Came in for contacts and got a really good deal for sunglasses. I was even able to customize them to my liking and got him special ordered. The store manager, Kelly, helped me place my order for both which I thought was cool. My doctor is always friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s always the best experience here. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

This turned out to be a great experience! Minerva gave great customer service. She was very detailed and thorough. She made it a point to make me feel comfortable while making my decisions. She did not rush me at all and gave great insight to assist in my decisions. She is truly a professional!Additionally, while picking up my glasses Marina assisted me. She was very kind and made herself available to help with any minor adjustments needed. She also took the time to ensure my glasses fit properly and that I could see out of them accordingly with no issues. I definitely recommend this business and forementioned employees!
I had a problem with my insurance and Assistant Mgr Minerva worked hard to solve the problem. She was extremely patient, kind, and friendly throughout the extended time it took to resolve the issue. She has great customer service skills and is a diligent problem solver. She treated me like a person, not just another customer. While I was waiting, I noticed that all the rest of her staff were also hard at work with other customers or with other office duties, and no one was just goofing off. They all demonstrated good customer service care, and were outgoing and friendly. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters location if you want some great customer service treatment!
The lady who helped us was extremely patient and nice. She takes her time in helping us. The store has a wide selection of glasses but not much for sunglasses. Overall, satisfied with the whole experience.
My first time visit to lens crafters in San Bernardino. I didn’t except the visit to go well. But it turned out to be awesome one. Dr was great and answering my questions and took her time. The girls were friendly! Angelica made my day in helping me out and also giving me opinions on my sunglasses and glasses I purchased she had Exquisite taste! Great people skills! She’s a sweetheart and a keeper. I will be going back because of her. Made me feel welcomed!

I placed an order online on 08/28/21 & requested my order to be shipped to the San Bernardino location store & instead my order got shipped to I was told my address but the address they sent it too was incorrect. I have tried calling customer service but there’s no option to talk to an expert because the office is closed always closed!my order will get lost because they have the wrong address! Please everyone stop purchasing online or at store look for a different place it’s not worth it! The stress this store is known for getting glasses within 1 hour but that ain’t even the case! Customer service sucks can never get a hold of no one. Online website sucks as well!

I recently purchased glasses for myself and my daughters at this store. They have a great selection, great prices, but what really sets this location apart is th amazing customer service. We recieved the BEST customer service I have ever had. One of my daughters was just in a terrible head on collision where her glasses were destroyed. The employees here worked incredibly hard to get her replacement glasses quickly. The next week my annual vision FSA was set to expire so I had to get my other kids I for their exams and new glasses. The employees remembered us and knew that every minute I was there was time away from my other daughter in the hospital. They absolutely moved mountains to get us through quickly. They were kind, friendly and so very compassionate. I will never go anywhere else for glasses - and we all have terrible eyes! I especially want to mention Minerva and Annette. They were both so amazing. Thank you again!!!
The doctor was really nice, and informative, the others not so much. I did not receive a call letting me know my glasses were in, I called and was told I would receive a call back and 4 days later still no call I had to call them. I was quoted one price for a 6 mths supply of contacts, then when I called the said it was more. It just seems like they need to pay more attention to what they are doing. I wont be back ever.

Just avoid this Lenscrafters’s everyone is lost. I suggest you go to the one located at Ontario. They actually attended us there an we had no issues. Unlike this location in San Bernardino.
I wanted to replace the lenses only into frames I already had. It was more expensive than getting whole new glasses. Service was good. But, it should be for a half hour at $800.002 pair of glasses was almost $800.00What a rip off!!!! way too expensive!!!!

I was hesitant to utilize this offices services due to the reviews online, but decided to go in because of the range of lenses. My experience thus far has been nothing but pleasant. I have no complaint with Celeste she did all she could do !! I planned on getting all tests and pick up new glasses in one day ! I have been here 3 or 4 times and have never been thrilled with glasses I picked out, they either didnt fit right after a few months or the bi-focals werent quite right etc. I said what the heck Ill try again.So I made an appointment for Sunday to get it done.Ok so far good but then machines werent working, I was told I needed to pay $39 extra to get retinas checked because I couldnt do the drops and not be able to drive for 2 hours.Okay no big deal except its not working either and internets down !! What a way to run a business !! I think its now time to use a reputable business with state of the art equipment not broken down !!!
I 100% appreciate the limited amount of people allowed in the store. I felt safe while it was my turn. Staff was so friendly and so appreciative of our patience while waiting to go in. I was waiting at Costco for an eye exam and realized they took 10 mins for an eye exam. I choose to leave and go back to lens crafters because I had been there before and knew the attention to detail they took. The cleanliness, do to covid. Also all the people who took the time to clean equipment, and make sure the customers were safe. Was so comfortable. But besides that the exam and the quality of my glasses is by far superior

Worst place ever !! Do not come here! The staff is so rude !! They treated me so badly that I wanted to drive the extra 45 mins to go to a different lens crafters!! Staff is unprofessional!! Made me feel so uncomfortable, would never come here again. They told me my lenses weren’t in stock to upsale me a more expensive ones, once I told them I was leaving they told me that my lenses are actually in stock after all. Diana was very rude to us
I really appreciate the efforts the staff went through to clean every surface between seeing customers. Also, they made sure that frames that were touched were cleaned before being put back on display. As always, Dr. Dalwadi is very caring and thorough.

