Wow! Good work. I had this company come out and repair my garage door. They did such an amazing job with the repair work. My garage door is working once again

From phone call to completion everything went according to my expected plan. I called to set up an appointment and Trina answered quickly, politely and the set up for an estimate was painless. JP came out to check on what I needed - he explained everything including a law change regarding my motor (motors are required to have a battery backup now in CA) and showed me what my options were; no hard sell, just the facts. They were able to get my garage door installed within a week and the technician Jose was the cherry on top. Jose took his time, fixed some broken wood to get my new door installed, and explained how to work the garage at the end. I will definitely recommend On Trac.

We purchased the garage door from AMARR of costco thinking their out source contracted agency is legitimate. Instead of AMARR, On Track sales representative arrived to my home March 2021 to assessed my garage size and capability of garage door I was purchasing. The Garage door was expensive, it amounted to $5,000.00. Agreement had been signed and down payment had been initiated. Per Representative, the door will be installed by June 2021 three months after down payment. Up to current, no garage door had been installed. The representative had been called several times on different times - his responses are different each time you call him. My relief was at least the sales representative was responding - he was not avoiding. I am wondering if we were scammed. I search for OnTrack reviews - there was mix satisfactory and dissatisfactory reviews. Are we one of the unlucky customers. I am thinking of involving costco.

Terrible customer service they never call back when they say they are I thought because I whent through Costco it was going to be better service ... so mad they dont think my time matters

Al was awesome. I called him last minute because my garage door wouldnt close by itself. Al not only saved me from buying new door, he fixed my garage door and now its working like new. I truly appreciate all his help. He provided great service at an affordable price. I highly recommend On Trac Garage Door!!!

This is my third time I have had these people service my garage door opener. Unlike the past, they were quite busy this time, but they did get me in less than a week. As promised, Ralph was my technician, and he did arrive as promised, communicating with me via my landline as I dont have a smart phone at all. He was fantastic! Diagnosed and fixed my problem as well as notified me of future issues with my garage (water damage) which will be addressed by my apartment complex. Wow!! Very nice. Easy to pay (everything except PayPal). All is well now! Definitely would recommend them to anyone, and I will continue using them as my go-to garage door opener service folk!

The installer came on time on the appointed date and quickly and professionally performed the installation. In my opinion, garage doors are intended to last for a long time, so why sacrifice quality for low cost. I looked into other providers, but I finally settled on Costco and On Trac. Had a torsion spring break on my garage door. Called On Trac up and they gave me the pricing on the phone. Their technician Ralph came out and fixed the door fast. Very friendly and honest man, and an efficient worker. The pricing is fair, they were not out to sell you stuff you dont need. Very satisfied customer.

Fernando came out, same day, on a Saturday. Walked through the cost to replace with parts and the cost to go with a package deal, which I was leery of. However, given the work that needed to be done, I opted for the package to save money. He made sure that the door was in good working order and added elements to the door that improved its stability and strength even though it wasnt an included part of the package just to make sure the door would continue working for a long time. Very pleasant experience, and would definitely recommend them to others.

I eventually signed on for all the bells and whistles but it turned out to be worth it. The door arrived on time, the installer did a perfect job and the price through Costco was not awful. Anyone wavering about the upgraded lift motor take note: its is well worth it for the silence. No wonder the packages offer an indoor monitor to let you know when the door is opening (and when it remains open, with a button to close it). The salesperson, Matt was very helpful in selecting a door that would look good with the house. All-in-all, a great experience and were really happy with all aspects of the new door.

I found On Trac through Costco. For whatever reason I just trust Costco to offer quality, professional, honest sub contractors and workers more than any other store.From the On Trac customer Rep. Paul, who extremely professional, to installation everything was beyond my expectations. Exactly what every homeowner is looking for; nothing shoddy or uncomfortable. Paul gave us all kinds of options and stopped by twice to make sure we were happy with color and options. I found On Trac by leaving a note at strangers door with my cell # because I was impressed with their door. Fortunately the person texted me, Costco. I searched for the longest time to find a garage door company and installer. I had many quotes including one from a company that advertises quite a bit on TV and all were shoddy and could careless for my business. I only wish On Trac was more visible to the general public. They should be the household name for garage doors.

What a difference from the other companies Ive dealt with! First of all, the technician arrived on time which was a surprise. He said he thought I needed a new opener, but he checked everything first, in case it was something else. He installed my new opener, showed me how it worked and cleaned up in less than an hour. Great company and very professional!

My 16 foot garage door had some cracks in it so I wasnt sure whether I would need a completely new garage door, or repair the one I had. I had talked to about 8 different companies and most were just rude, overpriced 800 numbers with no real addresses. On Trac was hard to find on Google but it was great to see a real established garage door company. When I called them they were very polite and quoted me the best price.The repair guy was very professional and not only repaired the cracked panels and bottom seal but also serviced, checked, and made adjustments to my complete garage door system. I was a bit shocked at all the extras that he through in. Im positive that the other companies would have charged me more and I would have gotten much less for the price.

Jose went above and beyond with our installation. My girlfriend and I rent our condo, and I was only expecting only the installation and then having to figure the rest out. Instead, Jose took the time after the installation to explain all of the features and settings to me, answered any questions I had, advised me on which lightbulbs to buy to avoid potential interference issues, and also programmed Homelink on one of our cars to the opener. While everyone is trying to cut corners and service to make a buck On Trac continues with good old time service, quality and price. When the tech offers to do a small adjustment on a door On Trac did not install while on a service call for a separate door you know he understands service, when he doesnt charge for the small adjustment you know he is apart of a company that knows customer service. We have our garage door company... On Trac.

Art was very helpful coming over on short notice that being a Sunday night. He is one of the owners. He put in a spring and nylon rollers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a Lexus you dont want the door they recommend installed because they will not program it to your car. They sent me a Homelink Repeater in the mail and I have had several people try to connect the remote to my Lexus RX350 and cannot do it. I called Ontrack and they said to call Lexus or Homelink. They were not interested in helping me. I would never use them or recommend thIS COMPANY.

Had what l needed. Offered installation availability or advice for safety and repair if you are a do it yourselfer. I replaced a roll up door spring. I could have been hurt bad or caused a lot of damages if l hadnt followed their advice.

Have had worst service from this company still waiting over a month to have what we originally order from them done. When contacted owner had the nerve to insult me by saying they had tried to get ahold of me. Still waiting and contacting B.B.B next.
