My wife and I wanted to get something smaller than our current atlas. We went to Ontario Volkswagen first due to a specific model they had in stock (Tiguan R). When we sat down to talk numbers the sales rep, Alvaro Garcia, gave us one offer and didn’t care if we took it or left it. So we took our business to the car pros. These guys just simply cared. Jordan, our sales rep, met me at the door and was just honest and welcoming from the moment we shook hands. Rocky, our financial manager, picked up where Jordan left off and closed us out with an amazing deal. Even when I told him some of the extras were out of our price range he worked it so that they were, not to benefit themselves, they did it because this team genuinely cared that my family got the best bang for our buck. So I just went to check out a car and Rocky Castro and Jordan just got me the best deal possible with no excuses and great service.Thanks to them I got the car of my dreams.

Worse service Ive ever received. I made an appointment, sat around for over 2 hours after I was told the service would be no more than an hour. I made arrangements and moved around my work schedule to come and my car was never even entered into the computer for service after dropping it off and checking-in with the service team. I was promised that my oil change would be free if I came back and let them make it up to me instead of going to another dealership. I came in to do the service all over again after they didnt complete it the first time and the guy acted like he didnt remember me from only 2 days ago. I had to call the service manager who I already talked to 2 days ago because they were not going to cover the service like they originally said. I will never go back to this dealership again. After my bad experience the service guy followed me out to my car and told me how they accommodated me and that I would be receiving a survey and to not give them a bad review. This is the definition of bad customer service and a service team that isnt about improving customers experience. After all of this I still paid for a $60 tire rotation after the entire experience so I guess they got something out of me money wise and time wise. I will definitely be going to the Moreno Valley Volkswagen Dealership for everything including future car upgrades.

First of all they don’t even deserve one star I would give them zero stars... so I went in to buy a car waited 4 hrs just when I was about to close the deal one of the managers was super rude and unprofessional he wanted my husband’s attention instead of him giving it to me I was the one buying and he started talking all messed up to my husband and he said he didn’t make deals with rude people I was in shock because We weren’t even rude plus my husband wasn’t the one buying the car it was me. They don’t deserve my business....this company has the worst customer service. Jazmin was really nice and helpful though I’ll give her credit. Will never return...

Jordan and Rocky are the two salesman/ people you would want to make a deal with. Getting my first car was so nerve wracking but with Jordan guiding me through the process it was less nerve wracking than it should have. Jordan did everything he could to pursue me and he did an amazing job, but it was not enough to convince me with deals after deals, car after cars. That’s until Rocky came in and gave us a big lift that convinced me to stay and listen to what he had in mind. I can say it was the reason why we stayed. Jordan is a very calm and easy going person to talk to, especially when buying your first car, he doesn’t try to sell a big dream, instead he gave us 50:50 ratio with reality. He was very patient and understanding. Rocky on the other hand is a person that you can say he is a “people’s person” he is very straightforward and clear with what he had in mind. It caught my attention as well as my partner’s attention. They were both very patient with me while I was deciding on the deal and rethinking all about the deal that was offered. I would highly recommend closing a deal with both Jordan and Rocky.

I do not live there, so my visit was a one time only inspection of a car purchased from a private seller. I found their service department extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Low priority issues were explained, and they did a great job of highlighting common issues. I spoke with a couple members of their sales staff while I was there. Very respectful guys and honest opinion of the vehicles on the lot.

Took my wifes car in for 30k service, that was great no complaints there. However we flirted with the idea of an upgrade. We talked with Jeffery (Sales Associate) he was very helpful and informative. We told him or budget and that we dont need a new car but would like to try and get into a Atlas Cross Sport R-Line. After multiple offers the Sales manager not sure of the name came out and said theres nothing they can do. We left had lunch came back pre approved with our own financing in that would help us. It didnt, guess our return annoyed the sales manager. He was rude and told me we wasted his time twice. Upon leaving the dealership had his Sales Associate call me with a bogus offer. Very unprofessional approach, his actions have costed your dealership a customer in regards to your service department as his action reflect on the dealership as whole.

Buying a new car is not at the top of my list of fun things to do but Santa at Car Pros VW in riverside definitely made my time there less of an ordeal than I had anticipated! She had me in the drivers seat of a brand new ID.4 pro s taking a test drive in no time, answered my questions and had me on the road in a new car without the pain I have come to associate with new car purchases. Went to Car pros VW to try and get an appraisal for our Atlas, which we were told would take 20-30 min and have an appointment for. Showed up and after about an hour I asked the sales manager Joseph how much longer it would take to get our appraisal. About 30 min later we got an appraisal. My Fiance was interested in a car they had and Joseph said he could help us out with trade in because we were buying from them. He never told us the trade in value on the car to begin with. Ran the Fiances credit score and never had a sign a non disclosure form after, which they are required to by law. They never told us or showed us our credit score. Joseph was demeaning and rude. This place was hands down the worst car dealership I have ever been to. If you are thinking about a VW or any car for that matter I suggest you stay away from here.

