My husband and I got a toy hauler from Jason and the team over at TopLine and it was above and beyond our expectations. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. The unit was so clean it was as if they got into every nook and cranny with a toothbrush. I would highly recommend them for any big purchase and we are now customers for life!

Customer service after the sale was very poor for me. I have had several warranty issues with my trailer but Topline wont hardly return my emails or phone calls, doesnt keep their promises, and have not yet helped me resolve my warranty issues. Im trying to deal with the factory direct now, but Black Series hasnt been particularly helpful yet either.Here are pics of some of the cracking in the paneling of my new RV after just a few weeks.I notice Jason Clarke left himself a positive review though! (He works there.)

Jason was a nice guy, sold us a bunch of stuff and gave his word if the prop didnt work he would exchange the prop for one that does us best. I waited 3 months to write this experience hoping he would follow through on his word but he failed to back up. I still wish he would make things right. So keep this on mind when shopping here. 3 months is to long to get help or a call back. Jason, I hope you dont treat anyone else this way. That was hard earned money I spent at your shop.

Before I bought my black series C12 caravan my wife and I visited topline rv to look around, we saw a lot of different caravans but the C12 was what we kinda wanted but was hesitant. After a couple months of pondering we finally decided to get it, I emailed Jason and we got everything done without me having to be there in person, until I picked it up. On my most recent trip my solar controller melted and I was without solar, I upgraded the controller on my own but couldnt get it to work and came to the conclusion that something was definitely wrong. After talking with Jason he immediately got me booked to bring in the caravan, on the day I brought it in John immediately started to diagnose the problem, it took them a while but they found a shorted wire and fixed the problem and now Im back! Topline rv is top notch!! Updates: after going on numerous trips my shower door corner seam came apart, I quickly found that a bracket holding the door together had broken (must be from all the bouncing), I emailed Jason and within a couple of days I had a replacement part, and I am off on another journey! Thanks jason!

No pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful (they actually listened to our needs). Their used travel trailers are really clean (look practically new) and priced Well! The whole buying process was very easy and they beat my credit union rate by a long shot. I highly recommend them!

Was not the most responsive when we called etc to confirm. If they answer good info but no calling back. They did have multiple Black Series Trailers in stock so was able to see the different models. No COVID precautions, staff had no mask, no disinfecting, no social distancing so did not feel comfortable to stay longer.

I would strongly urge you to find a more professional dealer. Zero email edicate, no sense of professionalism or product knowledge. Find a dealer that Wants to sell you something.

Dealing with Jason at the Redlands Blvd location was great. He is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the business. I called him so many times while working on getting the loan that I started apologizing to him for bothering him lol. Our mom and dad are in there 70s and dont like to text or fax so we showed up a few times in announced and always had time for us.We bought a travel trailer from them. Jason says they only sell trailers that are like new and dont have any problems and he proved it with this keystone hideout. Thanks for the great service and great trailer.

Right from the start we were lied to by Jason. He said the whole unit had been gone over! We were told that we would have to wait for our title because California always held on to a title made out in the dealers name. Imagine my surprise when after 3 weeks of nagging them I received a title which was an Arizona title that had been dated 2 years earlier! Then I was told the owner had wanted to keep it and so he never re-registered it or re-titled it! Then decided to sell it. Had we known that this unit had been sitting for 2 years on the lot we would have ran as fast as we could. Now we have nothing but trouble with this piece of crapp. The levelers jacks on the front wont always work. The hot water heater doesnt work. The propane leaks (it didnt even come with the tanks!) One of the freshwater tanks had a crack in it and we had to bypass it. We had water leaks in all the sinks. The slides need to be readjusted. The toilet needs to be replaced (the seals are dried out).Stay away from Clarke Motors!

Why have a website if everything is sold what a waste of time

Went on a friday from san diego to redlands to look at a travel trailer that jason had on his lot and was so impressed with its like new appearance. I had been looking for a while to change up from our toyhauler to a regular travel trailer and boy Im glad we made the trip. After thoroughly looking the trailer over he said go home and think it over and let me know. I cant tell you how easy the transaction was with him. The next weekend we traded our toyhauler and got a more than a reasonable offer for it and a great price on the one we purchased. We worked out an addition of a solar panel, solar controller and an 2k inverter which went off without a hitch. Overall we love the new trailer and would buy again from clarke motors in the future. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

When I purchased a used motor home they said they could had checked everything and it was all working. But after I bought it and got it home I changed the windshield wipers and when turn on the wipers didnt work, I thought maybe it was a fuse after checking the fuse and reinstalling the wipers came but now wont turn off, have to take out fuse to turn off. Then traveling at night a car pulled up next to me and told me I didnt have my headlights on. Sure enough, head lights didnt work either. They wont look at it because they claim everything was good.

We went inside. Two women behind the counter were engaged in a conversation. They never looked towards us much less address us. They did move to the office area. We were ghosted
