1st time here.. Absolutely loved the drinks however too much ice on the Cloudy drink*EDIT* Went back again. And they explained why there was alot of ice but that they could use less Ice. 5 STARS👌

Cant say nice enough things about this spot. They got a few outdoor seats and tables. The staff is helpful and friendly. Last time I tried the taro drink w boba... this time I got the green tea w pulpy, freshly squeezed orange juice... wow! The pancakes look awesome, but they take a while, like 30 min or more so make sure to give yourself time. I didnt and was in a rush. My friend goes here a few times a month for the past year or so. Support this great local biz。

Horrible customer service, it takes the associates around 5 minutes to acknowledge you and take your order. I have been there 40 minutes before they close multiple times and they always tell me that I am no longer able to order any slush drinks and at times there isn’t any boba because they have already washed the dishes and do not want to wash them again. I understand if I showed up with less than 10 minutes before they close but almost an hour before they close and they refuse to make any more drinks because they are too lazy to wash again, that is ridiculous. They do have amazing drinks when they actually put the effort into making them but I do believe they need to work on the customer service aspect.

I dont buy this tea stuff. But I took my granddaughter and she is happy with it. I got one too. $6.00 for a drink? Hmmm. I was thinking I could of bought several bottles of beverages.. but thats my frugal ways.Its ok once in awhile but I dont have the extra spending cash to buy tea for $4 to $7. Same with Starbucks too expensive. If you got the money 💰 why not.Great business though...

First time coming here: ordered the mango fruity and milky. The flavors were great, however next time I will order regular boba because I ordered the mango boba add on and it didnt have the chewy consistency I like in the regular honey boba. I will be back when needing a refreshing drink. The service is slow, which is why I deducted the extra star. However I will probably order ahead next time.

Love this place. I love getting the business size!Because there no other boba place that has the big cups!Even before the pandemic. This place is so warming and they had table for kids to do homework, this place to feel safe at the same time.

This place is great for some tea and snacks to-go, but even better for sitting for a while and playing a board game or two.I ordered egg rolls with parmesan garlic sauce and a Taro milk black tea both were very delicious and I played a few rounds of a game called Deer in the Headlights.

The place serves great tasting smoothies with honey boba. I love their mango smoothie with coconut milk.

With the stellar reviews I was a bit let down. I ordered the London Milk Tea, their top drink. I thought it was pretty good but not amazing. The egg rolls were tasty but took a long time to come out. Service was friendly and the store’s branding is beautiful.

Love the environment customer service grade A clean fun adult and kid-friendly college kids to high school to grade school the working and homemakers all can find this cozy little place to play a few board games have some fried finger foods and of courseTEA TEA 🍵 hot tea to cold tea tumilty to passion fruit tea green tea black tea and if your pallets not hankering FOR the tea family surprisingly theres canned sodas water hot chocolate and much much more you dont come here to get a full pallet from food you come here for the socialization and the great tea did I mention its boba thats right not just one flavor multiple flavors of the I cant get enough of that jelly stuff at the bottom of the cup my top favorite drinks would be the passion fruit tea with green tea and a honeydew melons milky green tea thats right and ice cold Frosty honeydew melon taste in green tea with black and color Boba at the bottom so deliciously sweet a very milky if you are milky lover this drink for you my 7 year old and my 11 year old both had the banana milky tea with green tea and it was delicious as they gobbled it down no Boba for them lets talk food off the menu choices at very great cheap and reasonable prices my entire bill was only a little over $30 with multiple sizes of drinks including the packaged snacks we ordered deliciously hot crunchy onion rings a whole bucket of egg rolls and my favorite fish balls the first time I tried fish balls was it New York and let me tell you their fish balls are pretty close we also tried french fries and my kids love the cheese sticks the cheese stretched out for days Im exaggerating but you wont find better cheese sticks like this the music is friendly and kid appropriate we play to board games billboard Monopoly and Jumanji two games we have never played before and we had a blast I definitely recommend this 100% a place for everyone and anyone not to mention is Wi-Fi so you can get your study on bring a laptop sitting here the back with the big white tables spread it all out grab yourself a hot chocolate curl up in front of the fireplace which is lit this is definitely a fun friendly family all for all one for all place I will be returning to five stars is a most did I mention the colorful chairs and its decorated just so fitting.

Went today bought 7 drinks. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while both girls said welcome and left us there standing while the worked on one drink and cleaning. When one decided she was done she took our order. Took the drinks Hone and it was Soapy. My tounge was tingling and my kids also said it tasted like soap before I even said anything. I called 6 times to let them know and of course no answer.

Been here multiple times and every time the employees take forever and the drink is incorrect or tastes weird haven’t returned since I received a drink with hard boba

Please support local businesses. And to be honest these owners are honestly very caring people, they always cared about their employees and customers being happy and feeling welcomed. And not just because I used to work here but the boba drinks were soooo good ! Very bright place :).

