I politely inform her again, I have another case of water on the bottom of my shopping cart. She then yells at me I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME in a very rude and angry tone. I was just thinking, perhaps she had a bad day and I was just going to let it be. However, after I paid for my purchases, she only gives me 1/2 of my receipt. I then ask her to give me the rest of my receipt and she says she could not because she already started scanning the next costumers items. By this time I am a little frustrated so I ask what her name is and if I could see her name tag. she says her name is Tayna but her name tag is covered up by a piece of blank paper she has in there [i assume this isnt the first time there was a customer complaint against her] I dont know if she is being truthful or not so I go to the managers desk to complain and get a full copy of my receipt. The assistant manager apologizes and gives me a full copy of my receipt. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

May I remind you what happens when a fly lands on your food, well as soon as it land a disgusting process begins. Flys dont have teeth, so they use a trunk like thing to absorb food. But in order for this to happen they need to liquify the food, in short words it barfs on it to make it into a liquid and then slurps it in. I bet your not hungry anymore but its the hard truth.

Excellent customer service

The store was fine. The customers were out of control. One person standing in line while the family fills a cart or two. You expect to be out in 5 or so minutes-- only to have several people join the line standers. I left my cart in line and walked out. This has happened many times before. Management will not intervene. Maybe next time l will accidentaly turn thier cart over.

This place is horrible I went twice today on 08/12/20 to buy a cake they told me the cashier wasnt there so I waited for 20 min. and nobody showed up I spoke to the super visor Cuetla she was on cashier #2 but she told me that no body was there to help. Horrible service

I asked the guy at the meat counter for shrimps and dropped the shrimp on the floor then put those shrimps in my bag. I felt that was disgusting and very unprofessional. He had an attitude with me tried to rush away from the meat counter.

Never too busy, clear and clean walk ways, open registers get you out of there faster. Nice employees and security guards. 👍 And most of all tasty meat with good prices. Sometimes there chicken drumsticks are only .39cents lb. You cant beat that!!! 😀

Everything is great in this market. unfortunately the employers of bakery are not good, yes they make the cake good but they dont give very great services. My brother and I went to pick up a cake for my Mothers birthday. The lady saw us and said Ill be with you in a minute. she was boxing a cake. She took 25 MINUTES . Maybe we would have been waiting more time if we never left the store.
