Nice place. Beautiful items. Staff is nice. Having a little more hands on assistance wouldve been nice but not a bad experience. Even though it was the end of the day they tried to get out item ready before they closed. Would recommend.

This is the perfect place to go to buy family or loved ones gifts. Prices are a bit up there compared to shopping on amazon.

I purchase 15 cutting board for work and had some engraved. The staff here was very helpful and friendly.

Bought a gift. Had it monogrammed. Took no time at all and came out beautiful! I been waitin 30 years to spend some money in there. It was worth the wait. Wont be waitin anymore.

Went in on December 1 to order a customized throw blanket as a Christmas gift for my mother I was promised a delivery date of December 19, well it’s December 23 and still no blanket and nobody can even find me a tracking number, at this point my 100 gift is missing and no one seems to know where it’s at and now I’m forced to head back to the madness of the mall and buy another gift... this place is horrible and the experience is definitely a thing I will remember... Don’t shop here save your time and money

Friendly employees, very helpful and courteous but they do upsell thats there job. Items are reasonably priced but engraving gets expensive

Prices are pretty high & they messed up the engraving that I waited weeks for. But they do custom engravings on pretty much anything so for that they get 3*

Walked in holding my son who is a very good kid joked with him saying touch anything an Ill spank you. An employee stared dead at my son an said thats right! Scarring my son an I it was like he was being a pervert everyday since I left that store It wont stop bothering me I want to go back in the store an be a angry parent! I will never spend a dollor here. I ended up going to a cheaper store that had many more beautiful things in the mall an very nice employee.
