Not well managed. Ordered paint over the phone. Came to pick up my paint over the curb, but the employee couldn’t find my order.

They are very busy and finally the manager came outside and took my order. Their phone was busy for a long time and I could never get through for them to talk my order. So it came out to the car to take the order. I am just trying to get something positive done, and paint some furniture

Worst customer service ever. We are in search of a new paint supplier in the area if anyone has a recommendation. We use a lot of grey primer, some red, and paint for personal projects as needed.
