These bagels are good but I asked for a cheese hashbrown bagel which they charged me for. After I received my order I left and when I opened my food it was a plain bagel. Im sad. Second time they messed up my order in a week.

They close at 2pm but they are pretty good.

They closed at 3pm when it says 8pm online. Brianas hostile attitude towards staff and customers was off putting.

I got the apple wood bacon and I realized as I was eating it like shouldnt the cheese be melted? And what makes it applewood, so then I look up a picture of the sandwhich how it should look and i got a plain bun and no melted cheese. Literally it was a plain bagel slice of cheese and 2 bacon slices. And I went back to see who made it and her name tag said anika j. Hopefully next time it can be made right.... its my 2nd time here and it was a disappointment

First time having a bagels from Einstrin at csusb. I order a sesame seed bagel with honey almond spread. It is the best bagels I ever had. I love that the bagel is soft inside and crunchy outside. And the best part it is not a dense dough is very soft and moist. Next time I am going order a dozen bagels to bring home.
