I have used there suspensions parts since way back then when they used to be on Arrow hwy in upland before the tubular a-arms..great stuff....cant wait to order the new stuff for the my f-word.. (mustang) lol

I ordered a coilover kit and was very excited to get it but I, in my impatience, expected to have had the parts in stock during this crazy world of COVID-19. I ordered the kit thru the website so I thought it was like PRIME (silly me hahaha). When I didnt get an email with tracking I called to make sure they had my email correct. That was when I found out how long I was going to have to wait. They person I spoke to explained that they were slammed with orders, were working crazy hours to try and catch up, all while staying open when they werent supposed to be. Needless to say I felt horrible for being so expectant and normally I wouldnt be and wouldve been a bit upset for taking so long but what the person I spoke with didnt know was that my husband called at the same time and was given the exact same date and reason for being behind so I knew they werent b/sing me.I ordered parts from this company because they come HIGHLY recommended but I didnt realize they were completely made and welded there (American made parts are important). Ultimately, I had to wait 5wks...but in the end I am still waiting on parts from other places thats 6months out now so they did great!!! The parts are AMERICAN MADE and look absolutely gorgeous!!! I would not only recommend any HotRodder to work with this company but plan on ordering more in the future myself!!

I will start with saying I know covid has caused problems for every body. Ordered 56 Chevy upper and lower control arms March 12, 2021. I was told they would not ship until end of April. When that did not happen I was told end of May. End of May I was told middle of June. Middle of June I received the uppers and after another call told the bottoms would ship in a week, they were in assembly. It is now 4 weeks later, July 15, and still dont have the bottom control arms and the car is sitting more patiently than I am. It is time for global west to buy back control arms from one of their retailers and send them to me.After another call, I was told, July 16, that the control arms will ship Monday July19. I hope these work as advertised.

This is a place of legends!! Doug is a Genius of another level and has surrounded himself with like minded people. Scott has a vast knowledge of everything muscle car and is just a down right cool dude to talk to. Ami is not only extremely easy on the eyes, but also holds a ton of knowledge on all things Global West. Go check these guys out, you wont be disappointed.

Over the past few months I have been installing a complete suspension system for my Chevelle using all of Global Wests parts. The fit and finish is amazing. Doug & Scott have been awesome to work and gladly answer all of my questions every time I call. I also love supporting a business that owner operated and manufactures almost everything in house. Being that it is a small business you may have to be patient from time to time when dealing over the phone or by email, but Im telling you, its 100% worth it. I would recommend Doug & his team to anyone that is looking to take their suspension to a professional level.

Everyone was great while I was talking about the new suspension they received the payment sent the wrong parts for my GTO and refused to fix the situation. Doug gave my some lip service but refused to help fix the problem. Now Im stuck with parts that dont fit my GTO. Id NEVER buy from them again!

Called a week later for tracking # and conveniently, It’s on back order, with to my surprise “parts having arrived the day of my call” and you’ll have a tracking # tonight through email. Fast forward 3 days later to finally receiving tracking # and yet another week after receiving tracking riddled with delay after delay as the shipment having never left California yet. Now the projected delivery date has just been pushed 3 more days and I’m gearing up for yet another delay and quite possibly the wrong part apparently after seeking refuge in the reviews. Ordered this part 3 weeks ago, had I seen reviews beforehand I would’ve ordered elsewhere.

So after ordering the kit that fixes the bumper steering on a 62 impala. And multiple time on the phone with borgeson and there kit. Global explained that they had the fix for the borgeson power steering kit. Then more calls with finger pointing on both sides .They neglected to inform us that hey your radiator will not fit any longer. So these bolt on kits do bolt on and it did take out the bump steer. You just cant run a radiator. Save your money.

Some older machines, and it’s hot, but the owner was reasonable, recognized talent, was willing to work with you.

Ordered upper and lower control arms and set of viking coil overs from Scott who said they were two weeks out before they would be made. Well 7 weeks later some parts have arrived but the lower arms are no where to be seen and when I call for an update I get they are in the process, and they are very busy, but they will be shipped by the end of the week. So far nothing! I order these for a customer whose car is tied up now and I cant get a reliable answer on when they will ship. Not a good way to run a business which can ripple back to your business.

After waiting almost a month for my parts to arrive that i was not informed would take that long i was sent the wrong items.... after speaking with shipping manager and promised the issue would be resolved and givin a new confro # for the right parts i then recive new cancellation confrontation and being told to jump thru hoops and wait even longer for my parts..... not very good service and thaey will loose my future business

Back in 1987 I took a brand new 5.0 mustang to global west they built a complete subframe replaced every brake component with up after market high performance parts increased my horse power and did everything that could be done at the time and the work was topnotch I was very happy. Now I have an ss Camaro Im going back after all these years I trusted them back in the 80s and because of that experience Im going back.

I have a 1960 impala and so far everything Ive gotten from them has worked great. I used their bump steer elimination steering kit and that worked amazing! 85mph no problem!Ive even had to replace parts from a different supplier with GW parts. Friendly staff, easy to work with.

After installing everything they had for road racing suspensions at the time. I loved the way it hooked up the rear tires when I hit the throttle and allowed me to drive with the throttle to help me get around turns. I would be remiss to say that the suspension kit and every component of the kit looked great. The installation was just like fixing the stock suspension so be careful pf the coil springs as they store a couple of tons of energy even at rest.There is no specific work policy for the kit components except be sure to grease all the fitting you find and do it at least once every three months or sooner.The bottom line is that if you went with Global West Suspensions you have one of the best suspensions available.

Ordered some control arms for my 72 Impala and I was totally impressed with their sincere kindness and customer service skills even put a little note on my order asking if they could send me some cool stickers to put in my garage and project cars to showcase their amazing products and they did thanks Global West!

Received the wrong parts twice. Even sent pics. Ended up being forced to have what they sent fabricated to make it work. No refund offered and they just stopped replying.

Ive seen the work and quality done to every single part. Definitely worth the wait and dont be afraid the spend the extra money because in the long run its worth it. Less head achs and more seat time:)

Before I purchased and installed the Bump Steer kit for my 64 Impala, I visited the store to pick up some rear suspension parts and was discussing with Doug whether or not to get the Bump Steer kit. To help with the decision making process, he offered to let me drive his 63 Impala!! I WAS FLOORED!! Not only by the offer to let me drive his car but also the performance of the kit and how sure of foot the car felt.My entire suspension is GW and handles like a new freakin car!!

Sent me the wrong leaf springs TWICE ! They dont reply to emails. Worst online purchase EVER. Do yourself a favor and buy from Hotchkis.
