Very knowledgeable staff, attentive service. I bought a spray can filled with custom mix paint, was given solid advice and the whole process took about 15 minutes.

Havent found any other place around with stuff for normal AND custom painting for cars. I have gotten HOK flake, candy, and intercoat here as well as some fun base colors they have in the discount pile of off colors. Prices have gone up, but if you want brick and mortar for custom needs this is it.

U Sav-Mor paint supplies staff were very helpful, knowledgeable of products, and friendly. They packaged all that was needed to paint my bumper, as well they gave appropriate instructions, and recommendations to get the best results On my paint project. Dont let the sign they have up fool you... No mask requirements and 6ft social distancing are not enforced

This is a great place for all car paint and detailing needs. Paint is there specialty and can matched exactly to my vehicle. It can be a bit busy at sometimes but i found all the products i needed there. Great service too, I extremely recommend this place for all vehicle damage needs

These people are so helpful so kind that recommend it to anybody and everybody guess one thing is when you walk in there make sure you arent affected by chemical smell because I walked in there sober I came out high as a kite

Fair pricing, good selection and good service - trustworthy.I have done business with U Sav-Mor over the last 10 years. I have found them to be both professional and knowledgeable. As a professional painter with experience in technical coatings as well as automotive finishes in restorations, detail is important to me and have found that I can get the information that I need to help me make a wise decision when selecting materials that I may not have experience with or a material for a special application.I can understand why they ask for paint codes. For those who complain - just because you dont understand doesnt mean that they are wrong. Depending on when the car was built in any given year there can be more than one paint color that looks similar - You cant just say I need the light blue color for 2015 - there can be more than one shade that looks similar depending on when the car was built. They cant be mixing paint based on what you think the color is. If you are wrong they pay for it not you so they should ask if you have the paint code - automotive paint is expensive.This store can be very busy and someone who is trying to help multiple people at one time may seem like they are rude when all they are is busy and you just take it the wrong way. Personally I get it. Sometimes my favorite person there doesnt have the time and I have to wait my turn, call back or wait for them to call me back - BUT they always call back! Maybe some people are the type that offend easily - I am not.I can buy paint and materials from anyone that I want to. I have accounts with other suppliers. I choose to do business with Sav-Mor because they can be trusted.Beware of negative reviews - I found that looking at a few of the negative reviewers complain a lot about everyone - I think you have to consider the source or read between the lines to see if they are just unhappy people in general with nothing to contribute

EXTREAMLY RUDE, I called, Susana answered and I asked about a certain paint color, she rudley interrupted my sentence and asked for a color code before I could finish my sentence. Then she proceeds to drill me with rude comments about not having a color code.(This is my first time painting a car and Im still learning)Im assuming the rest of the work staff are going to be mad if you dont know anything either.

Terrible customer service. Half the employees are rude and need to be fired. The drivers are slow. I will never take my business there. One of the drivers the day i was there had a foul mouth and very disrespectful
