Pay people more so they are willing to work there. The line took forever despite me being able to see all of your employees running around the whole time. Pay people more so your employees and customers can have better experiences.
This Starbucks is so good, they make drinks well and their friendly and helpful and quick etc. But mainly, they make the drinks WELL 👍👍👍
This location is one of my favorites due to convenience. It’s very close to my job and I usually come in the morning or close to noon. The employees here are all very nice, their service is quick despite the small location, and whenever they’re out of a certain ingredient their recommendations hit the mark.
They did absolutely perfect that day. No complaints. The product was awesome as was the customer service.
I love this Starbucks. I rarely ever get my drink mDe wrong. Once in 5 years. I consider that ptetty good. The staff and management are so warm and kind. We love it. 😊
Worst Starbucks around. Employees are not only incredibly rude but when I asked for a bag, for the hand full of pastries I ordered, I was told they didn’t have any. This was all happening as I’m looking at a bag full of paper bags. What the hell?! You’d think the employees were having to pay for the stores supplies themselves. Unbelievable. So annoyed. Oh and the quality of drinks matches the poor attitudes.

Nice little store with no indoor services its either walk up to the window and order and there are some chairs/tables nearby you can sit at while you wait or stay and drink/eat there. Other option is the drive through if you have to get back to work 😉

Tried a sweetened foam on a iced white mocha with added pump off syrup as suggested by the employee.... Was mouth watering deliciously scrumptious.
Every time we go to the 126 E Redlands Blvd location they are out of cup sleeves for hot drinks, stick stop, napkins, food items and the staff is always rude. When you ask the staff for these items we are out and it is not their problem. I sent emails to customer services and talk to customer service on every time this happens. Customer Services always credit your account but that is not good enough. Starbucks needs to train management on how to order supplies correctly and train staff on customer service. Remember Starbucks customers are always right not you untrained staff.

Fast, friendly service and I love the convenience of its location! No matter what direction Im headed its on my way! Sometimes when I visit other Starbucks locations my favorite coffee doesnt taste the same. 😟 At this Starbucks, my drink is always Yummy, just the way I like it! 😁👍The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because I wish it was Bigger and had more room in the parking lot.
The employees at this location are terrible. They cannot take a simple order correctly. Im not sure if it is a management issue. But it is definitely a trend that the employees cant take orders correctly

I love this store. I go there almost every single morning. The majority of the time everything is quick and effective, while maintaining the great quality of the ingredients.
So they dont have almost everything you want and they wont post any of this until you get to the ordering screen. Absolutely ridiculous. This is after you wait 30 minutes in line to get to the front and they tell you they only have like 3 drinks available. They should post that list in the beginning of the line not when you come up to order. Not coming back here the system is absolutely embarrassing.
The staff needs customer service retraining. The hours are completely random and don’t match their physical posted hours, google maps hours, or Starbucks app hours. Completely unprofessional. Ordered a coffee and went in five minutes later for mobile pick up only to arrive to a closed store. Saw the staff but they wouldn’t acknowledge me or let me know they were closed (with no obvious signs anywhere stating so). I’ll be following up with a call to customer service and the store manager. It has happened on multiple occasions, Very annoying
The bathroom was filthy and when I told the women . The very heavy set girl said very snooty that they will do that when they have time turned and walked away back into the back !
Its was great of all the Starbucks Ive been to. This one had the coffee super hot and the sandwich was delicious and warm. Overall I enjoyed it so much
Hello my name is heather, and Yesterday night @9pm, I had my friend Dylan drive my car to Starbucks..after having a BLAST at SB raceway...We asked for 4 ICE WATERS, after I got extremely motion sick from being dehydrated and dizzy & there was 3 Workers !!!! They gave me water, ice and peppermint ...to help my NAUSEA! I want to say a HUGGGGGEEEE freaking THANK YOU so much, I am so thankful for you guys ! You guys were soSweet omg ! You have no idea ! Pleaseeeeee stay the way you are !!

