Service is mostly good every time I have come. However this time around I was quite disappointed.I set up an oil change appointment a month in advance. I was told my vehicle had a recall which required attention at the time of the oil change but it would have to be kept over night. I was called a few hours afters going in and they informed me that the part they needed to fix the recall had to be ordered so it would not be delivered until Saturday. I had the option to just pick up the vehicle and reschedule the recall but I figured since it was there already might as well leave it. (I dropped off the vehicle Thursday before 2pm) On Saturday my daughter called for an update (1:10pm) She was told it would be ready in 25 min. and nothing more. So I got ready to leave but still expected a courtesy call from them telling me the vehicle was ready. 2pm rolled around and still no call. At 210pm I was called and told that my vehicle was ready but that they closed at 2. Luckily I did not need the vehicle the rest of the weekend but still needed to get a ride to work on Monday since I work early AM. Overall never had a bad experience however setting up my appointment a month in advance one would think that they would have the parts ready and just because you call for an update does not mean a courtesy call is not necessary. This is not a bad location, there was just miscommunication.
Was extremely disappointed it took almost three hours to do my oil change, I sat in the lobby where I saw the manager greet other patrons asking them to give him good reviews, he never came to talk to me once while I sat there. When my service was done the receptionist was on the phone for some time before she even looked up to helped me. The only people’s that were helpful were the girl an young man that gave me my keys. Also I could smell coffee in the back being brewed one person in the office offer a cup to a customer he new only. Plus the coffee pot in the reception area was never turned on!!
Moe and the rest of the team were amazing! Very welcoming from the start and I never felt pressured to buy a car. He was very thorough and went over every concern and need of mine in a car and we were able to find the perfect fit for me. He was patient and helpful through the entire process. With the entire industry being low on inventory I was actually surprised that this dealership had quiet the inventory of cars that they did. I would definitely recommend asking for Moe if you or someone you know is looking to buy a car.
Zero stars if I could.Anyone who states that this place has good customer services was just lucky. This place is suspect and the Service department is a joke. I made an appointment a month ago to fix a safety recall where the Kia Stringer Engine Compartment can catch on fire! I showed up today and they said they cant work on because their servers are done and has been for a week. So, I say why didnt you call me to let me know not to come down and explain the situation. The Service manager said they tried to call everyone that had an appointment for recalls but I guess didnt call me.So, I said okay, can I show the others issues Im having with the car. The guy said no come back in a month and ill take a look at it. A month!? the servers are going to be down for a month? We cant make an appointment for a tech to look at the problems I would like addressed. No come back in a month. I was like wow! This is a safety recall because of a fire in the engine compartment. The manager said well, you cant leave it here, so come back in a month. I was shocked and couldnt believe that that he didnt care and said come back in a month! Ive been waiting a while for warranty repairs. This place is a joke.-------The photos are of some of the stuff wrong with my Stringer... Very sad, cool car but seems to be falling apart, and its only a 2019!--------Car gets water from rain in headlights and it takes weeks for it to go away. I cant even leave my car outside during the rain or overnight-------Car seat switches stopped working and are stiff dont move!--------The roof trim which is painted is cracking and going to flake off.--------The black chrome trim on the doors and running along the top of the door from front to back is dual and looks nothing like the rest of the black chrome on the car.Do you and your loved ones a favor and go buy an Audi, Lexus, BMW, Infiniti, Ford, Chevy, or something else.If you do want a Kia, try Ontario Kia.
Ive been buying my cars here for 20 yrs now. Kias have unbeatable warranties. I always get a good deal here. This dealership also has an excellent service center that provides phenomenal customer service. They are VERY busy, probably for the same reason. As long as the service stays the same, Ill be a lifelong customer.
Very happy by service provided. Car taken in for oil change and fluid top offs. They also took care of a recall while I was there was in and out in no time. They also sent emails to my phone to let me know that my car was being serviced and when finished. Will return to Kia All Star San Bernardino, California. Shout out to Frank my salesman who sold me the car 2019. Still there. Go see Frank 4A brand new Kia.
I brought my 2014 soul into the service department because it wasn’t running. Ralph the service manager was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my Soul was DOA and needed a new engine. Jesse in the sales department was awesome. I was able to trade in my broken Soul for a 2021 Forte for nothing down. Thanks to everyone at all star Kia.
My experience was amazing 10/10. This dealership was very nice to me and my wallet. The floor manager, and all other associates who helped me pick out and discuss the finances of the car I wanted, all treated me nicely and found me what I was looking for.