Brought my car in for a loud noise and let them know that it was my main concern. They kept my car for 2 days and never called me to update me. I always had to call them, I called over 15 times and 75% of the time they did not pick up. They replaced my oil housing unit and claimed it would fix the noise as well. Then I went to pick my car up and started to drive off and it was making the same noise I took it in for. 2 days and almost 600 dollars later the problem I took it in for is not resolved. When I expressed my frustration, Eric Martinez told me he never said that it would fix the noise and that it would only fix the oil light. Complete lie because he told me this and my grandfather on two separate phone calls. He was very unapologetic even though my car issue was not fixed. He also said they were unable to “duplicate” the noise and I was never made aware of this but then shortly after I turned my car on it was making the loud noise. Not sure how you would fix the problem I brought it in for if you couldn’t hear the noise I was complaining about. When explaining my frustration and concern about spending that much money to not have my problem resolved, the workers were very dismissive. I am beyond frustrated and feel like I was taken advantage of and lied to. Beware when taking your car to get serviced here.

Well, if you shop in the guetto, your going to receive guetto service. I recently visited Car Pros San Bernardino and told them the exact car I wanted. I told them that I was totally fine with paying the advertised price. I had my own financing approved and asked them to simply start the paperwork. For whatever reason they wanted to run my credit and we’re pushy about going through VW credit services. I told them no (more than once). I walked out and now I’m looking into a Subaru.

They were every profesional, nice people, and overall I had a great experience.

Customer services is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. They didn’t even fix my car after a month of it being here blaming it on the warranty company. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICE OR TO BUY A CAR.

I purchased a vehicle on 4/22/2021 and was issued a 90 day temporary registration. The dealer never contacted me, to report that they failed to complete a vehicle verification document, whereas they could not proceed in providing a title and registration. I had to initiate contact to learn about this error. I was told once the vehicle verification document was received, that in two days, a title and registration would be in my possession. Per DMV, it takes a minimum of two weeks to create and rush a title. I now have a vehicle that I cannot legally drive.

Do not shop here or get your car serviced here! These guys are so shiftless! My wife has waited for over a week for a part that is under warranty and it still has not come in because they never ordered it. We have made more than 15 calls and nobody answered the phone. We have left several messages and nobody has called us back. Please dont be a fool and deal with these people here. They suck and suck some more after that! They are terrible and I wish I can give them a negative one star!

Just came here seen a lot of great reviews and tbh I was not disappointed at all they where upfront, and working with Rocky was amazing he was super honest and he is super knowledgeable about the car the warranty everything I love carpros and will definitely be back to buy my next car here along with friends and family.

Im still waiting for an update about my car and I really feel like Im going to have to waste time and go down there to even see if its being worked on. I went in for a diagnostic check and somehow ended up with a broken radiator hose leaving me stranded so I would have to leave the car and pay the repair fees. Now Im doing my best not to get upset any further because my car was able to drive before coming here but the lack of communication is insane!

Brought my parents here today to check out the new ID4. Was greeted quickly and multiple people were there to make sure we were helped. Dominic, Santa and I believe Julian were there helping us. Dont waste your time at this dealership. Went to consider a family size vehicle. They dont even offer water. All they do is play games. Even with excellent credit, theyll attempt to sell you a $50k car, lease or buy, with a payment $800-$1000k/mon. payment. Who in their right mind would pay that for a Volkswagen. My other car, a 2020 E350 Mercedes with loaded features is $650/a mon with taxes included. This dealership is a joke. Nice try. The only deal you closed was a bad review.

I brought my old VW for repair, and after careful consideration and honest feedback from Norm in service; I came to the conclusion I needed to buy a car. Imagine the stress after I just drove across the country from Georgia and having to make such a momentous expenditure! I appreciate the flexibility and integrity Norm displayed. He put me in contact with the sales department, both assured me Id be well taken care of and no pressure was applied, whatsoever. The first car I test drove was perfect, Santa knows her stuff! They focused on making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. We ran into a few hiccups with the financing (we decided a lease option was best for me) but they were patient while I did some quick thinking to solve the issues. From first contact to financing and the final ring of the bell, I soon felt like I had a new family. Matthew in finance was thorough and I believe Matt (sorry for the redundancy) in service were also especially helpful offering to help me carry stuff from my old car to the new. Jazmin also helped with getting me into the new car and checked on me periodically. I cant recall the gentlemans name who helped with the paperwork, he had an accent, was delightful and clear on my options. I love my new car, it is perfect for me and even though I live far from Car Pros of San Bernardino, I am going to do my darndest to bring my car in for service there- just so I can visit with my new friends. My cousin was with me and he took a card too, so impressed with the staff he will too look at buying a vehicle from them in the future. The only negative, the music in the building was a bit loud for me, but then again, Im older. :-)

