SB trophy went above and beyond what we asked for, unfortunately our family took a blow in losing my uncle to COVID (RIP. Daniel Marquez) I ordered shirts and dog tags in plain black and white. My shirt guy went out of business due to covid and my trophy shop wasn’t returning my calls so I had to find a new one. I found Daniel @ San Bernardino trophy and found out he did both. Update on my last review. He blamed it on my ex for reaching out to him after Daniel & I had already dealt on my new business and I paid him up front for the new merch and extras that I added. Lesson learned, don’t pay for it all until it’s done. At least he got my business cards going but nothing after that. Wasn’t much of a loss to me I guess. Said he would do things right and get the stuff out to me. He only reached out to me since I left a bad review, that was on July 12th. It’s Aug 26th and still no word from him. 🤷🏻‍♂️ R & R Industries Inc. in San Clemente has a reasonable turn around time if anyone is interested.
