This place was hard to find. There are so many cars around the business that I could not find it. I asked around and finally found it. There were two ladies at the front desk. I was there alone with another person and arrived early, about 15 minutes and was told to wait. I had no problem waiting but the issue was the rep that came out. She said she would take a few pictures of my car and I would be on my way. Tell me why she took like 3 pictures and said youre done. She didnt even take close up pictures of my car, to show the damage done to my car. I can see why the ratings are low.

Ladies in office were friendly, thoroughly explained what was going to take place, called every couple of days with updates, and vehicle was done when they said. Prices are reasonable!! Very pleased with final product.

My Sons Car was wrecked..Minor to Mild Severe..And they did the work.Very Costly and they Kept going up on Price..They Quoted a Price 3400 and went up nearly 5000 grand..But the Work was Great. Couldnt tell its been in Accident. Very Costly but Great work.

I have taken my truck here twice. The staff is friendly and their office is clean. My only complaint was that this last time it took way too long to get my truck back. I understand it was due to parts being backordered, but my truck was in the shop about 3 weeks due to this.

I took my truck in for a collision repair, and they keep me up to date on the progress of my repair. It will be a week on the 4th since Ive took in my truck, and since then, they have given me daily reports on my truck. So as of now, Im very impressed and comfortable with the collision center.

Service was impeccable. I always felt fairly treated, and my car was beautifully repaired. They worked with me at every turn, and even helped me install a separate part which had nothing to do with the work I paid them for, at no extra charge. The car was ready when promised. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. Look no further, youve found your new auto body guys!

The work done on my car is good Im satisfied with it but the customer service could be better and they need to respond back to calls. They kept saying my car would be ready this day and that day but wasnt and in my opinion if the car still needs things to be done then give me an accurate day of when its going to be ready not only that but they replaced one of my doors but the door replaced was dusty as hell and whoever, didnt think to at least clean the door.

Absolutely the WORST Collision Center... My insurance paid them upfront and they had my vehicle over 3months for a bumper!!! They are fraudulent and even had investigations going on besides my insurance investigating them... I still dont have my front license plate nor anywhere to put it . The blatent lies and cheesy schpills are so gross . For peace of mind look elsewhere.

So lets begin with the fact that I was rear ended and this place was recommended by my insurance, all the work has a life time guarantee so I didnt think twice considering it was fairly close to my home. Also want to start with the fact my car was 2 months old when all of this started. So I brought my car in, and they kept it and I got a rental car. the estimate was about 4k in damages they had it for about 2 weeks.They call to say its done, when I get there I had to transfer everything over from the rental car, I get my daughter in her seat and get the car started and the ac going and go around to my hatch and it wont open from the hatch release button, wont open from the key, I go to the front and it opens from the driver control. I tell them about it and the mechanic tries to tell me that its not opening because my car is on..... I said no thats not accurate this is my car I know how it functions.... and if that was the case why wont it open with my fob. He agrees and takes it back and there was a connection that wasnt secured.About a week later, one of my backup censors falls off of my car. So I take it in they use a better double sided tape, to put it back on. Okay take it back at this point being slightly worried because I have had my car a week and already am having issues.About 2 weeks after that my car starts rattling from the rear end. So I wait about 2 weeks to make sure that its not just something in my car i clean it all out completely the problem persists and only got worse. Take it in, my exhaust was not bolted down correctly. They inform me that the guy that worked on my car has been fired because of issues like this.... okay so I contact my insurance and tell them I wanted everything gone over because clearly there are issues here. My insurance contacted the shop and the manager calls me apologizing up and down and asks for another chance to fix it. At this point I have lost another backup censor (this is now 2 of the 4 censors), they are just literally falling off from regular daily driving.I decide to give them another chance because I get it, sometimes you just get a bad egg, I told them I wanted them to keep my car for a few days and go back over everything that was touched, I get hit with well you need to tell your insurance that and some nonsense.... eventually they take it back, they have it for 2 days and tell me everything is done again....I was driving the other day to have ANOTHER BACKUP CENSOR FALL OUT! Now 3 of the 4 censors have just fallen off my brand new car just from driving.Also the paint job they did on my rear end is a complete joke and is sloppy. I have given them 5 chances to make it right which clearly was very stupid of me.I am now having to bring my car to an entirely different body shop to have everything gone over again and go through this entire process again.....This shop also has moved and changed their number, so when I contacted the old location they informed me that they have gotten about 100 calls looking for this shop in regards to body work complaints....So be aware.... I hope you dont have to go through the same thing a year after you got in an accident that wasnt even you fault, on a brand new car that was in perfect condition before all of these shenannigans began.The amount of hours that I have spent just trying to get my car back to normal, and money taking it back and forth is laughable. I am appalled at the situation and I hope this can make others aware about what kind of work they stand behind.I will update this review with pictures of the paint job soon.

They suck, took my car back 6 times in total and they still couldnt get it right any time even the last time and they just try blaming everything on the customer(me) and to top it off the painter tried to fight me just because I was there complaining about their poor work. Do not recommend this place at all.

Zero stars deserved! Worse place to get your car fixed. After 3 weeks, they call us, ready for pick. When we arrived everything looked good, but as I got closer there were scratches on the spoiler that werent there before and a broken tail light. GEICO recommend this place because it was the closest to our home BS.

Good job on my repairs only had 1 issue wish they notice my strut and alignment was off but geico paid for my mechanic to fix it I got my car faster than they told me so that was a plus but I knew my alignment was off as soon as I drove off couldnt take it back because I was on my lunch break

Under new management, and this guy runs things right! We took my sons Kia optima in to replace badly flaking paint. White Kias suck. After my detailed photos and the adjustors recommendation to repair, Geico denied the claim. Geico sucks too. when I decided to move forward with the repair out of my own pocket, collision center quoted me an extremely fair price. During the repair, a nick in a window caused the window to break. Collision center negotiated the replacement window at cost and the only increase to my quote was $50. Now that is customer service!!! not only was the repair super great, but it was still 20% less than the next best quote I got in town. We are definitely a collision center customer for life now!

Definitely won’t recommend this shop.They fixed my rear bumper ...okJob .It took them almost 3weeks to fix it and put a hole on my leather seat backrest and they said they they didn’t get into the car to do the job.I even have to call them multiple times to get an answer if they take responsibility of it for the hole on my leather seat.i hope Karma will get you back.Definitely never recommend this shop.This shop is recommended by Geico(my insurance),TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THIS SHOP.

This place is the worst. They took too long, over a month to repair my car and when I got it back, you can tell that they used the car. Mileage was off and dried splatter of some sort of drink on the interior. People that works there are horrible with no customer service and really has the worst attitude. I don’t know why Geico recommends this place. I will cancel my Geico insurance just because they recommend this shop. Don’t use this place and stay away from Geico.

Brought our car for a side mirror repair.. took more than a month because they kept ordering the wrong part. Then i picked up my car 350MILES OVER!!!! I can tell they used it because how the passenger seats are and cup holders.. i know my car and i know how i keep it clean.. Never go here and never use Geico!!!!

Had my truck for over a month, jus for a rear bumper and muffer. they said it was ready 4 times everytime I went I found something wrong they told me thats all they can do, they for sure scam people, make sure ur car is safe to drive before u leave. they do Mickey mouse job here horrible service I had to keep calling them to see whats going on with my truck.

Service is okay and repair was slow, but the annoying part is that they postpone the date the car will be finished too many times. So don’t expect the car to be done the first couple of times they say it’s going to be done. Mine was postponed like 7 times
