For anyone who is a car enthusiast like I am, this place is like a candy shop for big kids. For anyone who can turn a wrench and wants to save a few bucks vs parts store parts OR grabbing a hard to find part, this place is the place to be. I always enjoy coming here (or any local LKQ for that matter), even if its just to look around. What I dont like about this particular location is that theyre never consistent on what you can and cant bring in. One time I go in shortly after opening with all my tools. I get what Im looking for but still need to return for more. I make my purchase, get my return admittance ticket, and return. When being checked in the second time, the SAME staff member who checked me in said I couldnt bring in my angle grinder. I explained to him that he checked me in earlier in the day, that he had just checked me out (tool bag inspection) not even 10 minutes earlier and provided me my return admittance ticket, and that on the return admittance he wouldnt let me take in my angle grinder.Customer tool policy needs to be consistent and clearly visible. This isnt visible anywhere.
This was actually my very first time at a pick a part, and it was pretty cool. Asked one of the employees approximately where to find the volkswagens. He told us in the American section on right. Didnt make much sense at the time but we looked. As I figured they were in with the import and on the opposite side of the yard but it was a good little walk and got to see a lot of cool things. We did not find what we were looking for but we did get a lot of ideas and other cars that we think might be compatible. We did find one other thing that we needed, so all in all it was a good day and a fabulous new experience and first for me.
There prices are thru the roof. Exadurated. Dont get caught but if u can hide it . Take it it. Cuz those prices just as much as a if you buy new
Very interesting, Friendly and very helpful staff. Definitely go back. Thanks for your help.
Overpriced, they will charge you for a warranty without telling you so beware. Make sure to say i do not want the warranty or you will have to go wait in the entire long line all over again.Lady said thats just what they do now and i should read the sign, which is in Spanish, which I cannot read. Just trying to scam people I wont goto this one again at the other yards Ive been to they ask if I want a warranty or wont charge me for one if they dont ask. And this is recent too Im talking a coue days ago.
Nothings where it says it is, generally overpriced, and $50 to rent a wheelbarrow? I recommend anyone just go up the street theres at least 2 better junkyards on Highland anyways at least youll actually find something at those junkyards and their wheelbarrows arent $50.Security guard and owner can come run it.
Hell ya.Everything you need to keep your car running and looking good.
Pick a part was fine . What bothered me was the guy out front with the lunch truck . I asked if I could buy some ice . He told me no because there were chemicals in it that would mess your stomach up . So me personally I wont be buying anything from him.
Used to go here alot. Liked it, well organized... NOT ANYMORE!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE.FORDS MIXED IN WITH IMPORTS, FOREIGN, ETC. WONT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE.SPENT 5 HOURS TRYING TO FIND WHAT I SHOULD HAVE FOUND IN LESS THAN AN HOUR...SAD... 😠😡😞
Considering is a junkyard it was clean not alot of parts on ground cars are labled and separated for easy access good variety of cars n trucks to select from
Horrible management and most of the staff have terrible attitudes the new manager opens and closes at his own discretion and prices are ridiculously
If you want to use a wheelbarrow you have leave a 50.00 deposit. All the other Pick Your Parts the wheelbarrows are free to use. Thats not right.
No customer service or I should say, lacking!Employees dont look like they want to be there. Long wait just to pay, so Ill just look on Ebay.
Jessie the security guard went above and beyond when I broke the speed sensor I was pulling. Homeboy printed out the other locations that would have it and wrote down extra info for me. thanks bro
Polite staff, very helpful. Great bargains.
The girl in the booth always charges more than the guys who know the parts.
Yes very good facility search online and go on the day when the vehicle is released...money maker!!!
$3 entry fee, bring tools. If youre lucky enough to find what you need, I think the prices are fair. Make sure you know the correct closing time though, two friends and I accidentally got locked in the salvage yard one evening while stripping a car and had to break-out with a security guards help - oops...he was super cool though, made sure our items got set aside so we could get it first thing in the morning. Their website has been updated with correct vehicle info at least all that Ive needed so far. Husbands been going for years now, Im sure well be back again sometime.