Y’all go to a different VW dealership, they pitched such a bad deal “sign today! Best deal ever” $451/month, $1000 down, 4 year lease, 15k miles/year on a 2021 Tiguan S 4 motion. Different VW dealership: $374.08/month, 0 down, 3 year lease, 15k miles/year on a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 motion. Both with trade in. Of course at the end of the day you’re always going to get screwed by the dealership but especially first time buyers do your homework.

No one enjoys having to have servicing done on their vehicles, but I find the professionals at Car Pros VW in San Bernardino make it an easy and transparent process. During my service appointment, Javier, my service advisor, explained to me that my vehicle had more repairs than first thought and at a significant increase in price. He carefully explained the breakdown of the charges and provided me with a very reasonable time frame for repairs. When I picked up my Jetta, Javier re-explained the services performed and had me on my way in a few moments. I appreciate his expertise and courtesy, thats hard to find at other none Volkswagen service departments. I will be returning again for all of my future Jetta service needs. Thank You!

I want to take a moment and recognize the team at Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernadino. This was my first time here and the team completely lived up to my expectations and beyond.I had seen their ad on Facebook and went by their site, and ended up seeing a lightly used 2020 Toyota Prius Limited. I reached out and Manny got back to me. My finances arent in the best shape of their life, but Manny and Matthew worked hard on finding a deal that would work for me. They ultimately did get me a good deal that lowered my car payment and got me a barely used vehicle! When I came to test drive I found some cosmetic wear on the car that was rather unsightly, and the team gladly agreed to take care of it if I purchased the vehicle. I gladly accepted.I then moved onto finalizing the paperwork with Rocky, who entertained me with fantastic music and worked up great options for GAP and extended warranties for my highly technical car. He really helped me out well making sure the car is covered for a long time.After a couple days for the cosmetic repairs I took possession of the car last night, and Im so absolutely happy with it and happy with the service I got from the team. I had a really great expierence at Car Pros buying a used 2018 Cadillac XTS. Jasmine was super helpful and accomadating.Process was simple and was in and out of there with the Caddy and very pleased. Car pros really takes care of their customers hands down! After i bought the car, 3 weeks later i went to get an alignment and found out all the tires had wear in the inside tread and needed to all be replaced. I called Car Pros to let them know what happened and talked to Mike. He was very helpful and told me to come down to the dealership and when i arrived he told me that they were gona replace all 4 tires at no cost. As a first time buyer, I was hesitant getting involved with a dealership due to the stigma that comes attached but rest assured Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino was a relief. Even though there were some issues having only been in the states from Australia for 4 months they were resolved and I was helped out by the friendly Rocky in Finance. He was very considerate, professional and gave me a great deal on Platinum VW Drive Easy care so I would have peace of mind when driving my car. Santa was also great from Sales. I purchased a CPO Passat TDI from this dealer about a year ago. The guy who drew up my paperwork said that the extra warranties I purchased would cover a loaner car if I were to have warranty repair work performed. It was one of the main reasons I opted for the extra coverage. I took my car in today for a coolant leak, and the diagnosis was that I needed a new water pump(covered under warranty). And of course when I inquired about the loaner vehicle the service guy said I wasn’t going to get one. It’s the small broken promises like that that’ll make me reconsider future purchases.

I was looking for a car I inquired via auto trader and Julian got back to me, he couldn’t have been nicer he texted me and really worked hard for my business and I appreciated that and yasser his manager was super friendly. I love my new fiesta st and after I bought the car I took it to three dealers who had similar cars I told them what I got mine for out the door and they all said congratulations we can’t match that you got a good deal and I only haggle a couple hundred dollars under what their asking price was sooo I’d go back especially if I ever go and upgrade to a GTI which he totally let me drive just because.

I live in Sacramento and experienced car problems on my dive down to So Cal. Took my R32 into Car Pros Volkswagen.They diagnosed the problem - I only needed a software update.Drive home was event free (and great gas mileage) so looks like the update did the trick!Everyone was pleasant, helpful. There is no point to have an appointment. I had an appointment at 10:30am to fix the sunglasses holder. They parked the car outside until noon. I dont see why they gave an appointment at 10:30, and they refused to give me a ride, I work 5 miles from the dealer. They make made wait 3 hours for a job that takes less than an hour. Also, the girl there gave me an attitude, and she wasnt nice with me at all. They have to pick the right people for this kind of job.