Great experience. When I made my appointment I was told they would need my car all day. I dropped off my car and it was ready within an hour. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I feel valued my time.
I dont ever leave reviews but I had to leave one because Kias service team is absolutely amazing! The service was quick and easy. I drive a lot and was overdue on my service appointment. Ralph calculated how many miles I was driving Monthly and made sure to secure me a future appointment to ensure that I wouldnt be overdue again. Its the little extra care that makes a big difference!
Mohammad, the car salesman, was awesome. He was very professional, caring, honest, etc. He sold us 2 cars. It took a long time, but thats understandable with buying 2 vehicles. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a Kia. Both my son and I love our cars.

I have to share my marvelous experience this afternoon at All Star Kia in San Bernardino.First of all, I show up thinking I have an appointment for my 10,000 mile service. However, I erroneously had made the appointment for the Fontana dealership. At All Star Kia, they squeezed me in despite being very busy. They conscientiously would not let me leave because there several outstanding recalls on my car. To say I was impressed does not fully convey my feelings. This truly was an example of outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!!!!!
Extremely poor customer service experience. My 2025 Optima needs a new engine and All Star Kia does not provide a loaner for what may take weeks to fix. The service manager Ralph McGuire was unhelpful and belligerent. He escalated a situation that should have been easily resolved. He seems to have no understanding of customer service. Had a a similar experience with him in the past and when my car died, I really didnt want to bring it to All Star KIA. Looking over other comments I find it hard to believe hes still working in customer service. Called 2 other KIA dealers and they provide loaners or rental reimbursement. Ill be towing my car out of there soon to another dealership. Ill have to start this process all over because I have no trust in thos guy or All Stat KIA. Pretty sure any response will be canned. Service is important to them and they take complaints seriously but I dont think so.
Moe was the absolute best car salesman he helped me and my family find the perfect car for our needs. Usually car salesman can be annoying and aggressive but Moe made the process so smooth and was super professional that man deserves a raise!!! THANK YOU MOE🙌🏼
They did 2 recalls and scheduled maintenance which fixed my cars rough idle. I dropped my car off at 9 and they were done by 3 I think. very quick. they kept my car over night to be picked up in the morning. they were super nice and didnt try to charge me with stuff I didnt need. I spent way less then I thought I would. im very happy with my service.
We called Kia San Bernardino to get a warranty repair and some recalls done. They said that we could make an appointment a month or two out. They stated it was because of a factory allotment of the warranty part. They stated it would take five days for the repair because they don’t stock a lot of parts. We dropped our van off on a Wednesday morning and was told again it would be five days. The following Tuesday (when the repair should have been completed) we called to see if the car was ready. They answered the phone and asked for our name and number to call back. They never called back. We called again Wednesday morning and they tried again just to get our name and number, but we stopped them and explained we tried this yesterday. We talked to a service rep and he said he would check and get back to us. We received a message from the service manager who stated that they have not looked at our car yet (after 8 days) and may get to looking at it in a few more days and then it will be another week or so to actually repair it. We called them back and were told by the service rep and the service manager that this is just the way it works there and that we should feel lucky because they have cars that have been there for over a month. We asked why they don’t just schedule the appointment for when they can actually work on the vehicles instead of leaving customers without a vehicle that isn’t being worked in anyways. They again just said that’s what we do it here. We left an message with the general manager and to no surprise he has not called back. We ended up picking our van up on Thursday morning (without repair) and will take it somewhere else. Basically the worst experience ever.
Everyone there is so friendly.Especially Moe and Dominic they are amazing and DONT make you feel pressured like other dealers. They are amazing and will help you find what you need.
After searching for the Telluride for a few months I was finally able to find one closest to what I would have built myself. Overly excited about this I foolishly skipped over asking their price for the vehicle before driving the almost 2 hours to go get it. When I arrived I discovered the markup on the vehicle was almost $15,000. I expected to pay some kind of markup, but not that much. My salesman, Frank, was awesome and I genuinely liked him and would tell anyone going there to ask for him. And while they did work with me by giving me a little more than my trade in (still less than 2 other dealers said they’d offer) and gave me a little off the asking price, I wouldn’t be able to leave this part out if I were telling someone about this dealership. While I could have waited to try to find another Telluride at a dealer with a lower markup (or none at all) I wanted this one and I was tired of waiting. Makes you feel like they are marking it up so much simply because they can. They know the car will sell. And while I understand it from a business standpoint, I still don’t think that’s right. Just cause you can, doesn’t mean you should. Overall, the location itself was nice and clean and I did feel taken care of by my salesman, finance and even the Kia specialist who went over all the features of the car with me. I’d love to give 5 stars. But with markups like that, I just can’t.
Service was beyond great. Our family have been looking at the 2022 Kia Carnival and All Star Kia of San Bernadino happen to have the model and color that we were aiming at getting. David provided excellent customer service. He was able to earn my trust and business. I would recommend that you visit him for your next vehicle. We will definitely be buying from them again.
WHATEVER YOU DO-- DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. Went to get my car serviced and all they told was my hybrid battery was faulty and that I needed it replaced. Denied service, took it back home to find that my engine belt was missing from it. Took it up with the manager Ralph about the missing piece, and let me tell you... this is NOT the guy to work with. They were dishonest from the START. Didnt tell me straight up with problem was and kept saying that it was the hybrid battery and then all of sudden my engine is seized... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. they took out my engine belt, didnt put it back in, then when asked if they could put it back in, they asked why would i want it? Does that matter? Its my car so yes i want it back in. They did NOTHING to fix this problem and instead misled me, took my engine belt, and left me with a car that I cant use. So PLEASE DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. YOURE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I had my car serviced because the back window of my 2021 Kia Forte would not roll down. First I was worried because they said if it wasnt covered it would cost 180 to repair then they said my car might be ready by 5 or 6 pm.. I am happy to say they called me at 130 told me the motor was covered at no charge and for me to pick up my car. Thank you.

