Great customer service! On 3-11-19 I contacted E&K Sunrise about the tarp and they offered to refund, or exchange the tarp. I elected a refund, as I had already bought another tarp. They sent me a pre-paid label to return the defective tarp, so they are making it right, which I am very happy about. I will definitely do business with them again!

I live in a very hot climate and i have this on my dogs’ fence for privacy. It keeps the sun out a bit but lets the air flow through and it has been up a couple of months and is still like new. I am planning on getting another roll. It is great quality for the price!

Very negative experience with poor business etiquette. My wife and I purchased a large sunscreen from Sunshades Depot last month. After having our expected delivery date delayed 3 times and still no arrival after 3 weeks, I contacted the vender only to be told that they had cancelled our order due to an erroneous pricing error. No cancellation notice, no contact, no notifications of any sort; just cancelled.