Horrible customer service. I came here a second time because of the selection of frames they have but this was my last time. My glasses till this day are blurry even after I returned to get them corrected. I was tossed from associate to associate very unprofessionally. These people aren’t trained with proper customer service etiquette and I should’ve just walked out. You can’t see through my eyes, please LISTEN to your customers instead of TELLING us what we should see or where our glasses should sit on our face for comfort. LISTEN!!!!!!

Ask for an itemized receipt before finalizing and purchasing anything. This will just prevent you from wasting your time to make corrections to your order, for things you did not want added to your glasses.

This is my third trip here. First was getting new glasses. Second was to replace a lens that started fogging up. Replacement was quick and smooth with no issues. This time I broke the arm off of my frames. Victoria took control and found me a replacement set and took care of my insurance for them. She also replaced the lenses into the new frame with no issues whatsoever. I will continue to give them my business.....

Unsatisfied and very upset. Went in there for one thing...for an eye exam so I can know my new prescription. Got the exam that went well however when I talked to the eye doctor there he refused to let me know my new prescription simply because he didnt not approve of the brand or company I purchase my lenses from. Regardless of what he thinks I should do its my choice in the end not his. after all its MY money Im spending! And my own personal information I want to know. Waste of time and money because I still had to pay for the exam even tho they would not let know my own perscription. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR RIGHTS RESPECTED!

Been coming here for years for my kids,wife and myself and have always had a great experience except for my last visit. I never expected such sarcasm and jackass attitude from an assistant manager. Justin is unprofessional and the total opposite of tge customer service weve been shown in the past. And just so he wasnt stuck helping my wife and i he asked the young lady working there to take over because he was going to lunch. Lunch! 10 minutes after they just opened.

I had purchased a pair of glasses that I ended up taking back, because they just didnt feel right to me. They took them back with no hassle and helped me pick another pair that was a lot better. Everyone there was great.!
AVOID THIS PLACE FOR CONTACTS.UPDATE: I was promised a call back the following Monday to contact my insurance. Never received a call back and my wife had to call our insurance. After she verified we could bill the lens fitting to our insurance I will be getting a refund back. ORIGINAL: I have been going to this location for a few years and over time the experience has been worse than the prior visit. First I set an appointment for 12:00, I didnt get actually seen until 12:30. Afterwards when it was time to pay and submit insurance information I was told I had to pay $75. All the prior visits I never once paid this amount of pocket so I was pretty confused. After explaining this to the employee we were told all the prior times it was done wrong... I understand sometimes other employees dont follow the rules but regardless I never was once explained or told I would be getting two separate services: eye exam and contact fitting. The fitting is $55 and all they are doing is giving you a pair of contact to try on. At that price I could get a 12 pack of contacts and still have money left over; if I was explained this I would declined sense I have had the same brand for years. By the time it was done and not fully resolved it was an hour and a half later (others were there before me and still not done). I would have been better off walking into Walmart eye center and wasting less time and spending about the same. On top of this all the employees are rushing to provide customer service.
I bought a pair of glasses and was interested in buying shades also. They offered me a $50 discount if I bought them the same day. So I asked If I could come back and they said that they would hold the offer for me for a month. Unfortunately I decided to buy them the next day. And when I called to make sure they would offer me the same deal they said no that they could not honor the discount. I was ready to spend close to 500 dlrs. I’ll take my business elsewhere. What horrible customer service. Im thinking about calling their corporate office.
Way over priced for the quality
When our son complained that the white board in his class was difficult to read I knew our fear for his vision wasnt without merit and made an appointment for our little guy. Having worn glasses most of my adult life I was familiar with the process but was worried about how he would react however the staff at our local LensCrafters, especially Carmen, was amazing! Their patience was exemplary and Carmen was so kind in showing my son many, many different frames knowing how big of a change he was going thru. Huge Thanks to everyone, I have been a loyal customer for a long time and after seeing how amazing you were with my son I will be for life! LensCrafters Rocks!

