The cleaners showed up on time, were kind and respectful to us and a couple of our clients that showed up on a Saturday. I own a carpet cleaning business and I needed help. I called Carpet Masters to help one of my customers that had a pet urine issues. Apparently the dog peed all over the two reclining chairs and an automan. To make things worse my customer was hosting a Super Bowl party. Carpet Masters showed up early, gave the client a great cleaning with a urine treatment and made me look good. Thank you Luis and Donald for a stellar job.

The guys arrived early for starters. They cleaned 3 oriental rugs, upholstery on 8 dining room chairs and worked to rehab a worn and very dirty carpet. They cleaned a 4x6 Tibetan rug too. The stained beige upholstery on the chairs looks like new. Great job and all done under the estimated price!

So move to lake arrowhead in November.Got a puppy shortly after that and needed a good carpet cleaner to come Up to Lake arrowhead and do a urine extraction. They were on time very knowledgeable. My house stunk horribly before they came like dog piss. Now I can’t even smell it carpets look like they’re brand new And the best thing they’re already dry.

I have use this company twice now. The prices are VERY reasonable ( another company charged me much more for not as good a job). They are professional, polite, on time and dont leave a mess for you to clean up after they leave.We will be using them again soon as it is for our Inn.