Book appointment for a recall. Their only availableappointment wasntuntil 45 days later. They knew the issue since the appointment as it is a factory recall. Only at the appointment did they order the part which is now on back order. They said they dont know when the part will come in due to it being on back order. Extremely unprofessional. I will never come here to purchase a cat or get service.
I bought my car from All Star Kia because they treated me good, got me the best price with no game playing like what happened at the other dealerships. For that, I do all my servicing there also, free oil changes... the service department runs great, they are friendly and they do an excellent job! I will always do business here!
Great sales experience by Moe and Dominic. No issues there. Service Manager needs to be replaced. No professional demeanor. Gives the dealer a bad reputation. Because of my experience yesterday, I will not be recommending the dealer to anyone. I own a Mercedes Benz and I am always treated with the upmost respect at every service. Ralph McGuire may need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Definitely could use a bit of empathy when dealing with customers. The response he gave the client prior to me in my opinion was not appropriate in a customer service environment. Forgot to mention, Ralph, next time please keep your cynical responses to yourself, especially when other customers are around. You don’t talk bad about customers in front of others. This individual makes the dealer look like they care about the sale and not the customer.

It took an hour just to check in my car and only had 30-45 mins break. There was 7 people waiting to get checked in but only on worker. Need to spread out appointments better.I was satisfied with the actual work done on my car.
We had a good experience with All Star Kia in the process of buying our Sorento Hybrid. We did some initial negotiations by email and they stuck to their word when we got their for the actual purchase. I would recommend this dealership for anybody interested in a Kia. Besides we are happy with our purchase - great car value for the price.