My girls and I love this place. The green apple green tea is to die for! This place has a cute cozy set up inside, staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have about their drinks. The appetizers were surprisingly good, crunchy wings and cheese sticks is what we tried they were good. My niece had the egg rolls which were very tasty as well. A must try if you havent done so already!

Do not come here at night I had high expectations but it wasn’t the best. I ordered a cloudy and a taro. The cloudy tasted like straight up water and the taro was not terrible but it was like a 5/10. I go to bubble tea places regularly I love bubble tea.forgot to mention that the boba was very chewy and hard. Staff was nice though. Just lacks flavor. Lol I’m kinda harsh

Tea terminals has a great atmosphere. Their staff has the best customer service. They’re always reminding me that if I’m not pleased with my drink they can fix it— I never need to have them fix it. So I ordered when in got my drink. Good customer service, but what I didnt know and is no where stated is that their boba is made out of jelly not tapioca. I was so disappointed and the Thia tea was ight.

I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the credit card rantthe only thing i have to say is they charge for debit card, it is AGAINST MASTERCARD/VISA terms of agreement for merchants to charge a fee for using debit or ask you to spend over $5.00 such as Tea Terminals. Its ok for credit cards, but NOT debit cards.Dear owner, if you are reading this please be up to date on all of the credit card terms and agreement. thank you.

I love studying here. They have these nice comfortable tables in the back corner that I can spread my stuff on and study. They have WiFi. Drinks are great. They have great snacks for the price. If you don’t want to study they have board games to play. There’s also a few plugs around to plug in your laptop.

This is absolutely one my favorite tea houses. Amazing drinks. Great staff. Friendly people and environment. Oh and eco friendly straws! Pretty sure my sister and I go there every other day.

When i walked in the staff was friendly, i got a strawberry milk green tea boba and it was delicious. I also tried their chicken wings and mozzarella sticks and was surprised at how good they were. Definitely must give this place a try.

Great customer service and amazing quality drinks! I’ve never been disappointed by them and I’m so happy they have snacks now! My friend has asked them to remake her drink and they are always happy to. Their drinks of the week are such good deals and I go almost every week. This is definitely my favorite boba place now.

I came here with my sorority group to have a little social. The staff was great and very kind. The staff helped us with game. They play up to dat music with good taste. They have a different variety of drinks and they are tasty. I would recommend for dates or fun social with a group of friends. :)

I LOVE this place. I usually come here before work on the weekends and im already on my fourth stamp card! My favorites are the cocoa milk tea, London milk tea, and the mango green tea. The boba is soft and perfectly sweet and they are generous with it. I like to try new drinks like the Taro milk tea and their mango soda whenever I get the free economy size drink from my stamp card. Everything there is worth a shot :)

I love this place between the tea and the food, I love to study here. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I feel that they should turn down the music a bit and that they need to filter the songs more. I understand that most of the customers are college students but... it’s a bit annoying and awkward trying to study or talk with friends when the music is blasting with the lyrics saying “sucking d****” or “this b**** or they f*** with me and my p****” etc.

Edited:When back and gave them another chance. They seem to really try and correct their mistakes. I was greeted by a younger latina female got all my order right and was fast and nice.Asia lady gets your orders wrong. Wont admit or do anything. She go 2 drinks wrong including the milk. She also keeps touching her face mask while making your drinks. Ive come here before and it was fine. Wont be going there anymore. Will have to travel to Redlands now. Dont go here. Trust me.

The staff here are so welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is great with board games for the family to play while you wait. They have an amazing selection of milk teas and the honey boba is my favorite. Definitely worth a stop by.

This place is great, I goto the university next to it and Ive been buying tea here since the first week of its opening. Ive seen them grow and decorate more and more. The workers are friendly and always look like they enjoy their jobs and it shows in the great tasting tea they make.

I have only been here a few times, but the customer service is great! The workers who take orders are always in great mood and are always so helpful. The board games are also a plus because you can have fun eating and drinking while also playing some board games.

The place looks clean all the time. And the people are super nice. I just wished i had a stamp card since day 1. But Im glad i have one now. And I wish they gave out Student Discounts, since its so close to a university. Overall great place to hang out and have some delicious boba

The best tea ever! I like how customizable the drinks are here. The honey boba is so fresh and chewy. It has a bit of sweetness, but not overly so. It gives your tea or coffee a little something special. They have loyalty cards that give you a free topping and eventually a free drink. I feel like their prices are super reasonable. Why would you go to Starbucks with this place around?! The employees are incredibly kind and are great at recommending drinks based on your preference. ☺️

I don’t know what has happened to their drinks now, I used to go there a lot and now even their Thai tea don’t tase the same just like water and no sugar. I think the new staff needs to get trained but now I’m disappointed.

I come here just for Asia, and Romen. When those two work together the environment is fun and loving. The tea is secondary, but it is also very tasty.

This place is amazing, they have a variety of drinks and you can adjust the sweetness also there boba is sweet. It’s a great place to hang out, you can play games and they have an airhocky table. there always friendly and welcoming and if you don’t like your drink they will remake it to your liking.