Great place to get inexpensive part are hard to fine parts
Lately, the cashiers give you a full price including warranty, before, they would ask you if you want the warranty, now they dont, its up to you to check if they are charging you for the warranty.
Fun got lots of cars and choices just make sure to be cdl certified so you know what you get. You get what you pay for right. HONESTY the best policy.
They always have the part i need the lines are long during peak hours
New computer system that charges nearly the same as what youd pay for a new part. Horrible customer service.Even for junkyards this place is no good
Cool place too, pick parts...
Very good service and nice work on personnel
It was. Cool. A lot of people today. In and out. I found nothing but i love the hunt
I love this place, You will go in looking for one part and end up getting other parts that you needed
Great place just prices are higher than ebay on most items
Theres are everythings bad. I have to rent to Wheel barrel it need to deposit $50.And theres no good condition parts. No more.
Great experience to drop off an old gas lawnmower required for the AQMD rebate for my new electric lawnmower.

It was great the employees were every helpfull, Very courteous.
Parts are priced at basically if we were to buy new
When you look on there website for certain car /truck they say its there but its really not

Nice place alot of cars
Super friendly staff, willing to help. Always have good experiences here
Friendly staff and it was easy to find what I needed.

My husband said excellent service
The service is always great at pick ya part 😉😉
Got a large selection the lines are long at peak times
They used to open-up earlier, now they open-up at 9 A.M but other than that Rialto is my favorite to go to.
Poor customer service one slow register for a line of 25 people
Good place for used parts.
Made the paperwork simple and sale was easy and legit. Too low on the price but I needed money.
Prices are way too high makes me not want to come back just paid $75 for a fender thats $40 aftermarket brand new
Theres a long line to go in and out, the yard is messy its more of a waste plant rather than a junk yard they dont maintenance it or keep it clean theres trash everywhere
To high prices..very rude people never again
Yeah I think I was overcharged today for two headlights to fenders and Hood they overcharged me on upsell I dont know why that guy did that because I know it dont cost that much but I paid anyway it was came out to $234 and some change dont let me go get the receipt if you going to claim LKQ Pick-A-Part please Chargers dont sit there and look at me up and down and see if I have that much money in my pocket no charge me the highest price whatever you got on the screen of the computer
Not too bad Right place to find used car parts
Everything was in the car......exept. The part i needed..smh
Didnt have what I need
Dirty junk all over the place cant even walk through without tripping on parts
This was my first time here and theyve definitely earned MY business. Ive been to many business establishments where customers services was sub standard not here though, their entire staff was super helpful and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Joe who stood out the most. He went above and beyond in customer service and for that theyll have my business for years to come.
The. Employees that work at the door. And some on register are. Very rude. With the customer s.
Looks clean and organized yard
Well theres a windshield place in front of here,i priced a new windshield at around $100 (150 installed) then I went to the pickldpart and they priced at around 20 to 25 dollaRs cheaper but you gotta pull it out w/o breaking it and still pay for it installed or do it yourself.....but my car is hard 2 find parts for so its a lifesaver I thank them cuz now my a/c works again! bring yer own tools and dont 5finger discount they didnt charge for little plastic clips or fuses or anything in my pockets !!!!!$$$!
Easy to find the right car for the parts I can get without shipping or and have it rebuilt and put on.
I visit here in SanBern quite often,, Retail is not easy,, . Theyre nice herevery good customer service personnel are always helpful cheap prices no complaints heredo it yourself is the only way to go bring your tools and some shop rags
Great place for any part you need cheaper than any auto place just got to pull them off yourself which is not hard... I will always go to a LKQ every other place is just overpriced
Too expensive parts
I go their to obtain parts for various different viehecls, that I own or belong to customers.agood source for used auto parts . Not always cheep they can get pricey
Great they had my part at a reasonable price
Its a good place to get parts, or if your short on cash and dont mind getting your hands dirty.