I recommend the salesman named Mo and finance man Dominic to all my friends, but sadly the service depot leaves very much to be desired. They do not ever have appts to come in for needed things and the wait time is typically 6 weeks. My rug I. The back seat rug was sagging badly and I went in to show the service dept. they agreed it should be fixed by them under my coverage, but said it had to be taken to an upholsterer to be able to be redone. When I was finally seen the service manager denied ever having said that and it took then two go rounds to hopefully fix it
All star wants to be on point with customer service when you are buying a car BUT the moment you have issues NO communication at all. I will like the owner to call me look up my information since your staff doesnt want to send it to you. I have a 2022 Telluride with issues every time I call nobody knows anything takes my number and never calls back. I was able to talk to someone today 9/30/21 around 3:40 PM she works front desk service department. I think Amanda is her name I could be wrong who is now telling Maybe 4 weeks just to look at my car. At this point I dont even want the car anymore because I should not be having these issues with this car. This is so disappointing.5 days ago I just got a Kia Telluride 2022. Im already having malfunction with the car the check engine light is on, the car is not even two weeks old yet. I was calling NO answer. Finally we talk to someone it going to take TWO WEEKS to fix an issues. These are issues I should never have with a NEW car. Also I shouldnt have to pay for a rental car Kia should be covering everything we need. I need someone top tier to reach out ASAP.

They tried to charge me, for an engine filter which i replaced 1 week ago. I asked for them to perform the essential service and gave them a coupon the coupon was for $ 59.99. I did not ask for the engine filter to be replaced, cause i had replaced it last week same for the cabin filter. They have over charged me before and replaced parts that didnt need replacing. People check over your job reciept before you sign. I didnt tell the guy at first that i had just replaced the air filter and cabin filter. I wanted to see how honest they were, there integrity isnt there. If i could leave less then 1 star, i would.
All I can say is if you are buying a car with these people please check and double check your contract....or take someone who can help you negotiate. They are not looking to help you out they just want to see how much money they can get in their pockets. I regret getting a car with them. I know some of the fault is mine but WoW!!! I went to other dealers trying to get out of this one and no one can help me. I even had another salesman tell me its going to be impossible to get out of this car since it super over priced. Just dont go here.!

I love this dealership! I bought my Seltos from All Star back in March, everyone who helped with that process was super kind and professional. It made buying a car genuinely exciting and easy. I knew I had found a good spot. Im still loving my car, and I took it in for its first oil change. The Service and Parts Departments of the dealership rocks! The mechanics kept my car clean and free of smudges, oil, or dirt. The service writer was very nice as well, as was the girl who helped me as I left. (Sorry I dont have specific names.) I do not live locally, so its really worth the drive. Definitely recommend them

Too long of waits. Took forever to be helped. No one knew anything about my vehicle that I purchased. They couldnt even tell me where the oil dipstick was right off the bat because its used car. Sales department and closer were rude to me. I called to get the full amount of what I needed to pay and that person was really rude. Buying a car is stressful enough. But all of this just made it even worse. If I ever purchase a car again, it definitely wont be from there

My first visit to Kia since purchasing car during pandemic. Service was polite, kept me informed, and explained a minor issue. But everything was done, I paid a d out the door.
Service advisor Dominic was helpful and only reason why I’m giving 3 stars but having an appointment at a certain time then telling me a simple oil change was going to take 2hrs to be finished is ludicrous. Not only did I wait the 2 hrs, I waited another hr for my car to be finished. 3hr oil change is really unacceptable.
I was greeted when I arrived & was checked in promptly. I was kept apprised of the progress & my car was ready ahead of the promised time. Work done was explained to me before I paid. All employees were friendly & masked.
There was a great man there that met me at The door with a great sense of humor and he helped me. He said people calling him Grumpy but I thought he was very helpful.
We just bought a 2021 Kia Forte and are appreciative of Jesus and Jeff for working with us to get us to where we needed to be and to feel comfortable in the price we were paying. We will definitely come back!
If I could giver zero stars I would. For something that would take 5 minutes, they are wanting to charge 140 dollars and take a week to do. I had a flat tire and all I needed was the master wheel lock key to unlock my wheel so I could put the spare on and take it to Costco to get a new tire (because they know what good customer service actually is). The manager here is a joke and very unprofessional as well as sexist.
The staff was super helpful and worked with us while we tried to figure out a payment that worked for us. They also didn’t mind our kids. Pretty good experience!
Quick, efficient service once I got there. However getting someone on the phone to ask a question about a recall was impossible. Left messages, no reply. Stayed on hold,got disconnected. Finally made appointment online hoping they had the parts.
Purchased my Seltos towards the end of March couldn’t be more happier, The over all experience was excellent. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Only wished they would have had the top of the line trim. Other than that luv luv my Seltos- EX.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst dealership! I bought a car from them in December 2020 and I’m still waiting for my license plate. I’ve called multiple times and even drove down there to get this issue dealt with. I continually get the run around and told I’ll be receiving it soon in the mail but still nothing. I was also told I’d get a second key and after going back there they went back on their word. Do not go to this dealership!Update -After 2 times of calling and leaving voicemails I called a third time and finally talked to ‘Jessica’. Now being told it’ll be an additional week or 2 before receiving my license plate. Horrible customer service; she was snappy and hung up because I was upset that no one felt the need to call and update me on this information. This dealership obviously doesn’t care about their customers.

