This store has good deals on furniture and groceries and many other departments... I was planning to give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but due to some of the product dont have the prices on the shelves or on the product I will give them a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ since they are stocking the store with new products and are doing a store inventory.. as a customer I will like to see the prices posted on the shelves or in the product to make a better decisions on it.

They are rearranging their store currently but I mainly go there for the customer service! I live in Lake Elsinore but they are worth the drive. I highly recommend this Big Lots location.

This store is very big but I felt that they were low on a lot of supplies. There were areas in the store that were complety empty, particularly when you first walk in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Out many health care products and the staff doesnt communicate properly

I do not know what has happened, but this store has gone down the toilet. I have been in the store several times over the past year and today it was so gross that I ended up leaving the few purchases I had in my hands ready to check out because I couldnt even imagine being in there any longer. The floors are filthy, even my two-year-old kept on pointing out what a mess things were, and there was no enforcement of any sort of covid-19 protocol. I tried to keep my business in San Bernardino since it is my hometown, but I will be going to Big Lots in surrounding cities instead of this happening again. Very disappointing!

Went in on a Necco mission, found none but did find Chico-o-stick and a big 2 lb can of peanuts for $5.00 so I scored them both.

CUSTOMER service Is mind blowing I gestured for help did not verbally ask and an employee came right over answered all my questions make sure the item was available run me up and even offered to help mode in my car very polite two other employees came over and helped load my product into my vehicle I am ecstatic at the customer service not to mention everyone wear masks and where participating in the 6ft apart for everyones safety (Peter) was most helpful with supplying all the information that he could possibly offer and more great attitude great customer service

Just wanted to leave a glowing review for Clementina working back in the furniture department. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I visited this store on May 22nd this year and purchased a set of bar stools. The store was very clean and they have hand sanitizer and wipes available for customers near the entrance which is greatly appreciated during these difficult times with that pandemic.Once again Clementina was very helpful and even help us load the box with the bar stools into the truck.

This is probably the least customer service oriented big lots Ive been too.During the shutdown they are not wearing face masks or anything protective. Also, Priscilla the checker didnt ask me for my rewards number.They are lucky the other Big Lots are holding it down cause otherwise Target, next door would have shut them down.

Went there last week to pick up a couch thought it was the one on the Highland but it was one on the other side of town now thats funny but I got what I needed for the person that I was helping out or charging to pick up and haul off to their house I think they like the new couch I dont know I didnt get a chance to sit on it

I called the San Bernardino store on Orangeshow Road, about a bistro set that I saw in their Memorial Day sales ad.I drove to several other stores in the IE but the were all sold out! The sales associates were very helpful when I called and went out of their way toto check their back room. They had one left and were kind enough to hold it for me. Im happy that I received such friendly help from the sales associate.Thank You Big Lot 👍

Huge stores. I was able to find everything that I needed.

They no longer allow you to use a cart to take purchases to your car. Why pay for stuff you cant transport out of the store?!? Great if you only buy what you can carry I guess but no more shopping sprees.

They really stepped up since the last time I visited here. The store is not working eyes, clean and they have a lot more variety. I was able to find a lot of food items and condiments are real good bargain compared to the supermarket. We also got a couch here and save hundreds of dollars. last time I came here was a few years ago and everything was all over the place theyre doing a good job keeping it up issues remodel the outside maybe a new sign will bring new customers in.

I think big lots is by far the best I like it because they have exactly somewhat of the same stuff as Walmart and is not as packed as Walmart you know you may spend a little bit more but I prefer to sleep in a little bit more and not be in line for 30 to 45 Minutes I think the longest I spent in here in the line was maybe like two minutes even when it was busy during Christmas season I spend maybe 10 minutes in line or less

What happen to this big lots? Its starting to get really dirty and disgusting. Someone spilled juice mix with icecream on floor by the drinks section it was just sitting there for a long time when you tell the worker she just say ok and walked away. If you go towards the Hispanic Asian section and dig in the back for stuff you will see rats poop. If you go towards the freezer section you will see 3 bags of food left in freezer for about 2 months now. Just plastic bags with pizza box inside and chicken just sitting there in a bag inside freezer. How lazy are their staff? I should have taken a picture and post it on here but I will go again and if its still there I will take a picture and post it.

This has the largest selection of items compared to the closest store in Redlands. Its location is easy to access and the store is clean and maintained. The customer service is good and it is also a good place for a quick shopping trip for sundry items.

Confusing customer service

Very nice and clean environment had a lot of varieties to choose from fall decorations and love that they have God sayings in their store and God We Trust love all their signs that they have scenes very awesome of Big Lots saves you money and have lots to choose from

This is my first visit the store was clean and organized plenty of space to walk with a shopping cart the service was great and it was no line to pay.

IHome mobile battery quick charge, after months, still performs as new.iHome Wall duel plug-in sockets, and duel USB quick charge are very useful but be warned, the USB ports do not regulate the power correctly when powering 2 devices that take more then 2amps total.