Good
They need some lot personell toclear the parts on the ground in the aisles and between cars. Its a wonder someone hasnt been seriosly hurt. Check out line was 28 people long. Need more cashiers. Masks in a junkyard????1in
They have all makes and models, like it says on the website
Usually able to find what I need there . Cheap price to get in . Fair prices
Huge selection of cars to choose from
Printed off the wrong list of parts for my vehicle. When I returned twenty minutes later and asked for a new list, I got attitude. I purchased a steel wheel with a guarantee from the teller that if it didnt fit I could return it for another When I went to return it for exchange or credit, I got turned away since I didnt buy a warranty. I called the desk because the gatekeeper kept me out and they forwarded me to the manager which just took me to another teller. They are like dealing with Comcast; just a bunch of liars who push you off to another liar in the company. I would recommend you to another scrapyard but they are a regional monopoly.
Too expensive for a simple rear view mirror 12.00 for it
Suspicious people walking around the yard..
A lot of empty Rose and truck section really messy parts everywhere hard to walk down the aisle couple aisles Lions pay were long thats what I think of it
I have the LKQ garage App the location part is not correct or up to date. Been looking for a Certain SUV for months the app said not found, well yesterday I happen to go to pick up part just by chance looking 4 parts for another vehicle and there was the SUV that I have been looking for and the right year and color for months all the parts by then were taken it dropped 2 days prior. Not to happy!
It was a bad experience. I have to wait like 30 mins to pay for the part I got because just two cashiers for a long line of customers
Good website and yard is organized...
Found what I was looking for. But got charged twice for entrance fee.
Went on website to find parts for my vehicle. Found matching vehicle per website. Drove an hour to San Bernardino and vehicle info listed on the site was incorrect. Turned out to be a 5.7 V8 instead of a 3.0 V6. What waste of time!!!!
This is your best bet when getting rid of of your unwanted car....fast & honest. It was nice doing business with them.
Exactly what you think it is. Use the website to figure out if they have the vehicle you are looking for.
Fixed my car after a couple of trips down there and saved at least a thousand bucks. No complaints from me and thats a first. Ask my friends.
Great fast service... what they quoted was what I paid. They answered they phone and and was very professional through the process it took about 1 hour for the installation. They have outside and inside waiting area and a pool table for 18 years or older while you wait.
Mobile mechanic new
Nice place. Cool staffing
Its a junkyard so not too much to get excited about.Clean and orderly, there is a good variety of vehicles. One of the things a good yard needs is high customer traffic. This yard looks very busy which helps the consumer by preventing too many cars that have not been dismantled enough to crush but are missing the fast moving parts. Nothing worse than a bunch of half stripped cars and none have the part you want. The only compliant i have is the pricing. In the past you could get a discount for a part with minor damage or perhaps missing something. This practice has been replaced with strict adherence to the price list. It seems like a poor decision because once a part is removed and declined at checkout, it goes into a big pile of declined parts. Once this happens the yard operator cannot identify the item and the profit opportunity is lost as the item will receive scrap value only. Other than that it pays to know the new pricing on items you are looking for sometimes a new part will be less expensive than the used one, of course there is also the situation when an oem used part is a better option than the new aftermarket from China which is happening now more and more. Dont forget a couple rags, gloves, water and something to cover your seat incase you have to get on the ground and get dirty.
Spoke to Raul yesterday and was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do in order to go forward with the process of selling my car. Today I found Carrina and totally lost interest in doing business based on her very unfriendly demeanor and attitudinal tone/reply to a question I asked. Raul, you were great and thank you for being helpful. Carrina...maybe phones arent for you.
Best selection of cars just as well the pick-a-part app comes in handy it has a location of vehicle through section routes and a number just input year make and model and it pulls up the route and section number the car or cars is in beats running around the whole yard looking for the car AWSOME! Plus app records visits and purchases which go towards reward points for discounts and upcoming sale events today I got a free entrance coupon good looking out picks parts!
It would of been a 5 star but the cashier guy had an attitude, I wanted to whip his ***. How hard is it to push CV the keyboard? Hes young, needs to mature!! Thats all, thank you.
These guys are the best. They gave me $375 for my car when I junked it. Everybody else would only give $100. Five stars as far as I am concerned.
Lame
Great place, friendly workers
