Everyone here has always been helpful but I wish the store was more spaced out/in a bigger store. Every time I go in there its always crowded enough that its hard to get by without brushing against merchandise. Its also not very stroller friendly as they are hard to maneuver in there and take up so much space when people try to walk by. Makes me thankful that I dont have to use a stroller anymore.

The staff were knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. Respect is shown. I will definitely be back

I took advantage of there clearance sale and store club membership and walked away with two tshirts for myself. Only paid $7.00 for both. Thats cool. Thanks to the sales lady that helped me out.

Very nice people. I actually once forgot my phone and told them it had a Kim Seokjin photocard on the back and they gave it back. They complimented my taste too lol.

Was actually very disappointed in this store, for the price youre paying its just not worth the quality. Now the prints are awesome and the clothes do Pop, but by further inspection...it unfortunately seems the quality of the clothes they use is very poor.

We priced shopped a lot of stores before we reached Hot Topic. Their prices on dresses, shirts, and Tee Shirts were $2 to $4 less than the kiosks in Dukes Lane, the ABC stores and other little stores we viewed.

Some good staff, store feels too small but clean and organized for the most part.

I went to this store for some funko pop exclusives chase. When we got there Eileen (not to sure if that’s her name but she had purplish hair) said they only have 3. There was a customer that saw more in the back when I asked Eileen if they are sure if they don’t have any more she told me that they can’t disclose what they have in the store. I never knew that hot topic can’t disclose what they have even though it’s there job to sell what they have in the store. I will never return to this store since the can’t (disclose) what they have. Thank you Eileen for the worst customer service.

Today we waited in line for 5 hours for some funko pops the red hulk chase and the employee Eileen said they only had 3. Eileen was really rude and there’s was multiple chases in the back and she didn’t want to sell them to us. She even kicked someone out when the guy confronted her that they had more chase, when he clearly saw more chases in the box

This place complies with Covid-safe requirements and only lets a minimum amount of clients in at a time. You can expect a line outside but moves quickly.

Waited in line for an hour. Once they opened Eileen told us they only had 3 chases available. When we asked her we thought it was 1 chase per box she said she wasn’t allowed to disclose how they come. They had about 10 more chases in the back for themselves. She said they aren’t allowed to say how they come but if they are selling them they should be able to tell us. Very unprofessional how she lied about only having 3 chases when they’re was a lot more in the back. Another costume saw the chases & asked Eileen what those were & she kicked him out the store. If she keeps working there I will not go to the store for exclusive funko pops anymore.

I LOVE hot topic BUT they need to stock up their inventory with more guys clothes. Fashionable jeans and jackets is a must. And other accessories for men. The girls side is super full. With tons of options. The guys side has band ts and not much bands to choose from anymore. Please stock up the guys section!!

Staff here are friendly and treat my autistic son, who is obsessed with Funk-O Pops, very nicely. The employees seem genuinely happy to answer his questions & he loves every visit. They have a good rewards program & deals on his beloved collectibles as well. Thanks guys!

Smaller than the Ontario Mills one but still has a bit of everything. For me location was a plus and not too busy. Shop online and pick up was great and they are friendly. I will be back.

I love the clothes there, but some of the items are broken and missing. I went there to go get some earrings, and there was one last set of the one I was going to get, but the back of an earring was missing and two of the earrings were gone. You want me to buy that? No way. Service is amazing though.

I love hot topic. The only thing I dont really like is how theres really not alot of space, but one time I brought my brother whose disabled in a wheelchair and the employees offered to move around stuff to create space if we needed :) I thought that was very nice

Seems like Corporate has a Habit of Making there stores a Trip/Escape/Fire Hazard when all they want to do is push product out and care less about safety, Cant really blame the Employees on that one. Really the only true complaint, in my past 4 years of coming to this store, would be the lack of social media being up to date and the phone lines always being busy or never answered, perfect example, calling to see if a certain item was sold out about around November (2018), assuming and gambling on the idea of it still being stocked (after seeing zero updates online and nobody answering the phone) ended up showing up just to get upset with the idea of wasting my time and gas. Asking sup with the IG? usually its updated when something sells out? Employee just Shrugged and said oh didnt know, not my job

This store Has a bit of a different touch to it. Has everything you need if youre looking for something that has to do with punk, hard rock, or raving. I needed a tshirt for a Metallica concert Im attending . Its the place to go.

Though I waited a few minutes longer than expected the cashier was courteous. We even joked and laughed. It was a holiday and they were about to close. I got a great deal on sunglasses.

This Hot Topic in particular is weird. The store is cramped and if it gets packed, it gets really hard to look around for stuff. Thankfully, the workers are pretty attentive and theyre well stocked in a lot of the items.

Employees were able to quickly help me pick up my online order that was shipped to the store.
