Fast and quick service. The server was also super nice and helpful. Helped me over the phone and made my pickup super easy. Sucks that I cant remember the name so they can get praise for great customer service.

Their prices have gone up tremendously and even the prices they have on the wall are not accurate so when you go to pay for it youre paying more than what they tell you is the actual cost. Not sure if they were dishonest but I suspect that they were.

The customer service wasnt up to Baskin - Robbins standards. Both workers seemed to not know their jobs very well. More training is needed.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and that was a long time ago lol. They are super friendly and have all kinds of ice cream treats including shakes and coffee drinks, ice cream cakes and even ice cream pizza go figure. I go by here at least 3 times a week. I walk here so I earn my treat lol. Go see them, take the kids and have a bit of fun.

This place have been serving up delicious frozen desserts for my entire lifetime. So many flavors of ice cream to choose from.

My cakes box handle broken, i asked them to write something and...see picture below.... Smudges everywhere on the cake like theyre trying to fix the mistake the made but EPICALLY FAILED!Customer service is zero! Staff attitude personally ZERO! QUALITY OVERALL ZERO! One employee literally just walking around back and forth doing nothing instead of helping the line to move faster by do the writing at the back while the cashier cashing people out.. You would think when you picked a place such as Baskin Robbins (this is an international franchise mind you and at other countries the service & location are outstanding) youd get good (at least because its San Bernardino) quality on products and services but nope!

Today that were giving the banana royale for $5 which I thought was a great deal. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Not bad if getting a special. Toppings are a joke. You cant get a little of both have to choose one or the other! Sometimes I like just a little bit of caramel and hot fudgue on my sundae or pineapple,Caramel and hot fudge on a Bannana split.

The prices continue to rise and I continue to pay them. The ice cream is and always has been primo. I grew up eating at 31 flavors. The employees are always cheerful and upbeat, especially at this particular store. Be mindful of the homeless, etc which are prevalent in and around the area. Have a great time. I always do! PS. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time.

My review wouldve been a 5 star if my daughters ice cream cake order was made correctly and if the manager actually tried to reach me back.. I give two stars bcuz product taste is good. Its unfortunate you give an order, daughter is excited and were expecting something simple & delicious, only to be disappointed. We got white cake instead of chocolate. We specifically ordered chocolate, order form said chocolate, but once it was time to cut the cake, BAM...white cake. Everything else was correct, JUST NOT THE CAKE. Very disappointing. I tried reaching out to the manager multiple times, but of course hes unavailable. He called me back only once, left a msg saying hell try again later. I called him back, hes not there. I waited a few days later, hes not there. A week goes by, still not there. So of course hes never going to be there and of course theres no quality customer service to help make this disappointment better. So if u want ice cream, cool thats your place. If you want to order an ice cream cake, I suggest GOing ELSEWHERE.

I thought at first it was a little pricey for 2 scoops of ice cream but when I saw how big the scoops were it was a very good price! The store was very clean and the employees were courteous and quick!

Been going to this 31flavors since Lewis,was in my tummy its one of the oldest 31flavors in California. Lots of parking the employees try very hard to keep all happy.So if you go in please leave a tip.

Cons: Been here about 20 times and some employees give you really small portions compared to the regular size scoop. Smells like urine when youre about to enter.Pros: Fast Customer Service, Bilingual employees.

Employees are really rude, I understand costumer service can be a little frustrating. I went back a couple weeks later same employees same rude service. There ice cream is so good, there store is so clean why have unhappy rude people work there?? If you dont mind rude sprinkled all over your ice cream that place is for you.
