Visited yesterday and purchased garden furniture which was delivered today, very well packaged. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Visited on the weekend for the first time. Had a quick look around and there is lots of nice furniture but I was put off by the fact that other visitors and members of staff were not wearing face coverings so left quite quickly. Come on people we are in the middle of a serious pandemic. Everybody needs to do there part. Should this place actually be open at the moment?

Very impressed with the service. The staff were freindly and very helpful. Very quick to reply to messages. With very fast next day service. The build quality is good and the table and chairs are sturdy. Good value for money. Have already recomended to family.

One of the only places left open so you can actually go in, walk around and look at the furniture which is a plus. Staff friendly enough and lots of variety but alot of the products are badly marked. Guess thats why its called Essex DISCOUNT Furniture

I purchased the gel pocket mattress from these guys which was delivered on Friday. The cost was a fraction of the RRP price which was an added bonus. My bed arrived a week earlier than planned and these guys moved the delivery of my mattress to coincide with the delivery of my bed. They delivered it first thing Friday morning and called prior to delivery. Great service, quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Rattan furniture more suited for a dolls house! Extremely small and only a foot off the ground. I suppose we should have checked the dimensions but really didn’t expect such a tiny set. Delivery drivers also unhelpful and surly.

Fantastic service from start to finish, I usually get some lovely Rattan sets for the family from Dan and the team as they are fantastic! Ive heard through the grape vine that they also have some awesome Christmas trees so Im going to grab one whilst stocks last! Excellent place would recommend to anyone and they also do delivery too if you have quite a few items! :)

Lots of great quality furniture for great prices. Delivery in Harlow is only £10 (this was for three large items delivered to a 7th storey flat) and they delivered it the same day! Will definitely be visiting again.

DO NOT USEVery upset from the customer service I received from this company. Bought 11 piece rattan garden furniture set from them. Once applying the table realise the glass tops are not supportive fit and move and there is zero support underneath the middle glass to hold something substantially heavy. There are no T&C’s on receipt or delivery note when paid for. Apparently it’s word of mouth and a sign above a door that claims they are not liable to give a refund... or even a discount refund. Has anyone ever managed to obtain a refund for poor quality item?? The sarcastic and patronising response I got from them has not been the best part of my day!
