If you need it you get it nice fast service

My mom just finished explaining to me how rude the lady behind the counter in the copy section was to her. My mother is the most sweet person and does not deserve that. As a pharmacy you should really watch how you treat your senior community, its easy for a small mom and pop shop to run out of buissness with bad customer service. Thats the only reason why I even told her she could feel comfortable to go alone. Retrain your staff or youll be out of buissness in no time.

I just moved to Williams burg and it was such a nice surprise to find this pharmacy. It reminds me of my childhood pharmacy. Not only are they so nice to deal with while getting my prescription filled, they have really excellent products.....they definitely know their stuff.

I switched to Sierra a couple years ago, and have never regretted doing so. New prescriptions rarely take more than ten minutes, much less than what I was used to at CVS/Walgreens/Rite Aid. The staff has gotten to know me, too, so they know I sometimes take more than a week to pick up refills and dont pull them right away, and they recognise me when I walk in and often have my order waiting by the time I reach the pick-up window. They also are great about dealing with my doctor, and are much more proactive than the big names; if something hits a snag, they call me and let me know rather than waiting for me to call them to figure out whats going on. The only drawback is the shorter hours, but that really hasnt been a problem and doesnt come close to undercutting all the benefits.

Informative and very helpful no long lines like Walgreen would recommend especially close to my home in an out within 5 minutes

Usually fast. You can stop off mail. Offers post office boxes Pharmacy takes about 20 minutes to get meds.

The staff is the best always friendly and fast service!

Very satisfied. I used to fill my prescriptions with their competitor across the street but got too frustrated. I wish I had filled at Sierra sooner.

Small but it will get it done by 15min. And they deliver.