I scheduled my 1st maintenance for my new telluride 3 weeks in advance. I arrived at my scheduled time(10:40am) a little early and was told they would need at least 3 hours for an oil change? They dont offer shuttle, loaner car, and didnt even offer a lyft. I came back 5 and a half hours later and the service man advised me he has vehicles that have been there 5 months, 5 hours is really good! Finally after 6 and a half hours they delivered my car. Getting into my vehicle I found grease all over my door handle, door,window, windshield. .. and my key ring but no key. I have always purchased toyotas but read great reviews for the telluride. The service was the worst experience I have ever had.
Hey, do you want a service center that can’t see you for a month plus even if your 2019 Kia won’t start and required parts are under warranty? In that case go to all star kia! Where the service manager been so unprofessional and disorganized that my continued lineage throughout existence will enough to never visit this dealership again.

With all the new staff in the Service Dept, I find them to be nice and attentive. Professionally I find them to be on top of their game. On my last visit I did get some wrong information but my car was suppose to stay 2 plus days and I got my car back the same I took it. So its a wash by them getting my car back to me earlier than expected.

The service is worse than a joke and the guys who do maintenance on the cars are grotesquely rude. I wish I wasnt already stuck paying off a car here because its been a nightmare and one of the worst decisions Ive ever made in my life. Ive had two cars and both have broken down within two years and good luck trying to get them repaired here because all appointments are months out and when you finally do get your car seen, itll take another month or two for them to be done, and woah boy you better make a lot of money because prepare to pay thousands with things that are under warranty not being covered. Worst experience of my life. 👎👎👎
Definitely, All Star Kia is now my dealer of choice for repair or future purchases. William and Ralph amazing, Ive never had a car repair experience go so smoothly.
Made appt a month ahead, got there and had to wait in line for 1/2 hour, then was told it would be an extremely long wait. My question is whats the use in making an appointment???? BTW just a recall fix.
Very rude staff, especially in the finance department. Would never buy or lease from them again.
My experience was great. Chaz made the process so stress free and got me into my 2021 Kia Soul. Everyone was nice, I did not feel pressured at all.
Took my 2021 Kia Sorento for first service at Allstar Kia. William, the advisor that assisted me, was helpful and curteous.
OMG I finally upgraded my 2007 kia for a 2020 kia! The sales man was polite, energetic and funny! All a plus! The whole team did amazing work and should be recognized for their customer service skills! They all worked together like a team and seemed like family! Im glad I went to this Kia Dealership! 2nd time buying a car from there! I want to add that I had a service appt yesterday and the service supervisor has amazing customer service skills! They gave me a complimentary 10,000 oil change since I had to wait longer. Waited 3 hours for service but way worth it! They definitely go above and beyond at this Kia dealership!

My go to for my Kia maintenance. William Enriquez is a great help at the service desk 👍🏼 He was able to get me in for my maintenance and fit perfectly with my schedule. Just wish theyd bring back the shuttle, that was very convenient! TV, WIFI, snacks and drink vending machine in the main lobby. If its too pack, you can wait at the other side. Also, COVID cases are going down, bring back the car wash after service are done 🤗 Keep up the great work, maybe Ill purchase another vehicle from you guys ☺️ I have a teenager that needs a car soon!
I have to say. William is an AMAZING service advisor. He was quick, prompt, and friendly. There was no pushiness towards more expensive services. He also assured me that I am taking care of my car, and I really appreciate it. If you have a Kia and it needs a service, please stop by All Star Kia in San Bernardino and ask for WILLIAM.