I ordered a caramel macchiato on my way to work, and noticed it was unusually not heavy for a venti. It was very light. I totally forgot about it on my desk and the cream melted. I remembered it and guess what I found? HALF FULL. It was like I ordered a tall and paid for a venti. In the pictures you can clearly see it, and the lid as well - I didn’t even get to take a sip before I found it like this. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are cheating people of their money.

If youre looking forward to a 10 to 15 minute wait in a chaotically tiny parking lot, this is your place! I have nothing against any of the wonderful baristas who work here. I truly believe this is a geographically TERRIBLE location, and it needs to be demolished and a new establishment should be built right behind the Burger King. Its a PERFECT location. Anyways, end rant.
No seating, cant choose the edibles, walk up and drive thru service only.
Unprofessional workers. This is a drive thru and walk up to order location. There was a sign that said the walk up counter was closed for walk up orders and all mobile orders turned off but they couldnt even acknowledge a customer at the window (ubereats delivery driver) doesnt matter the reason. If mobile orders were turned off why did ubereats get an order? All I had was a question. Obviously I saw the sign. Update your directions because they were unclear on the app.
They got my order wrong. Then I called to express my concerns about my incorrect order and I was asked to return the next day for a drink replacement. Well, they got the correction order wrong, too. Decided I will just not go to this specific location.
This location is always extra hospitable helpful and very sweet and nice and the blueberry muffin was warmed up just right in the pumpkin latte was amazing

The drinks always taste different but I’m too much in a hurry to sit back in line... and *FUN FACTS* at any other Starbucks location, cold cups are $3 “wow” isn’t that amazing?? They charge you and extra dollar here for the straw🤔. I guess the only way you can rate this place better is if you actually walk up for your order, taste your coffee and if you’re satisfied walk away.

This location is insanely fast. Regardless of the length of line it almost seems like they had my drink made before I even ordered it! Speed is hit or miss at many Starbucks locations but what I found with this one is that faster service isnt always better.The employees are always polite and once in awhile Ill speak with someone whos friendly and bubbly but most of the time its just.. them being polite. No hello how are you doing hows it going etc. Just take your order, take your money, give you what you asked for and have a great day. This is also the location that tends to put out sub-par drinks.Now.. when I order the same thing over and over and over again its not a big deal what it looks like as long as it tastes great (which is does) but when I want to try a new drink I tend to feel disappointed.Im including pictures, I ordered the new Cocoa Cloud Macchiato and I get that its not ever going to be exactly like the picture but it should at least resemble the drink. Ive got no white cloud, no crosshatch or even a drizzle on the top and my iced drink was significantly warm on the top 1/2. (Collage Photo - Top left is what I got, right is what I ordered and bottom left is a google image of the same drink that someone else got).If youre going to be bad at the drinks at least be amazing in your customer service, especially when you work at Starbucks..
This store is always “sold out” of everything on their app. Always. If you don’t want to serve people on your mobile app, don’t allow it to show as a location option. For the past two months I’ve had to go to a Starbucks 10 miles away to get what I want. This Starbucks is .03 miles from me.
This place works just like a normal Starbucks, EXCEPT that it is DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY. Of course it’s no one’s fault but I feel it doesn’t provide the same level of experience you would expect from a normal Starbucks - indoor customer experience with relaxation. Drinks taste good though. 3 out of 5.

A drink with attitude.I asked for a hot tea and and a croissant with a water.As I handed my phone to get scanned the lady was being rude because she could not scan my barcode from my phone.The whole situation made me uncomfortable and forgot to use my points for the dessert.She forgot my water cup. I waited there for three minutes waving at the employee to get her attention. The car behind me honked so I said to heck with it and took off.Never coming back to this ghetto serving Starbucks.

Keep in mind that they dont have an indoor portion. Just a drive thru or walk up window. But I go here often and theyre always nice, even when super busy.

Cute concept of a Starbucks. However, the two times I have been here I have had my order messed up. When I went the second time and informed them that I received the wrong order by accident they were so happy to replace what I had ordered the day(food) before, however then my drink was made wrong and I didnt have time to travel back and wait in the line for a replacement. My error for detouring both times.

I use to like coming to this location because it was close to my job. But now it seems to be overly crowded and slower. And thats not because of the holiday season. Today I was in line for almost 15mins for 1 drink.