My fist visit was great every one was very nice i picked up the glasses for me and my daughter the girl very nice told me if there was something wrong with them i had 30 days and to come back, NOW I KNOW WHY THEY WERE SO NICE THEY HOOK YOU IN. we tried them for a couple of weeks mine are progressive I had wore progressive for years and i could not focus. went back, first they made us wait a while a girl came I explained the situation said she was going to talk to her manager I waited I saw her waiting on other people that made me mad after a while the manager came said there were more people ahead of me that hell help me as soon as he can. after almost 30 minutes another girl came to help me she was very cold seemed angry but anyway told her the situation she adjusted the frames drew circles and lines on the lenses and did the whole routine I still could not focus. she said that I need to learn how to focus left and came back said they CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT that she can explain more I said is that explanation going to change the prescription? she said no. Then she asked if i wanted the doctor to see may daughter I said yes, I was worried because my daughter has a disability, if they did that to me what do i expect them to do to my daughter. she went to talk to the doctor waited about 13 minutes she came out and said it would be a 40 minute wait because I did not have an appointment I said forget it there were people that got there way after me and they were being seen. all they want is your money for the first visit they are all nice but if you have a problem they do not fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ITS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY .
I walked in and literally stood at the front counter with 3 employees standing right in front of me. I got no acknowledgement at all. Not a hi, well be right with you and walked out. I guess lenscrafters needs to train employees in customer service. Wont be walking in these doors no more.
I walked in made an appointment and sat down and i waited one hour and 40 minutes and then i recieved a call of them saying i missed my appoinment when i had been sitting in the store for 40 minutes and the lady told me i hadnt checked in but they had not told me i needed to they just told me to have a seat
The rating and reviews say it all. Just go to another location, youll avoid the hassle and misinformation they provide or lack of information to say in other words.. I was told by multiple staff that my insurance didnt cover for certain things and when I had to finally call my insurance they were in disbelief that lenscrafters associates had said that. I called another location and they told me also that this location was stating something wrong. Basically they wanted me to cash out more money because my insurance didnt cover. They are understaffed & slow, just go to another location. Only one salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable and his name was Brandon. Thank you Brandon!
The consultant (Brandon), that assisted my spouse and I today with our glasses was absolutely superb. He was both helpful and carismatic. I would greatly recommend anyone going to Lenscrafters in the Inland Center to direct their business with this gentleman.
They take care of my WHOLE family EVERY year! I have only had one problem with a pair of glasses that would never hold an adjustment, they allowed me to just pick out a new pair!! They have the best staff out of all the places I have gone to in the past!!
Great place however, I scheduled an appointment with a live person and received a email and call reminding me of my appointment. The day I went to my appointment they told me I was not in the system. I asked the guy does your system just send our random dates for appointments to your customers because I had proof I scheduled he told me yes some times we do... REALLY? Bottom line is I wasnt able to be seen, when it was clear I was scheduled. It was a screw up on their end and now I have to wait a whole week to be seen because of my work schedule. I was not pleased on how they handled that seeing that it was evident that my appointment was scheduled whether their system showed it or not. They made the stupid mistake. It was a waste of time.
Prices are kinda high on glasses.
Very poor results! Although the staff was very nice, I could not seem to get a decent pair of glasses out of this store. The eye doctors prescription was way off. When i complained, they did another eye exam which once again did not work for me. In all, I wasted four hours, over two days, and still dont have a pair of glasses that work for me.
Went in for an exam so I could fill a prescription pair at Costco. Exam went well and I had my script filled. Glasses came back with terrible lenses.. Focus was way off. I kinda figured it was Costco to be honest. Costco told me the pd was wrong on the lens.. But thats not a huge deal. Pd corrected the lenses were still terrible. Went back for a follow-up to discuss the irregularity. After a second exam they said I still had the same prescription lenses, but I felt a little rushed through it. Nothing could be done to fix what appeared to be a none issue. I was told it was my mind adjusting or that it was because the prescription was just too good.. Which is a weird thing to be told.I went up to Spokane, WA to have an exam with VisionWorks at the Northtown Mall. This was where I originally had a prescription filled a few years ago. After a short visit, it was determined that my prescription was completely different. It was nothing like the one that was filled out for me. On both eyes! I just had this new prescription filled with the Costco in CDA, ID about 20 minutes ago. Its perfect. I dont know what happened with the crew at LensCrafters.. two stars due the lady there being friendly.
The sales associates misled me as to how much the prescription glasses were gonna cost me after my insurance coverage paid. The cost ended up being four times more than what the sales associate led me to believe. Just the cost of the frames alone are outrageous. I later found out that the sales associates at LensCrafters work on commission. I wont be going back to LensCrafters anymore.
After been a returning costumer I am really sad the way my appointment was handle. Long story short the lab melted the frames I purchase that day so I wasnt able to get my glasses in an hour like they promised. I ask if they can order from another store and they say they are not allowed to do that. So they had to do a special order online for the frames and now I have to wait 10 to 14 days. By the way I was waiting at the mall for an hour for my glasses and no one call me to let me know that they werent able to have them ready since the lab melted the frames they told me this after I return to pick them up. So I waited a week to see if they have arrived but nothing. Finally they call me Saturday saying my glasses were ready I was out of town so I wasnt able to pick up that day. So I go in the store sunday and for some reason nobody seem to find or know were my glasses were. They finally found them but the most disappointing thing was that nobody apologized for all the trouble they put me through the reason I go here is because I want my glasses the same day even if I have to pay extra but definitely not what I got. Ok I got my glasses I ask to speak with the manager I waited about 20 mins and she never bother to step out of her office and no she was not with a costumer so I just left just plain rude

My appointment was at 10:20 and they just site me down and wait, wait until 10:50 they pass me to the doctor the 10:30 and 10: 40 they get call before me I was unknown by every one but not just that 2 days before I came in and they return me down because I donthe have an appointment
